Well, TRVB wasn't lying about it arriving today. I just received the unit.

I'm unable to test it out right now (damn real job) but I snapped a couple of quick pics to share. I will give it a go in a few hours when I get home.

:peace:

If you have any concentrates on hand I'd love to hear how the glass straw performs.

We are hoping for a black Friday release. Our engineers are assembling units right now, I can't launch until I have enough built to supply all my vendors at once, so the date is not solid. I feel we are behind and may have to push back a week, but I always feel behind so I am hoping I'm wrong. Very soon is the answer.

Points of review I'm very interested in:

1. Taste
2a. Cloud production, and ease thereof (ie. how quick can you vape a bowl to completion ... in comparison say with Solo with GonG)
2b. Vapor production without water tool ... how does it compare in taste, feel, etc. (restrictive vs. not restrictive, does it require technique, ...)
3. Vapor Path both w/ Water Tool and without (stainless/other, fresh air intake, ...)
4. Materials (ie. GonG attachment ... TRVB ... how much for spare pieces of these? I assume some piecese may wear over time especially if they are not stainless or glass as well as just having extras might be useful as far as cleaning schedule)
5. Over feel of build quality and craftsmanship ... how will it handle small drops and dings (not talking about the glass here :))

I'm sure there's more but that might be a good start!

Are you releasing to any CDN vendors? I'd like to reserve a unit if possible though a vendor or directly through you ... big fan of dealing with PV ... they've been great for all transactions.

Edit: Whoops! Sorry! (Back-to-back posts.)

I don't handle the sales, so I'll have to check on that. I'm still waiting on the website guy to tell me the discount code for buying it through us, I'm pretty sure that is going to be your cheapest way to go.

Also, I have found that I use the 2.0 on level 2 for traditional style, 3 for the water tool and 5 for oil. I never use 4, it is a little hot for my taste. I could only imagine it being used if someone had really wet product.

What is the exact temp each setting is supposed to reach?

I'm taking a break from testing, so I thought I'd throw up some pics. I'm still putting my thoughts together about the unit itself and need to do further experimentation.. :science: I'll post more of my thoughts soon. I'm pretty vaked right now, so I probably couldn't put my thoughts together if I tried. That alone at least tells you something about the VB2.... it gets you really high.

can it be used well while sitting vertical on a 18 or 14 joint bubbler? without herb falling out of chamber etc.. looks great, will love to have this in my arsenal. Do we have an estimated battery life? So you just screw on different mouthpiece? Thanks for the testing folks, have at it.

So the taller tube is the portable? They both look mighty big. How tall are they?

I would say not at that height. When I was thinking about a home bubbler I was only thinking 12" so that wouldn't even be close to portable. I can't wait for a full report tomorrow or maybe even the next day. I did notice a crack on the seems in your pic of the VB2. Is that sealed tightly?

But I wouldn't call it "portable".

Oh, I think it'll be portable once they put the handles on. I mean, grip it low with both hands, lift with the legs....

So, first off, it's working too well for you to really tell us how well it's working? That's a good thing.....

.08 grams in the bowl? A little over half a MFLB trench? Wow! Looks mighty promising to me. Thanks Stu. Just so we don't waste time duplicating tests, I'm thinking OG Kush and Blue Dream......

Sounds good OF...this is fun even though it isn't in my hands. In some ways this is more fun. Ugh what a boring life I have.

Ha! I just tried to shoot a video, but I went into a coughing fit from an unexpectedly fat rip, so I deleted it. In retrospect I should've saved it and posted it as a blooper.... sorry.

Thanks for the pics Stu! Only increased my excitement!

Edit: 1 quick question comes to mind (if you can manage to type a response that is :)). How is the pull/restriction on the VB2 vs. the Solo?
