Brilliant Cut Grinder

Oh yes, not in the sense of wishing your life away but just the anticipation of the new shiny bits!
Totally. Except ironically that's exactly what we do and you couldn't have put it better wishing your life away we all been guilty of that at times when there was so much else to focus on and be thankful for, living fully in the moment.

When all is said and done it will be one of our the greatest lessons we take from this life. Cherish every moment. Take nothing for granted. See the good in every situation, etc.

Very hard to put into practice of course. But then that's what monks are for right?

Order up, all silver (boring, I know). These look gorgeous and after several days of debating with myself, I lost all self-control...

Pretty content with my SCS (except the logo, which honestly drives me crazy while I'm grindin') but will dedicate it to hemp flower and use the BCG for bud.

Coupon accepted just now!
Went with a BCG grinder over The Lotus. It pleases me grinders for life is a Canadian company. Was easy to support them.
Looking forward to seeing what a $100 luxury grinder feels like!
I think that makes sense mate you didn't really need the Lotus it was just a case of VAS let's be honest now lol. I don't think you will miss the Lotus with what you have once the VRod is in service.

But the world's best ever grinder (??), does make sense as a good good use of money the compliment your other purchases.

Good choice I say.

Keep saving, and also get the Lotus... in the Butane world, the Lotus is like an exotic car in a pack of Honda Civics.
Yes I have heard excellent reviews. It gets a spot, and an apparently worthy and cherished one, in many serious vaporist's lineup. Sneaky Pete rates it as his top go to device for flavour alone and really sampling a new strain.

I think Vapecritic was also pretty fond of it. And the rest of course, lots of good things I keep hearing about the Lotus vaporizer.

But the BCG though.....

True indeed. VROD, new glass, and a luxury grinder. Couldn't ask for more!
Blessed.

Thank you, I agree. I know I have a waiting period before my VROD arrives. I was trying to cure the waiting acquisition syndrome... Shoot, I've got days before payment confirmation, I sent my money through the mail, to save money! Lol

You are also correct! Lotus is now leader on a small list of things I need to be content herbal wise. Thanks for the encouragement

Just got my grinder! Took a little over a month to receive is all.

I'm honestly not sure if I prefer the grind of the Brilliant Cut or longtime friend Cali Crusher Homegrown just yet, but they're definitely comparable despite being different. The form and function of this grinder is definitely A+ though and it's a very pretty device!

My only slight complaint is that the post in the herb chamber takes some getting used to making me want to spend more money on a nice scoop tool. Oh, and I keep forgetting there is no threading and try to twist it apart anyway lol

Mine might need a new hotplate as I got it used, but I have found it to be the lame duck of the butane vapes that I've tried. Flavor isnt all that great compared to a Sticky Brick or Elev8r and the bowl is rather small.

I've had the BCG for almost a week now. I'm a light user, so I've only grinded herb a few times.

So many good things here! My previous main grinder was the Santa Cruz Shredder, a beast in its own right.

My two favorite things, from a functional perspective:
- There's never any chunks of herb stuck in the grinder merchanism, even after grinding for only 2-3 seconds. Granted, I don't grind a lot of herb at one time, but this is still impressive. There was often a bit of herb that still needed to be grinded left in my SCS after 3-5 seconds of grinding.

- No more having to unscrew anything! Using magnets means I'm able to grind my herb, easily pack a bowl, and then slap the grinder back together in one swift movement.
Not having to have my experience interrupted by screwing the grinder back on is surprisingly really, really nice. No more "Going to go vape a bowl - right after I screw my grinder back together."

I'm not too finicky on the quality of the grind. I've heard reviews that the SCS's resulting herb is slightly fluffier than the BCG. BCG still has really nice grind quality.

I was a little surprised about how nice the herb came out, actually. I bought all 3 plates, and have been using the coarse plate to grind herb for my Ghost MV1, which likes a very loose pack. I don't grind much herb at once - usually enough for just 1, maybe 2 small bowls.

Putting a tiny piece of the plant on the coarse grinder plate, it just barely didn't fall through. I was worried the herb was barely going to get grinded before falling through the plate. That definitely wasn't the case - the herb was still grinded perfectly every time. Nice and fluffy too.

Overall, super happy to make this my main driver, and can definitely recommend it if it's in your price range!
