Discontinued Vaporblunt 2.0 & VB 2.0 DLX

I do very much so remain optomistic as to how hard hitting or "cloud" like this will be, but sticks does bring up a valid point which ultimately ends up being this...

The cloud has not only constant power but CONSISTENT power which is essentially unattainable with a portable unit, HOWEVER this does not mean that the first half dozen or so hits do not rival those of the cloud or whatever desktop unit you're using as a benchmark test.

I tend to agree. Hopefully it will perform in basically the same way in terms of free flow, taste, moisture content, potency and so on but at a lower volume/rate. You won't get 'huge clouds' quickly, but hopefully some will be available if you take it within the rate the machine is good at.

It is, after all, a much smaller unit without a cord. If it could do as well in all areas Cloud would be in serious troubles. As it is, it seems a natural for cloud owners, even ones that don't get out much.

With the whole redisgn there really is no telling, the original VB had a very solo like draw but were unable to compare to the original due to the massive design changes. The restricted draw on the original unit was due solely because of the airpath and how small the draw hole was. Battery life was good with the original I never found myself saying "damn I'm dead already?"

I want it to connect straight into my maw while I'm jamming down the street. I want to hack and cough like I just finished sucking on a tail pipe...full of tasty, clean healthy vapor of course :D

I just want to see a video of some fat rips. Show me that and I will show you the money.

I am waiting on 1 last piece to come in to make these final, and then I am going to do a quick video on my iPhone, How would you guys say is the best way to capture cloud production on video? Black background?

I think it was said that it mates with 18mm glass, meaning Cloud users could use it with their HT's and VB users could use a Cloud base unit with their glass.
I was thinking exactly this as well ... Will also work with my pvgong stem and solo

I've been looking at the pics I can see ... and the one thing I'd like to see is more of a close-up of the vapor path, chamber, 18mm GonG attachment, etc.

Thanks!

Is the draw restricted like on the original unit? Hopefully the vapor path has been made with a larger diameter so it's not so restricted.

Im sure most of the complaints people had of the original vb such as airflow were taken care of in the new model. Im drooling in anticipation, and almost have enough saved up for the dlx model. Thanks alot for the 2ish month discount yull be getting a pm from me around when the add to cart button pops up.

I think I'll get one without the hydratube first and try it out on my black leaf micro circ. I love that the hydratubes will be sold separately so we can decide after the fact.

My friends call me "Menz"
i was an "early adopter" of another product and wish i wasn't. so i will wait and see what others say first. i may miss out on the discount which will cause me not to be able to buy it either. guess there's that rock and a hard place thing again :( but i will not ever buy another vape without real honest reviews first. never making that mistake again

Very Cool! It looks great. What is the 18mm gong adapter made of?
Thanks for the video!

Awesome! Thanks for the video as well! I'm also very interested in what the materials are ... and costs of spare/replacement pieces if there is any wear/tear on pieces like the GonG adapter.

Thanks for the vid.
I'm a bit discouraged by the size. The water tool appears to be the size of the Cloud tubes. The box art and side by side pic led me to think it was quite a bit smaller, pocket friendly in fact. That made me look beyond some of the bad press the VB1 received.
I'll keep my eye's open but my interest has lessened.
Best of luck with this.

I'm a bit discouraged by the size. The water tool appears to be the size of the Cloud tubes.

I understand it, but consider there's a practical limit to how small in diameter you can make it. There needs to be three concentric tubes in there each fairly thick itself but also having a fairly large gap between them so that guys can get that 'easy draw' they want. So in cross section that's six layers of glass and five gas passages. Some of the passages are in parallel (and can therefore be half the width for the same area) and the outer paths have a larger diameter so they can be narrower than the center.

Put another way, I'm sure it's as small as it can be in keeping with useful performance? Agreed, not ideal for grabbing a few quick hits on the sly, but it's a water pipe after all....

I'm looking forward to what end users have to say about how it performs. The goalpost is high, but this guy looks like it's ready for the game.

Both the unit and the tube look bigger than expected but im not discouraged. The unit looks to be about the size of the solo, which is great because i loveed my solo and it easily fit in my pockets, it just wasnt pocketable due to the stems. Also looks to be alot better airflow then the solo. I doubt id ever travel with the glass, so bringing this around with me shouldnt be a problem. The unit itself looks definetly looks like itll fit more easily in my pocket compared to the mivape.

The tube does look bigger than i expected (definetly looks longer then 7 inches), but i wouldnt say its the same size as a hydra tube. Definetly comparable, but definetly smaller and skinnier. A little bit bummed as well though cause like it was mentioned earlier, and for the same reasons already mentioned by someone else, I also was under the assumption that the tube would fit in my pocket(or was similarly sized as the unit) and based on the video i doubt it. (My decision just became alot harder since i already own a hydra tube and this comes with a gong adapter). It would be nice to see it next to an actual hydra tube but that will probably have to wait til us users get it. I still have my hydra tube so if i do go with the dlx ill be sure to get pics and compare.

Also, from the video it looks the the bottom of the tube is about 18mm female gong joint. Is the black cone that it slides over on the unit the gong adapter? Or is that piece only compatable with the tubes? Cant wait for a more in depth video. (Taking apart the unit, attaching, changing, and using the different accesories

If possible could u post a pic of the tube next to a ruler for some reassurance. Also a picture of the gong adapter by itself and attached to the unit would really help in my decision of whether i go with the 2.0 or the dlx.

Misinterpreted the posts. I'm happy with the size of the unit, I thought the solo was a perfect size. I really think this portable section needs to be split into two sections "stealth" and "portable". I'm gonna take one of OF's favorite sayings around here "if it's not one things it's another" could it be smaller yes, would it have the battery life or hit as hard? No.

The water tool is just an option. I think this is still small enough to be in your pocket or bag. Its nice to have the water option if you can use it.

Sorry guys, I've been real busy with the launch of this product. Just a heads up, I'm running a few days behind with the tester units I am sending. I would say I will have them all shipped by Thursday. Thanks for your patients, I will answer all questions and supply more video soon.
