Best Enail for my needs?

Recently I've gotten more and more into concentrates, I started off with using my vapes with cape cotton. (Dynavap and Vapman) >>>>>> (distillate pen and a Kandy Pen) >>>>>> (honey bucket and quarts bucket)

the criteria that i'm fill for a dedicated concentrate rig:

* To be able to use my glass (puffco peak is exception to rule) ( dont want something like Dr.Dabber boost)
* Less likely to burn myself ( I liked the honey bucket for that, just hated that I couldn't find a carb cap for it )
* On demand or quick heatup (like the Grav fire button)(I dont wanna burn my house down, I have a cat and a fluffy dog)
* Semi portable (House portable)
* Available in Canada
* Less than $500 CAN after tax
* Can do small to medium dab loads ( I'm not trying to do giant dabs )

I've got about $500 usd in my set up, but I've been extreamly happy with it. I have a slim series dnail with a sic dish. It's powered up by a controller from thick ass glass, $158. It was a major leap for me cause it was my first enail, or nail that I bought. Up til then I used friends torch rigs.

Dnail is a high cost enail, but one of the very best. Liger is another I've read about being very nice. Both are small companies with all the good and bad that come with that.

You can of course go cheaper, but in the long run quality always wins out. The dish itself is probably the most important thing. The best dishes are sic, sapphire and quartz.

The DNail and Liger stuff has had a lot of praise around here. I don’t use a lot of concentrates so I haven’t picked up a concentrate specific desktop setup yet.

If you plan to continue using flower too though, the FlowerPot is another great option, and you can use the DNail dishes with it (or the cheaper SiC dish from NewVape that’s the same size). You can also put flower in the bowl and dab through it if you want to do both at once, or you can turn the temp up until flower feels like a dab! ;)

A full setup could go over your budget, but if you check the classifieds you should be able to put together a great setup cheaper and hopefully without the import taxes?

The Ditanium is a similar idea and it’s cheaper, but I haven’t heard much about its concentrate performance.

If you’re only interested in dabbing though, DNail and Liger were among the most popular last time I checked, and NewVape also has some concentrate-only pieces. Oh, and @710Coils is an active user here who’s easily accessible and would probably have some options for you too.

Also worth mentioning the 710 coils banger setup ... similar in cost to d-nail, but all quartz instead of Ti/SiC; I have both and both are great and easy to maintain :)

Jcat are your enails priced in USD or CAN?

Also has anyone ha e experience with the ditanium? I like how its enclosed and I'm less likely to burn something if knocked over or myself by touching it.

Not sure of anything that fits this whole wishlist. You might check out the Focus Vape Carta.

If you want to use your own glass you're better off with a real e-nail. But a real e-nail is not going to be on demand (unless its already on) nor will it have training wheels to protect against accidents. is performance or safety more important for you? Do you burn yourself frequently? That would be the deciding factor.

I havent burnt myself on any of my vapes. As for safety I'd like a shut off timer if that's a thing or that it is enclosed.

The Ditanium checks off quite a few of your checks, except the fast heat up, but once hot it is on demand for as long as you want it and can do Dabs, also do Flower, and the Dab/Flower stacked pulls.:whoa:
No auto shut off timer though, pretty much an analogue unit with one knob. Comes with a whip that can be used native, or fits a 14mm water piece. There are glass mouth pieces also available and I've cobbled together a nice one with a 14mm female to 18mm female adaptor and my bent stems for my Tubo and Splinter Z.
Your situation and needs mirrored mine when I was looking for a better concentrate solution. Vapcap with cotton, CF with the concentrate tube thingy, Plenty with pad, Sai on a mod which doesnt suck, but I wanted to see what a real dedicated nail could do. The Ditanium being a complete contained unit with no coil to hold or separate controller with multiple cords going on really makes this a simple unit that is a breeze to transport from room to room. The power cord is ridiculously short though and you may need a thin mill extension cord to reach some outlets.
Have fun on your quest.

So what are your setups? You use a tube or splinter z? (Nvm, I just that you just used the mp for your ditanium)

I've also had friend tell me to get a SSV or the dbv with oil kit

IMO that's never going to give you the experience of a dedicated concentrate rig.

Concentrates vaporize most efficiently with conduction. Do you really want an e-nail, or do you want a flower vape that vapes concentrates decently? Seems like that's what you really need to decide.

A @710Coils bundle paired with a quality enail controller is the way to go if the best concentrate vapor experience is preferred.

I'll find a decent enail controller and pair them with a quartz bucket. I do need the auto shut off if it doesnt have an enclosed system as I can be forgetful.

I guess I'm hesitant is that if I'm spending 300+ Canadian I would rather not regret it and end up trying to sell it on kijiji. I'm also a bit intimidated as I dont know anything that has to do with a good setup as I've only recently been using more and more concentrates. That one control box that had the shutoff was reasonably priced. Kinda scared of all the cords lol

The Auber RDK 300 is a very popular choice for an entry level controller with auto shutoff. You could run a timer on any plugin vaporizer though.

There's only two cords, a power cord and a heating coil going to the banger. Pretty simple and harmless to set up.

Lots of dabbers on here to help get you set up proper without hesitation; you're among friends!

Update: I found someone on kijiji selling a stratus enail kit. It looks small and has an auto shutoff timer. Says it heats up in 20s to 200 C*.

Hardly used and is selling it because he wanted a more "robust" system. I really like the idea of the auber 300 but I'm tempted to get this kijiji nail as I wouldnt have to wait for shipping. Anyone know about this brand of enail?

Highly suggest NOT making a last minute switch to some random setup nobody on here has ever heard of. You mentioned not wanting to regret your decision, here's your chance :D He's probably selling it to get the type of kit I've already recommended to you...

With your wants the Ditanium and the VapeXhale EVO (without glass) come to mind. They meet all your criteria except fast heat-up time. The EVO is fully encapsulated so it's not a burn/heat hazard. There's also the Da Buddha and Puffco Peak vape options that meet most of your wants too. If you have any questions post 'em up.
