Dude, I really want an international version. At the end of this month I will get some extra money and will keep it for a VXL. Hope they start selling it at the start of new year! I dont know how much time has passed from when I preordered it, but I want an VXL, not other vapo offer me a perfect GonG vaping experience :D

If I was you PD, I will buy without a doubt, i really envy you...

Lol why do you envy me, because i hav'nt had a cloud vape yet ? like as if i had'nt seen matrix yet!

I live in UK, so does that mean i wont get a universal charger? i have a universal plug i can put the 2 pin in to make 3 or i have a charger that i use for the pd surely this will be of use?

here is my mock-up tile/slide ht stand.
I think my final one will be black marble/granite , black slide, with black silicon and shaped like the VXL monkey(the tail maybe tough) BTW, the nice clean HC, is courtesy of T-Dub's tech(PBW/HT Flusher)!

Visit www.vapexhale.com and click on the link to the Store, in the upper right hand corner. There, you'll find pages for accessories, (ELBs) botanicals, Cloud packages...Click on Cloud packages, and you'll see all of the available Cloud/HT combos. Or, alternatively, contact VXL via the website, and inquire about purchasing a standalone unit, at less of a deal than with the package. I recommend getting a HydraTube package, and I love my Evolver Hydracirc. There are several reviews here, and on youtube, of the different hydratubes.

Good luck!

Edit* re new version. There has been talk here and there, for a while, of a new version coming out in the future. I don't see this happening soon, as they are currently working on building a better base as a company, etc. and producing a international unit. I would seriously purchase a Cloud now, and not worry about the "V2..." for a couple reasons. One, you'll be able to re-sell your Cloud if a v2 comes out, but it would make a great back up; someone here would buy it as a backup, if you didn't keep it. Two, you can join the rest of us in the Clouds now.

can't see the HydraTube package on the site , hydraline or hydra circ there did you mean either of these?

I'm a bit sad as I accidentally tripped over the Cloud's electrical cord causing the Hydraline HT to fall to the ground and shatter. I liked it because I could place ice in it, giving me nice cool vapor, but perhaps it's a bit too fragile for my liking. The HydraTree looks like a great alternative but I'm not sure if I can place ice in it. Any advice?

I am sorry for your loss... that sucks. Any glass that falls like that is likely to break. If you enjoyed the HydraLine I would just order another one. I imagine the HydraTree would have had a similar fate if it fell. Is your unit (The Cloud) okay?

The tree is thicker glass but not sure about a drop like that. You can fit small cubes in the Hydratube.

The Cloud just toppled softly on the coffee table while the HT fell on the concrete. The Cloud's just fine, yay...

Thanks man, you're probably right about the Hydraline. I just need to be more careful. If there's one thing I could change about the Cloud, I'd get rid of the cord.

I think it only dropped 18-24" but shattered nonetheless. The HydraTree may or may not have survived. When you say one can fit small cubes in the Hydratube, you mean the HydraTree?

The HydraTree and the HydraCirc are specific models of Hydratube :) (Just to clarify any confusion ... at least that's my take on it ... HydraTube = Generic Name of type of glass attachment ... HydraTree, HydraCirc, HydraLine, etc., = models)

Yes, sorry I own the hydratree and you could fit small cubes in it.
Nice... I could place two medium ice cubes in the Hydraline. For those in the know, how would you compare and contrast the HydraTree and HydraLine? Thanks so much!

The HydraTree has more drag than the HydraLine, but it has a splash guard so you don't have to worry as much about splash back with the HT compared to the HL.

The current HT isn't meant to be used with ice, although you still can if you really want to. The HT has a higher risk of overflowing than the HL.

The HL is meant to be hit at an angle while the HT works best when it's vertical.

I feel like the HL is easier to clean; the HT is tougher imo because of the splash guard. I just use salt and iso to clean my tubes.

However, the HT is much more stable than the HL if you stand them up by themselves. I feel like a HydraFoot or one of Tstat's hydrastations is a must-have if you get the HL.

Personally, I prefer the HL; the hits with the HL are smoother than the HT in my book.

Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the HL has a larger opening than the HT.

