We are using our time to get these products available as soon as possible and apologize for not updating our posts here more often. The PVHEGonG has been released, our new herbalAire Fritted GonG Adapter has been released, the limited quantity have sold out and we want to see the performance of the fritted screen under various usage conditions before we make a lot of them.

sorry for my impatience and i appreciate your update.... and just to show you my love... i just placed an order for my 18mm PVHES GonG :)

edit: limited daily quantities. Guess I'll keep checking back :)

We like how you think. Yes we are already working on it, herbalAire has an advantage here as the bowl diameter is slightly larger allowing the use of a slightly larger frit for better airflow. The Solo stems are called the PVHES Signature Series and will feature a fritted screen, all the PVHES mods and an all new made entirely in North America custom stem with our Perfect Fit technology.

Peace and Love,
PV
Sounds great PV - keep up the good work!

My PVHEGonG shipped out on Sunday! Thanks PV! I had ordered a regular PVGonG for my Solo, along with some other stuff, and they were kind enough to check with me first to see if I wanted to swap for the HE one instead. Great customer service as always; knowing that I would probably want to upgrade to the HE, they checked with me first, which in my opinion is that little "extra" attention that makes the difference between good and GREAT customer service.

Big thumbs up PV!

Damn I have been saying I need a PVHES-GOG since I got my solo. I'm disapointed I couldn't get one.

Hey PV do you have any idea when the PVH2O stems for the solo are coming out?

Do you ever need to wiggle/move the stem to increase airflow a bit?

Since the lip of the solo stem can block off the inlet holes in the heater, I find that sometimes lifting the stem a bit (well, since I'm always using it inverted technically I'm lifting the solo:lol:) will help airflow.

With just my DIY notches on the lip of the bowl, it improved my flow to the point where I no longer notice any difference between the stem fully inserted and the stem lifted a bit.

And I can imagine the side channels will help even more, so I'd say if you are fiddling with the stem during a sesh to get your desired air flow, def get a PVHESGonG.
If you are really happy with the flow you get from a the current stems, still probably try a PVHES at some point;)

@FM ... that's my experience as well ... it's even more fun to try to do while standing up outside and holding your Solo upright, with the GonG stem lifted a bit, and my Cloud Hydratube on top ... and then the interesting part is separating the GonG joint from the HT to clear (without dropping anything of course!).

Anxiously awaiting my PVHESGonG stem!

They have more up for sale now. If you want them better grab them before they're gone! (I wonder if I should order another ... but then I'll have to spend an extra $100 or so to hit the $130 free shipping ...! :))

It naturally sits slightly forward on my bubbler, which allows optimal airflow.

I have a few questions about the PVHES. What is the difference between the standard and turbo stems? From the description: "Large Single Bore with a glass rim to hold the required screen", not quite sure what that means.

Also any word on when there will be a restock on the PVHES? Looking forward to buying one.

Standard PVHES have the same four hole glass 'screens' as Arizer stems . Turbo PVHES have only a stainless steel screen.

The Bent Shorty PVHES is still in stock.

Just received my PVHEGonG adapter and gave it a whirl with my HydraCirc HT and works like a charm! Very nice! (Don't have to hold the stem slightly off the bottom now which makes it much easier). Drag is also significantly reduced (which is quite noticeable with the HT and the standard PVGonG adapter).

And thanks PV for the Doritos (however, I had heartburn earlier, which had largely subsided, then I went and ate a bag of Doritos after vaping a bowl and it's coming back with a vengeance! oh well ... suffering because I gave into temptation yet again :))

Thanks ... Appreciate it ... Hopefully it gets better instead of worse, however, i asked for it ... 50/50 odds of getting away with the Doritos at best! (Probably more like 20/80 but they sure looked good!)

Edit: tested the pvhegong again so at least the discomfort is more manageable (easier to put at the back of my mind)

JCat,
I recieved my PVHES GonG today at 1100 and by 1130 it's already broken in one place and cracked in another.

As always, I preheated my Solo to 7 and let it sit idle, then tried inserting the stem. It fit tighter than my bent and straight PVHES, my 14 and 18 PVGonG. It took some doing but I gently coaxed it in. When I removed the stem I heard a shard of glass hit the floor and noticed a tiny piece had broken from the stem. There is also a hairline crack next to the area where the glass broke.

I'd keep using it if it weren't for the crack,
but it just doesn't seem safe as is. It's a shame as I didn't even get to use it.
