New portable heavy hitter vaporizer

My problem with the ghost is that if you buy another battery and fast charger and more crucibles the price become too high...

I can almost buy 2 vaporizer for that price...also the battery life is not that great and it's kinda messy to clean.

I already have a dynavap with titanium tip.

The iq is not an heavy hitter like the others and it's pure conduction without a great battery life, also it's kinda messy to clean, don't get me wrong i still like the device but it's not for me (i already have an ascent from davicni).

Sticky brick looks great but i don't want another butane torch powered device, i want something that i can use during walking with one hand.

I'm looking into the milaana but i don't particularly like unregulated vaporizer becquse i fear for some combustion...
If u want to walk and vape get pax 3, if u can handle a little more weight the ghost is clear top 2, at the moment these two are the best portables to take out to parties imo

Ghost one full charge should last you 3-6 crucibles easy

I tried a pax 2 in ams and i really don't like anything about the pax except for the form factor...

Weight is not a problem, but 3-6 minicrucibles and then 8 hours of recharge is little bit to much to handle...

Yeah you might get annoyed swapping crucibles and moderating your draw speed with the mv1. Although it won't drop in time for your trip you should check out the Fury Edge as a punchy portable. It's an updated Fury 2 with better battery life, haptic feedback, and usb-c charging. Bowl size is smaller than the Fierce, which might limit you, but heat up and extraction time will be quicker and the Fury 2 is still my first choice for a pocket vape because the Fierce is quite a bit bigger and my jeans are on the skinny side.

Yeah the edge looks nice, but i don't think that the heater is powerfull like the one on the fierce.

And i really don't have a problem with the fierce form factor...

Moderate draw speed is not a problem, all my device are not freeflow so i'm usued to slow hits.
Also no problem with swapping crucibles, those are very minor flaws to me.

The problem It's the battery life and price with all the accessories...
Well over 400 euros is a bit too much.
Also it looks like a device who needs a lot of cleaning to perform well.

God i hate being so undecited...i change idea every minute or so...
Right now fierce, mighty and a boxmode are on top of my list.

If u really want convenience, u have to buy the extra things like extra batteries to make it happen, whats another $60, a trip to supermarket or meal with gf and its gone, buy it, preferably buy it during big holidays, 20-30% off or freebies, to me dropping ANY change for good hardware is worth it, your buds will cost way more, why not invest in good gear and the accessories to use it with ?

60 for extra battery, 60 for fast charger, other money for more crucible and crucible holder, we are well over 400 euro, my budget was 300 and it's not a cheap budget at all.
also i live in europe and european store doesn't gift you almost anything most of the time and the discount is usually very small (and if they are uk store you have to pay a pricey shipping to italy)

i'm still interested in the ghost because i really like the device conceptually, but it's very pricey even for an enthusiast like me...

so your issue is money, one way you can get your ghost is wait for holiday sales, they usually bundle the crucible holders and fast chargers together = $295, have someone here nice enough to ship to you, or see if ghost can ship direct to you, with all that plus shipping its under $400 usd, $50 usd below your budget of $400 euros
another way is if you have extra stuff lying around you dont touch, its time to sell, thats one way although a short term way of getting new gear
or find another source of income, what will $400 look like then? it will look like $40 lol

is not a money problem in general, i can spend 400 euro right now, it's a problem of money because i don't know if i can justify 400+ euros for a vaporizer when i can buy others equally great vaporizer for far less, also i'm not really sold on the device yet and i'm not gonna spend 400+ euros on a device i'm not fully convinced of.

(sorry for my english)

I personally have a few aesthetic issues with the Li’l Bud Elite (shape/dimensions, mouthpiece placement, obvious screw and ventilation holes, etc.) but none of it is that important and if none of that is a deal breaker for you, this may be your best bet for buying new right now if you want full on demand convection with regulated heat and no separate mod (the Tubo’s also very worth considering), but if you’re willing to buy used there’s an MV1 in the classifieds right now that’s within your budget with the extras included as long as the seller will send it to Italy.

If you’re okay with adding in conduction and a built-in battery the Mighty still is a solid choice that should get you where you’re going over the course of a session, but my guess is it’s not quite as much of a fast extracting “heavy hitter” as the others, meaning that I’d expect a single hit from the MV1 or Li’l Bud to affect you more and a bit differently than a single hit from the Mighty.

