I think about you from time to time, like the other day when we set the clocks back (and notice the days are really getting shorter), I got to thinking about how much more extreme that is up where you hang out. In a misspent youth a crazy friend (the very best kind you know) and I drove up to the Arctic Circle. 7000 miles, 3500 of it on dirt. Well as far North as we could, the road was under construction and several miles short so we hoofed it over the tundra the last few miles, miserable going for sure.
Anyway, in the area we were in the only town for miles around is Dawson, where the Yukon Gold Rush was. Outside town is 'Midnight Dome', a 2000 foot or so tall rock where the sun doesn't set on June 20. It skims the horizon at midnight and starts back up. The locals all go up and hold a 24 hour party.....it gets mighty dull in the Yukon.
Yep, the weather has been a topic since folks stopped asking 'where is Able?' I think. Some say the world will end in fire, others in ice. When I was in High School the very same sorts of experts were giving us dire predictions of impending ice age from air pollution. Big money is saving the world from such dire ends you know......
I'm reminded in recorded history the Thames has frozen and they raised table grapes in the UK. We're well within that range seems to me.

Better as in ease of use? No (JMHO)
I think the Bender should qualify as a "Connoisseur" vape. The flavor is second to none but the price point and durability of glass means it stays home reserved for the "good stuff".
(except for special occasions such as today which may end in a new Bender order for me by the end of the day)

I have two PERSEI'S, two SOLO's and a COUPLE of HERCULES on the way.
The GPEN is history . I don't like plastic taste.
The TRISTICK for PURE GOLD. (starting to not like the PURE GOLD because of weird after taste)
The MFLB hate the flavor profile and the batteries were a hassle.
The BENDER seems like a cool device to own with the PERISE?
Don't own a plug in.
I'm just learning.

Held up in Seattle, WA in November. Runs the weekend and it is an AMAZING place to meet serious folks in the industry. I learned a ton and they passed out a sample of "Oregon Blues" and GSC...going to break into that later.
Subcool had a turn with the Bender and Slightly Medicated was there and had him trying out the Cloud.
A good time was had by all and the Bender made it back in one piece. I feel waaaay over medicated and don't think I've felt this worn since my last trip to A-dam so please excuse me while I PTFO.

no further elaboration on that. but good a enough a source.
Puregold and silicon or certain plastics may be a no no. silicon for sure. cause puregold has no funky tastes unless it sits a while (taste like nothing or slight taste. let a puregold cart sit for 3 months. tasted mildly or not at all) or it becomes burnt (onto the wick like with omicron carts, and yes that tastes gnarly). which it wont become burnt unless the wick burns cause puregold vapes clean, meaning it wont have any or near zero residual material. and the tristick is essentially a ce4 style version gpen with wick instead of coil (believe gpen is coil). by the looks. no experience in tristick. seen a gpen before but no need for either. persei and tv could pretty much handle any portable vaping need. better off with gold in thermovape rev or dart or persei cart (for now). Best off with herc cart as it wont leak. or possibly the new Cera.

When I first got my PERSEI I loaded the 5.0 cart with PURE GOLD (the Bud Tenders recommended the PURE GOLD) with a single battery @ and it tasted really nice. Then I used the double battery set up and the clouds became super thick.
I was blown away on how well the PERSEI worked. However the next day most of the PURE GOLD leaked all over my CHROME PERSEI so I threw away the 5.0 cart plus the $70.00 gram and cleaned up my new PERSEI. That's when I became frustrated. It sat in the box for over a month and I wasn't going to waste material. I thought to myself, " it would be nice to have a chart with the recommend concentrate material to go along with the battery chart it comes with"! Maybe it's a legal issue?
Anyway I was ready to give up and move on when I discovered this site while looking for a way to figure this thing out. Some of the experts on here "OF" gave some direction with his recommending the 2.4 carts. I think DELTA NINE would be better off to offer 2.4 carts with the PERSEI. Less confusion for us new customers maybe? Now I understand the term around here "EXPERIENCE"! Then I started experimenting with waxes. Here in CALIFORNIA there are lots of waxes to choose from Plus Priming your carts seem to be an import part of The cart loading procedure.
My comment earlier in my journey about being a "KOOK" was a surfing reference to being a newbie to this device.
The 2.4 carts worked so well and the wax combination was like WOW for me personally. So I bought a second PERSEI with the excuse I wanted to switch the rings to make them match. Now I have two sets of batteries as well so it was justifiable in my mind. Since I had trouble in the beginning I bought 2 HERCULES (one for each unit). While waiting for their arrival I'm learning how to use the Dual Cart Tip. Now I when back to the single because it was giving me couch lock or a self induced coma.
When I had my Medical Marijuana license renewal they gave me a TRISTICK and I filled it with PURE GOLD and it was incredible. The 6 wick Cart it came with tasted good however I put a two wick replacement cart on it and filled it with PURE GOLD. A friend said it tasted like gasoline? I went home and fired up the PERSEI with a 2.4 cart and wax and it was blissful. I have only a year of experience, however it's starting to get fun because of this PERSEI MEDICAL DEVICE.
The Brittle, Honeycomb, Crumble and other waxes I can manage now and I'm loving it. I need to revisit the PURE GOLD when I have the correct attachment.
The HERCULES I believe will fit my MM needs.

That would be a third unit like the one you dumped in a drawer for non cooperation? I guess we can move you right on over to the 'convert' column? You do understand 3 is one more than you have hands, right? I mean you can't really use 3 at once.......
Many of use are hopeful about Hercules and PG. I have one on order two (but having only one Persei, I only ordered one....). Lots of fingers crossed there I think. For those of us who bought Revolution/DART carts when they were available we have a PG alternative that doesn't leak there to carry us through these dark times.
