This guy! Someone else mentioned it in another thread, but it looks good. Will the 3 hole diffused downstem be enough for my needs? I generally have problems with irritation from vapor but found those greatly reduced recently by running my MFLB through a simple 12 in bong. Seems like this will have more diffusion—but how much diffusion is too much?

Sorry to throw you all for so many loops—it was so hard to make up my mind on glass!

Very nice looking piece/price. As with everyone... we expect review and pics when you get it. I like that piece and the next one up, the Vapor Rig. Going to have to spend some more time on that site. This thread has truly turned into a bargain value glass hunter's dream. Several pieces that value is above their pricetag, in comparison to some of the higher $$$ stuff out there.

Small Van Tran Travel Bubbler

So I picked this guy up yesterday! I'm very satisfied so far, had two seshes with it out of my MFLB and one out of a DBV. I'm not really a glass expert by any means, but there seems to be a good amount of bubbleage in this piece; with the downstem barely covered with water the whole main chamber gets filled with water/bubbles.

The small size of these bubblers is absolutely TINY, too! It has a 2" base, and the bubbler never gets wider than that. Also because the draw tube and bowl (in my case, glass whip attachment) are both detachable, I can hook the bubbler up in line with any other scientific pieces (with another male whip attachment for the second piece, anyway).

The fact that the bubbler disassembles is great for me, too. One of the main reasons I got this bubbler was that it can fit in a metal carrying case I use for all my vaping goodies.

As far as pulling through this thing—the vapor still is slightly harsh/hot to my taste, but infinitely better than hitting the launch box with just a stem. I think I'm also torching my trenches a bit too much—I need to relearn how to hit the box when using this bubbler.

All in all, I'm sure better diffusion is possible but for the utility and performance (which is VERY good for this size of a piece) I think this bubbler takes the cake!

I'll get a video up as soon as I can—I don't really have a working camera setup so it may take me a bit.

On a side note, the shop (Goosefire Gallery) where I got this bubbler was VERY cool. It was technically a 'glass gallery', although I heard one of the employees ask another 'want to vape?' as I was browsing their stuff—so definitely a headshop too. My kind of place :) Some of their glass simply wasn't for sale, and there was a $20,000 bubbler there O.o

Just dropped my brand new bubbler! But it's okay :) this is solid glass—it was probably a 2-3' fall from my lap to the floor.

Ashamed at my clumsiness—super vaked and I wanted to pack stuff up before my roommate got back from his shower ;)

Last night I decided to skip the bubbler and go back to whip, just so I didn't have to get it ready.

Makes me :love: my bubbler even more. I couldn't take a long drag and couldn't pace myself for the whole hit. Bought a glass bowl head for her today, but not sure I wanna use her for combustion.

I was just messin. I'm lovin my new bubbler and I'd hate for her to get jealous, :luv:.

I think its the perfect size, as I'm sure the mini hydrator would be just as great as there is no removable parts and is even smaller. I probably would have bought it instead if it where in stock, but no regrets, :tup:, its big sis is doing great.

I saw a piece on bongoutlet.ca that I wanted, but I'm in Australia, and they won't ship here either.
Planetvape.ca are in Canada (so its either free or pretty cheap shipping from bongoutlet who are also in Canada) and they helped me out.
If you do want to pick up that bub, you could see if they will help you out too.
They are a great bunch of people working there, and I cant think of anyone who has better customer service.

Its the double showerhead bubbler.
A fixed showerhead for the back chamber, and a removable one in the first chamber.

You know, Frederick. The more I think about it, the worse I feel for you. Having all that glass around. It must bring with it constant anxiety, worrying about your collection.

Perhaps this glass piece... $65. We both know stability issues, do exist with this setup. What happens if it tips and *WHAM!* takes out a Mobius? Sad day indeed, Frederick.

You know, I can help you out in this situation. While my space is limited, I do have a spot, reserved for something special, that someone in my position can truly appreciate it for everything it does. This $65 piece, while considered sub-par by most glass connoisseurs, I do not have these hangups. I would be proud, to take your hand-me-downs and treat this fine piece of function and quirky form, with the appreciation it so richly deserves.

Just drop me a note. ;)

Haha, I've actually only knocked it over once, breaking a black leaf 8 arm dewaar a/c that was attached to it...

I keep all of my pieces on a shelf in my wardrobe, I'll thow up a pic of it soon, but there's no chance for anything to get bumped in there, so I have no worries of some kind of horrific dominos situation :lol:

That weed star one is pretty close to my heart, and given the big crack it now has in it's side, I wouldn't feel right letting anyone else take care of it. ;)
It was awesome value when I nabbe it though, I feel like ive already got my $65 of enjoyment out of it, anything else is gravy...

Maybe it'll be a bit cheaper this 4/20 with sales?

Bah... they gotta get them back in stock first. They have the Glass City version, but its a straight tube in the 2nd chamber. I'd like to have that 2nd perc, for a cheaper price to. I told myself I was gonna save my pennies, but every time I see something that might have potential... I buy it. Dude gave me $20 off a $85 piece today... so I bought it. I'll post pics in a bit. Its a chugger, but damn... its a 1 hit medicator. Like a lead pipe... it packs a huge punch. Its an interesting piece, as I usually hate chuggers.

EDIT: So here, is the new uhm... I'm not sure what to call her. I suppose I could hold a contest. Winning name gets <Your Moniker> named my bubbler! in my signature. Got to be something good to. :D

There's kind of a trick to using her. You have to lean her forward, frontside down... and rotate it like 20 degrees to your right, to get the best percolation, least drag and punch you in the gut with a THC/CBD sledgehammer.

"Chernobyl" (no The)... is going to be hard to beat. Its as I describe it. A true one-hitter, that hits with a thundering heard of nuclear Buffalo. Appropriate to be named after one of the worst man-made disasters in history.