For me, the best example of this is the FlowerPot (convection desktop) at a high temp. My conduction Ascent can deliver some great effects over time, but hit for hit it’s a pretty different experience. The Mighty’s harder hitting than the Ascent I’m sure, but I really doubt that it has the same punch as a full convection vaporizer.

Anyone with a Mighty and full convection experience want to address that?

After studying all night, now my preferences are towards the fierce with a couple of accessories and maybe a volcano for heavy session at home...

Still studying tho.

Mmm volcano classic is 100 € cheaper than volcano digit, if the only difference is a screen and a more precise control temperature maybe i can just just buy the classic with the riductor for the chamber.

Is the volcano an heavy hitter? Because i tried this device a lot of times in ams but with 2-3 gr of weed for bowl with 10+ bags from 160° to 220° C so it was kinda normal to be blazed after that...

How are the performance with small loads using the reductor?

I can at least save you the time of starting a thread like this for a heavy hitter desktop: you'll mostly get recommendations for the NewVape Flowerpot.

The fact that Flowerpot lovers are satisfied with the Splinter Z is why you should get one. Those Flowerpotters don't fuck around.

I have two Canos and while I do like them and they serve a purpose, I think there are better desk top options right now (and more affordable). I am typically a micro doser so I don't have a flowerpot but I have heard that those are absolute beasts. Can handle big and small loads. That said, I firmly believe that EVOs are can compete with other heavy hitters and it does both concentrates as well as herb.

I think its a common misconception that you need a vape that produces an immense amount of clouds for it to be considered a heavy hitter or good performer. Efficiency should be one of your top priorities and both the EVO and flowerpot can deliver on that front. I don't want to go into the science of this but google a little and you'll see that various studies have shown that traditional techniques are wasteful as we are not absorbing most of the active compounds from larger hits.

I would heavily recommend a log vape (eg. woodscents, underdog, heat island, enano). Logs are fantastic desktop vapes and also do a good job of blending in if you decide to leave it out. Great at maximizing your herb and great flavor too. You can get big clouds out of a log but you'll find that you don't need to.

For me, the best example of this is the FlowerPot (convection desktop) at a high temp. I have a Mighty and it's my least used portable. It does not provide the power to be able to punch like an on demand vape. That said, its stupid easy to use, the flavor is good and I do not find it to be inferior to my other options when it comes to effects.

My problem with desktop or log vaporizer is the wire.

I hate being thetered to something, and the volcano is basically the only desktop vaporizer who can replicate a joint ritual with the ballons without a power cord.

There is anyone who sell log vapes in europe?

I'm not into desktop vaporizer too much, i looked into the volcano because it's the only one that you can use without being thetered to a wall and i tried the device many time in amsterdam so i know how it works.

Seems fine...you seem very sold on S&B products, and they are good, those just aren’t the options I’d go with. For me it’s the FlowerPot and soon a Nomad, but for you I’d probably go with an Herborizer (from France) as a desktop since you’re in Europe and one of the things I mentioned before for a portable if you’re really looking for hard hitting stuff. S&B has a lot of happy customers though, so I doubt you’ll be disappointed if you buy those two.

If you are sticking with S&B, and you care about size as much as you seemed to, the Crafty is much more pocketable than the Mighty (at the expense of battery life of course). If you’re not keeping it in your pocket though, the Mighty might still be the better option.

I put off buying a plug-in vaporizer for quite a while because I thought I'd be annoyed by the cord and never use it. I finally got a used Enano a few weeks ago and I've been impressed. A log vape does tether you to the wall but I understand that differently now: you can get nice steady power from an outlet so I'm trading the hassle of keeping my batteries charged for the hassle of warming up the log vape and staying in one spot for the session. The performance is consistently excellent though and someone who vapes regularly would really enjoy the convenient powerful heat source. Alan naming his log the Heat Island makes more sense to me now.

I'm really not sold on anything really:D, that cart change every hour or so...
I really dislike the form factor of the flowerpot, i absolutely don't see myself using that thing...
Log vapes looks great but the good ones are not available in europe. (Tell me if i'm wrong)

The plenty from review and feedback seems the best vaporizer for heavy joint smoker like myself, my only fear are the performance with small quantity, but i'm studying about this problematic.

I tried the crafty for a couple of days in one of my trip in ams and i was really let down by the mediocre battery life and only 2 temps, the mighty is bigger but is better in almost every way, from battery life to precise temp control, also the colling unit is bigger and perform better.

Nomad looks kinda like the milaana and i don't particularly like unregulated vape tbh...
