Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

Sorry, didn't realise that post was quoted from SM55 himself.
Cheers for your help. probably will get this

seems legit.

I didn't realize you were outside N. America. There is a lot of discussion in this thread about an inverter for international use, including IIRC 1 or 2 users who broke their units this way. VXL has an international version of the Cloud in development that requires no inverter; no availability date given yet but they are pushing to make it happen. Seems like a rather expensive risk to take.

Oh no man i should explain.
I wanted to get the inverter to use with my friends Volcano Vaporiser in the meantime..
(i know it'll work with the volcano) and then once the vapexhale cloud was released internationally
i'd use the inverter for that as well. I just wanted to see what inverter i should be looking at
cause i wouldn't want to buy something that didn't even work with it (wrong wattage or whatever). But i'm pretty sure it should be fine.

I just really need to be able to use it in my car
because sadly i don't always have access to a house
and being able to use it in my car wherever i go basically makes the device portable :D

I'd agree. The fried unit from starting the car with it connected and turned on should be a big caution. I'm not sure if that issue has been (or can be) addressed, but it's certainly a situation I'd avoid. The only place in my car you'd find my Cloud would be in the trunk. I wouldn't risk it with a car/boat electrical system or to seizure. I'd also agree with sm about plugging it into a good surge arrest to avoid spikes and dips.

I'd like to know which inverter they were using because as far as the powertech pure sinewaves go
it should be pretty damn safe. They implement a lot of different safety features such as
Overload protection, Short circut protection, low battery alarm, low battery shutdown, auto over thermal shutdown. I was asking the team at Jaycar Electronics if turning the engine on would effect devices plugged in and he said it wouldn't and that modern inverters have built in protections for these sort of things.

I have no idea if he was just bullshitting to try and sell me a product but still.. doesn't seem unbelievable.
and even if that is the case. Then i just have to make sure not to turn my engine on whilst it's plugged in..I don't completely understand why it wouldn't be safe with the powertech pure sine wave inverter.

I have no idea about brands or which, if any, are safe to use if you start the car with the vape on. IMO car use for this model will be a very small percentage, and it's just a topic I'm not interested in pursuing. Good luck with it though.

i think i overmedicated.
I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on a Vertigo 10-Arm to Showerhead. The 10-arm is an upstem tree so it sort of acts like a pillar. it looks like a very turbulent hit with a great rumble sound.

edit: maybe not. the joint at the one i'm looking at is a little further away than the one in the video, but still too close I think.

I just wanted to clarify to everyone, Use of a Car inverter, or an international converter will void the warranty. One also cant try to sneak around this, as if you blow out your cloud using an inverter or an international inverter, and a warranty claim is filled, our engineers are able to clearly see how the board was blown. Use of an inverter is not suggested.

Great Scott!
There is a vape pen made for concentrates called the Cloud, its a portable vape but not related to vapexhale

VXC quick! Pull an Apple and sue their ass for no damn reason!

On a side note I've filled ~20-25% of the ELB and set the dial for 9:30 or so at the MOST on the dial. With my bubbler its like getting 12+ MFLB feeling hits, without the dry irritation. Kinda cool for those low temp days.

I've been meaning to ask, you guys who consider yourself low temp vaporists, what setting on the cloud do you use? I'm curious how low people go. I'm getting great flavor at 9:30, but very little visible vapor. Not complaining since I could always turn it up and milk the bub, but I find this interesting experimentation.

Damn stone I'm jealous every time I see that one of a kind peyote pillar. And thanks for the tip I was never 100 on how much water was right or or not I guess it's more preference, I will def try out more water to hear this baby sing. Lol I have started to put my pillar in the fridge to get the water nice and cold. Works well maybe a biti overkill but I like it. :)
If you don't add water to the pillar your $1000 plus SG it's not working properly.
The point of the Pillars ( columns, beams, etc) is to pull water with the vapor from the Peyote chamber and make it travel up and down oddly from bottom to top chamber and viceversa till it ends up being cooled down and inhaled by the mouthpiece.
At the very moment your beautiful SG is not doing anything special, it's just working as a really really diffused peyote like showerhead.
Pay attention to videos and SM55.

Yeah I'm aware of how it works thx it still does that even at the level of water I had it at. Stone was implying if I add even more water it will add a more roar sound of water bubbling when you clear it.

i get nice clouds at 9 oclock and i get very medicated. My medicine is so dry it crumbles when I break it up with my fingers. I have had my cloud since 3/5 and I LOVE THIS VAPE. big improvement over the hot air gun in buzz and efficiency . medicine seems to last a lot longer with the same level of medication.

I get amazing clouds with my Mobius Ion @ 9:00!
It's perfect for daytime sessions when I actually need to get shit done
But at night when I need to unwind and just chill, I bump it up to 11 or 12 and then it's sweet dreams...

Can't wait to see the devastator...I think my GonG mouthpiece is going to come in very handy!
Is there anything that this vape can't do? I'm in love

I can't tell from the video, but are those inline slits gridded? They look a bit different than the picture on the VX website. Maybe it's just the angle of the camera, but they don't seem to go up as high on the sides of the inline, are wider, and have no/fewer grids. What do you think?

I just had the strangest experience. I was reaching for my Cloud to turn it on, and it was extremely cold when I grabbed it. At first I thought it was wet, it wasn't, but I guess our room temp has been lower lately, and I am used to grabbing it while it's hot, so it was a bit of a shock for a few seconds.

jambandphan03,
Oh, and an afterthought...I know people have been talking about transportation.
Has anyone seen the RYOT cases?
I had one for a large piece and loved it. I'm planning on getting another smaller one just for this baby.
I am a true fan. I think I over medicated too easy on this..lol :mmmm:

There are 14 slits, they look kinda rough cut, and they do not go up that high...Just looked.
The 1st, or the 14th one, depending on which way you count..is spaced differently than the rest.
This is my first inline.
I wish the cuts were smoother, IDK about how far it is supposed to go up..
EDIT: One side of the slits is higher than the other.. Sorry. I am vaked.

Are the slits gridded? That is, are there little pieces of glass breaking up the slits in to more than one opening? The website says: "Inlines are already known for their excellent diffusion qualities and each slit has been gridded for even more diffusion." It does not specify how many grids each slit should have. Inlines are gridded anywhere from 1-8 times, making a huge difference in the flavor, diffusion, and chug of the tube. Inlines with no grids are quite chuggy, IMO. The more grids you add, the more of a "fizz" you get as many smaller bubbles go through lots of little holes. For vapor, I was hoping for 2-4 grids to strike a balance between smoothness and flavor. Can hydraline owners chime in with how many grids their slits have? The older ones look a bit different to me.

And FYI, the package is NOT discrete. It has the title and logo on the box. :\
Yeah, that would be my only complaint - I had mine shipped to my work address, I got it from the UPS guy so no issues but good to know for others that might be expecting discrete packaging...

My box didnt have logo on it, was usps. It said vape-x sender. but just plain brown box.

Yeah, the box itself doesn't have a label but the shipping label on the box does. Not a huge deal but for people wanting very discreet packaging I can't say it's that...
