Looking for a good partner for the Mighty

So after five years my Extreme Q finally hit the bucket. While it was a trooper I was always left wanting more. Decided to try something else and would prefer it to hit me like a freight train. Prefer the whip because of the strength of vapor but I’m not against anything. Already own the Mighty so the Plenty is tempting but I’m not tied to it. Just started looking the other day and it’s hard to know where to start after not keeping up with it for so long. Only thing I’m not really interested in are ones you have to use a torch for, I could see that going badly with my partner.

Check out a silver surfer, hits like a train, and they sell factory blems at a better price.

I've got a lot of vapes, and for herb vapes it hits the hardest. Just don't get a regular wand get the ground glass heater/wand combo, it hits better and it works with glass better.

A couple of other whip options to consider are the new Volcano Hybrid and Ditanium.

If you’re interested in a different style where you put flower in a bowl and set a heater on top though, the FlowerPot is a great option. Especially if you want to use concentrates with the same device (and even at the same time if you can take it). :)

The Ditanium has that type of feature too, but it has a smaller dish and I think they only have Quartz available where the FlowerPot also has SiC, Sapphire and more.

@GalvoAg

If you want a whip, check out the Ditanium. Apparently it’ll kick your ass.

If you want to use glass, look at the VRod for flower and/or concentrates. If you want something for 100% flower and you plan to never concentrates, think about the Weedeater. Both are in the Flowerpot family by NewVape.

Let us know what you decide on or if you want/need more suggestions!

After looking I’m kind of interested in a log but I’ve never tried one before. The e-nano with the ice stem looks like it would give a nice powerful hit, and that Maple Burl is calling me. Plus if I get any glass down the line it looks like it would rip off it.

Ditanium looks interesting, it’s also nice that it has the nail. Wouldn’t use it that often other then for the honey off my Mighty though.

SSV is tempting especially at $170. Reading about it though I’m worried my girl will have a hard time using it when they talk about controlling your airflow. It’s nice that I have some spare parts for it from my Q as well.

If portable, the tubo dual / upcoming firewood 6 / ghost mv-1 are all good contenders from vapor quality perspective since the mighty is a good enough starting point to beat. I have a plenty in my home and i would steer you away from it.

Ended up picking up an e-nano. Seemed like a good complement to the Mighty and apparently it rips off bongs. I’ve always heard everyone needed a log and I might as well join the party.

Thanks everyone for the help!

I have a warm spot in my chest for the Woodscents, but the e-nano is a great choice as well. You should experiment with very small amounts and see what happens. You may be surprised at how little herb you require with a log.

Lots of great suggestions here. I have a mighty and complement it with a plenty, but also can't wait to get my old ssv back online. In the other (simpler, more portable) direction I still like my vapcaps.

The VAS (force), is strong in this one, lol.

They all have their spot. I have an embarrassing amount of vapes, but always have my eyes open for the next one.

I just recently got the Ditanium. It's a fabulous, small-footprint desktop vaporizer that is a wonderful full convection vaporizer that also acts as an enail for concentrates. The whip that comes with the unit has a 14mm titanium mouthpiece that works with any female 14mm water piece. I use the Sneaky Pete Mega Globe with it and it is fabulous. And it's as safe as can be, and priced right too.

I have to ask what is it about the S&B plenty that you say steer away from it? I have always heard great things on that one, they say the plenty hits plenty hard, lots of vapor. I just brought one but haven't had a chance to run it yet.

I got a question I don't mean to derail thread. I never ran glass, but was always interested in running glass. what do you guys do with your glass set ups like the flower pot, sub laminator, g43 after using them. do you put them away in box, on shelf, in the closet? I never got anything like that for fear of it getting knocked over and breaking.

You're gonna love the Enano with the ice stem. Pick up a wpa with an adjustable screen at some point; it's nice to have an adjustable bowl size that still keeps weed from sitting right against the heater when you load more.

My daily drivers spend most of their time on my desk, or my coffee table.

Of course, at times that there is any risk of anyone like landlords or maintenance etc. coming into my apartment, I move everything to my "medicine cabinet", as I live in one of the most unfriendly states in the USA.

I spent ten years on felony probation for this stuff. Could have gotten 2-20 if I messed that up...so I can't take any risks, as another offense would most certainly end up with the proverbial "book" being thrown at me. I'd most certainly be locked up for a while. Plus, I have a job in management right now, with lots of upcoming opportunities to grow in the future, for which I'd rather not take any big risks to loose.

I'm not running an actual desktop herbal vape right now. I have a couple of plug-ins that I can dial up, an old cloud+ that's about done and hardly worth it, and my plenty. For the cloud+ i have an old evolver hydrotube hidden in plain sight, disguised as a flower vase. I also have an e-nail rig set up with a dab mat etc, it's in an antique flip-top desk in my upstairs office that neatly conceals everything when not in use.

I was recently looking for a handheld vape with the power of a desktop, so basically a handheld that has wall power. Most here on FC said either get the plenty or a nice log vape. I was very close to getting a log vape. they look cool, not too big and very efficient but I picked up the plenty instead. I liked the build quality and retro look so much, I decided to get the mighty to go with it. it was a good choice, what is cool with these 2 devices is you can share the same dosing capsules between the 2 vaporizers, so they compliment each other nicely.
