Soooo, do/did they serve on submarines or targets? :haw:

Just kidding . . . both my dad and brother were submariners, that is an old submariner joke I learned from Commander Emery (now vice admiral retired), and my uncle was up top on the surface . . .

I was curious...is it true that 100 sailors go down, and 50 couples come up? :p

**I realized after I made this post that it should have been an edit to my first post. Can the two be merged?

:lmao: lmfao . . . close quarters for sure. I hear females are serving now, however the boats are a LOT bigger these days :)

I'm glad they are letting women serve on subs now. :D

Have you seen "Last Resort," on ABC? We like it. :)

No, haven't seen that one yet, I'll look it up. I hear that the crew on these new "boomers" actually JOG around the missile deck since it is so large . . . I can't imagine. I saw the USS Ohio being assembled in drydock and it looked so big . . . these new subs are awesome and I am so glad they are ours :peace:

Thats neat, I would love to see that. I am really interested in the average age here, but I notice something. I think the average age of the "regulars" here is higher than say some of those that might be "passing through"?

I am 26.

I was surprised at some of the ages here but i think it's part of the dynamic here. It appears to me that the demographic of the younger vapor enthusiasists here is vastly different from young combusters on other forums (cough cough GC cough). That's why FC is awesome.

Green goes to brown, n that's what I stand for.
I think regardless of age, that most all of us on FC care about weed more than we do just "smoking" it. In other words, we are down to experiment and risk a "failed" high, at the price of learning new ways to get high, new ways to prepare weed, great ways to conserve and still medicate, and more about how the whole thing works.

44 with the spine of a 90 year old.

From a USAF family - my dad is a retired captain, uncle a retired TAC general. Though the uncle has been teaching Navy folks of some ilk since he retired. I followed the Grateful Dead and studied the history of science and occultism instead. Ended up working in Fedland anyway.