^ I've dealt with a little splash back w/ the HL and it's not a real issue, especially since it doesn't happen if I empty it a little as the ice melts. I did enjoy the HL and if it's only a $20-25 difference from the HT, I'll likely go with it again. This time I need to be more conscious about storing it when I'm done.

Really wish VX provided HydraFeet for the HL or allowed us to buy them. I guess I'll have to jerry-rig something. The foam and glass solution that t-dub put together looks nice. Wonder what he bought to put that together?

Also, just wondering. Are there other non-VX glass pieces that work well together with the Cloud? Thinking about something that performs as well as the HydraLine at about the same or less cost.

Those were, well, re-purposed Baccarat Eye crystal votive candle holders and some left over pluck foam. You know those gifts we all get from family that we quite don't know what to do with? Well, a $500 pair of lead glass crystal candle holders left me at a bit of a loss . . . turn it into something useful I guess. Anyways, the point is, be creative, use whats around you. Have fun :)

A little look behind the curtain at some extremely skilled glass artisans . . .

t-dub,
Does anyone have problems with the ELB's being too BIG to fit into bamboo? i have tried numerous ELB'S and its like pulling teeth to get it in and out of bamboo. Worst thing is i am moving the bamboo by doing so, each time. I think it needs to be looked at but i am getting minimal support from VapeXhale. Just checking if others have same problem/solution. Otherwise this device is right on with the mab/matrix. Please leave any info that could help and if you think i need to send it in, i will try harder to get someone on the phone for support. Thanks.

Some batches were sent with larger than normal ELBs that fit very tight. I got one of those units, too.

I have since ordered "new" (old?) ELBs from Vapexhale's website and they fit like a dream.

Ya they just sent me 8 new ELB's to fix my problem, but these are the same as the ones i had, its just slightly too big and will never have a good fit, some dont even make it through the opening, i dunno. Appreciate the reply.

I would submit a ticket, durbanpoise. The first set of "replacement" ELBs I got were also too big. They've figured out the right size now I think. As I said, the last ELBs I ordered fit perfectly. I doubt that they would've gone back to making/shipping the fat ones, but if I'm mistaken please someone feel free to correct me.

Ok, I got my hydraline. It really nice, but I almost can't hit it because the draw is so restrictive! Am I missing something here? I mean, I have to suck REALLY hard just to get it to bubble and when I pull it off the Cloud to clear it, it like it doesn't even clear without pulling so hard it gives me a headache. I was not expecting this. All my inlines have no drag at all.

Is this how it's supposed to be?

that does not sound right at all... might want to open a ticket with VXL right away.

I didn't get it from VXL. I traded for it with someone here. I mean, i know a bit about glass and this thing is just built wrong or something. I just don't get it...

Giving the person you bought it from the benefit of the doubt ... if there is something wrong with it, and they didn't know, maybe they'll take it back and give you a refund? Then they can file a ticket with VXL?

Edit: I really don't like to see transactions go wrong on here ... (hasn't happened to me yet). The Buy/Sell service is valuable to a lot of people ... and I would hate to see it undermined by unethical sales/trades ... doesn't PayPal protect you from this to a degree?

Oh, no, I don't think that the guy thought it was messed up. He probably just thought that was how it's supposed to hit. I have been in contact with him, but I don't expect (nor am I going to ask for) a refund. I am NOT saying there was anything unethical here at all. Plus there was another piece plus cash involved. I may ask him if I can send it back, so he can get another for me. That might work.

I can't make a video today, but I certainly will tomorrow so you guys can see how it acts.

Wow, now I know what it feels like to have the Cloud too high. Believe it or not, I was having the Cloud set too high (just because of pure laziness and it was the temp I had already set it at), and I was like, man I'm burning threw this stuff, and I'm not really feeling anything. So I lowered back to 12 for this strain, and man, what a difference it is making. So just a tip in my opinion, check your temps LOL :-). Too high is noooo good LOL :-). (I'm a high temp vaper guy though, but sometimes tooo high is just tooo much) :-)

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! I have to go to my family's so my Cloud won't be in use, but I get to use it right now before I leave. Love this thing :-)
