Best: epic vape hands down!!!!! Got my first beta unit for 150 and have received the newest one for no charge. Andy has done a great job. 2nd would have to be the Persei. 3rd to solo. Pax is on the way.. Can't wait to compare it to all my vapes. WORST: herbalaire 2.1 only bought it for 90 but need to post it on classified...

wasn't a vape but a torch lighter with an angled head needed for this particular vape. got a less expensive one with the vape but liked the more expensive one. anyhow, have two of the more expensive lighters sitting on the shelf because they blow themselves out when you try to use them. one was purchased, one was sent as a replacement for the first one that didn't work right. still using the plastic one. still like the more expensive ones better.

I know there are many shitty lighters out there, but are you sure you're using them properly?

Those 'blow-outs' often occur because the gas-tank isn't purged of air &/or old gas before refilling. You can do this by pressing the fill nipple until nothing comes out anymore. It's recommended to do this every time before you fill the lighter.

Cheap gas or a wrong flame setting can be other causes for a 'blow-out'.

yep, went through this with the rep from the company. he emailed instructions on purging, refilling and even sent a link to a vid on how to use this particular lighter. gas is top grade, no impurities. purged the lighters at least twice each. too much work. when the plastic one goes i'll get a couple more.

I was cleaning the other day and found the Vapir box. I have both, and they both were successful in converting me to vaping. The One was decent but the Oxygen was a joke. That battery pack

Looking at my Cloud and my Pax now 3 years later....:freak:

So...

Worst: Oxygen
Best: Cloud

It's going to take one fuck of a vape to de-throne the Cloud I tell ya...

I've been pretty fortunate. I don't really have a "worst vape" more along the lines of it didn't suit my needs. If I could only have one vape at this point, it would be an SSV. I wouldn't purchase the Thermovape Evolution ever again (not like I can anyways :D) . Just didn't cut it for me.

That's something for a 4 years owner but I have to say the same of the volcano, the updated minivap really outmatch it with the improved air flow. All I need is my MV and some nice glass

best purchase: extreme q. Always worked well for me and more or less made me into a vaporist. I consider this to be my best purchase because it saved me SOOO much money. I probably saved just shy of $10000 the first year of ownership in just how much less I used with a vape.

Worst purchase: the first time I purchassed a vaporgenie was through amazon. It was before I knew to buy right from the manufacturer. The company that had the listing called me the next day saying they were out. Then they pitched me other vapes I didn't want for more money and asked me to give them my credit info over the phone. Very sketchy. I yelled at them until they agreed to send me an mflb. Which I received sans battery charger. And the mflb just never met my personal needs, though I suspect mine is refurbished at best.

You couldn't get a refund ? Some times resellers sucks.. It can get tough to choose who to buy from when you can't personally reach the manufacturer

Have to adjust my original post on this.

Worst vape purchase remains the same..........the Iolite.
Best vape purchase remains the same with the PD that I used for over 4 years as my go to vape, but recently, I acquired an LSV and that has retired my PD as my go to vape.

Hey, me too again, the iolite :puke: worst money ever spent

Roger D,

Seek

Apprentice Daydreamer
Best: EQ (This will certainly change as soon as I get the VXC)
Worst: Vapir Oxygen Mini
Other experiences (inbetween):
Volcano (borrowed, tried)
Iolite (not really bad actually, but overpriced, somewhat weak and hard on throat, hard to clean because of telescopic mouthpiece)
PAMFLB (great one, i don't use PA much because of the EQ, but MFLB wins the stealth on-the-go, I don't like its high temp though)
light-bulb (homemade, could be worst if it was purchased, didn't even work for me, terrible)

Seek,
Me too,

Just added it to mine also. It got a lot of good use before I got my MFLB. My wife still asks me why we don't use it to this day. She liked that it was constantly running and could just be 'sipped' from. Pretty much the exact same reason I didn't like it. That and butane.

And Seek hit the nail - it's expensive!

I have only bought 2 vapes (thanks to fc), so to adhere to this thread:
Best: SSV. My first vaporizer has always delivered (and even more so now that I've added water percolation to the mix)
Worst: mflb. Count me amongst those that find it too hard to get medicated with this. I love the look and simple design and love it in theory. But in practice the mflb is powerful enough for the first several sessions, but then begins its inexorable decline in performance. I've tried 3 boxes and countless new batteries, yet consistently I'm faced with disappointing output. I'll be trying one last warranty return before retiring mine and my hopes.
Very best: Any vape I've set my sights on to purchase.

Best: SSV. after being outbid on the DBV i said why not just pony up extra $100 and buy new SSV and i can't get that grin off my face!:ko:
