I've designed the FIRST car which doesn't require that you reload firmware into the guidance computer when you vent the fuel cells.

I used to work with a crazy man who had a dead pan face and twisted wit. He'd tell people 'we've finalized the design for the power supply for our matter-energy transfer unit and have started work on the control panel.....we still need a few investors with vision there.....'.

One day, in the middle of a truly ugly Production Meeting where Planning was all bent out about Engineering part number changes impacting Work in Process (WIP) so the sales guys we coming up short in their traditionally optimistic shipping quotes.....the usual. At least it was Assembly or Test that was the hangup, 'hey Inspection would pass it if we could build it..'. So Jim looks across the table, and in a stage whisper that brought the other conversations to a stop said to me, 'you know I think I have the solution, I could write a simple program to determine the average part number which planning could use to set up the runs if Engineering could provide an average release date...'. Folks bought into the idea, desperate for a way out of a traditional set of problems. It didn't last long, but it was amazing to watch happen.

And guys around here think they're ready for the Big Leagues? With guys like you and Jim setting the pace??

The packaged Persei w/ Hercules still says "Expected release date is 17th Nov 2012" on the D9 web site. Probably someone at D9/W9/UP should notify Planetvape.ca also, since they're still saying Nov. 26 release for Hercules pre-orders (NOTE: Still discounted 1/2 off - for anyone who wants one and still hasn't ordered it).

So its been asked time and time again... But would the CE4 Cartomizer 2.5 ohm or Vision Ego or Vision Cartomizer 2.5ml or ViVi Nova work ***Leak-proof/clog-proof*** with Puregold. A cart is needed and sooner than the herc release. It will never be used with anything else. Just the gold. And only on persei. Vivi nove boasts leak-proof. But no burnt taste, no leaks, no clogs. This is only due to the fact that thermovape his ceased production of legacy products (the rev, the dart, etc). And herc is not until december.

Vision EGO claims the plastic can react with certain citrus other "flavors", so wonder if it would react with the d-limonene in the gold??? grrr, phuck plastic!

Vivi nova also makes a metal tank the replaces the plastic (not sure if any healthier), but also I got my buddy hooked on PG and found these atomizers called bud atomizers, where it vaporizes from the bottom of tank, apposed to the wick stem, in place is a ceramic element.

So I just preordered the Persei w/Hercules. I also added the Bender, a couple 4.0 carts, mouthpieces and extra batteries. I then saw the Dec. 3 release date. I guess I'll be waiting a little longer to vape. It will hopefully be a good christmas this year.

Yeah, that was found earlier by a user who reported inflated silicon rings whilst using the gold.

Edit: Really bad reviews on the bud atomizers... Still trying to find a TV Revolution LV for make shift...

A lot of these atomizers / tanks now have a new revised kinda resin plastic that doesn't crack, on a side note my buddy's bud atomizers have been going strong for about 1 month and a half, I suggested these bud atomizers only as a temporary solution till hercis released!

Cleaning the bender today with ISO and notice the inner bulb where the hammer inserts is brown and not able to clean. Anyone else having similar situation?? I didn't soak it but used brushes and couldn't get it to fade.

Also anyone try infrared thermometer on the bender for temp control> I find heating rod up with bender on with out filling first keeps me from burning herb on first heat up. Also I never fill above the stem of inner bulb leaving the tip clear. I have been stirring between every hit and pulling glass off if I see smoke still simmering up after the hit. Just don't try it while inhaling as I almost chipped a tooth when it released off the hammer

I was planning on loading up 2 - 5.0 carts and use the double top my PERSEI came with.
However this 2.4 cart with Budder has incredible flavor.
Who said medicine needs to taste bad?

Great results, congratulations!

At the risk of repeating myself, I suggest sticking with the success you're getting with 2.4 Ohm carts on LV. Why mess with success?

If the goal is to substitute burnt oils and leaks for that great taste and performance then by all means go cloud chasing with high power carts, that process too is sure to deliver there for you as it does so reliably for so many others.

My advice is to enjoy the tool for what it is. As you've discovered, that can be very good.

Hey Ataxian,

Why not load up a second 2.4ohm cart with some of that good-looking budder for a 'test' of your PERSEI double top? Just make sure to be sitting (LOL).
