Wow....great response time thank you!I have watched video severAl times I guess my question is if not producing vapor with consideration using same materials as when unit was working do I just keep disassembling/reassembling until I get it lined up right

The two most important things are the air leak test, and pushing the heat sink all the way back in. Did your heat sink pass the air leak test shown at the 4 minute mark of the video?

I'm not sure what your are asking about overriding. As for the pads, we do not have a specific time when they will be available on our website.

Nerissa :)
Hi, Nerissa. Apologies, I was referring to MV1’s temp settings.
Being that they can be changed on the vape directly, and be changed from the app, I was wondering if either one has priority, say for example the app is still open and you can’t change the setting with the button, the app would have priority (not saying that’s the case). I was going over my MV1 experience so far, and got to wondering if I’d interfered with myself by fiddling with things I didn’t understand. Curious. Thank you.

As for the concentrate pads, it really only matters because I’m placing an order with y’all next week...if not by then, then perhaps before Christmas....

And here’s another one I’ve been wondering about: 91% isopropyl alcohol. Pretty specific: does this rule out using 99% ISO? It’s actually quite cheap on Amazon, so I have plenty.

Have a great weekend!

using the app to change temps makes it much easier to use

I've keep my temps on the stock ones. Have never changed them. Levels 1 - 4 are perfect temps for me; level 3 (392 degrees, I believe) is my fav.

I've had trials & tribulations with the app on my android so I can only bear dealing with it for firmware updates. If I never had to deal with it again, I'd be very happy -- like an email link to upgrade. And the next update seems like it's gonna be a nice upgrade. I only hope the app doesn't fail me when this update is released. I just can't trust the app to work. :ugh:

After just 4 weeks my door latch is broke on my stealth I'm well gutted.i only vape 2 crucibles a night!!
Hope this issue gets sorted soon..I think that the block of plastic that fits into the crucible holder gets hot and in turn stresses the plastic block..
It's not a very good design at all.

Hmm. I had no issues with that.

The rubber gasket can go on reversed, but if you're following the video you probably have it right. Make sure you have everything oriented the right way. There are little ridges on the gasket, longer ridges on one side, and shorter ridges on the other. The short ridges should align with the short gap in the heatsink top, and the long ridges with the longer gap.

The one time I could not get vapor from the MV1, it was because I had misaligned the crucible lid. The lid was cocked slightly to one side, resulting in a tiny air gap between the lid and the rim of the crucible.

Other than that, I have no suggestions.

Can’t say I’ve noticed any difference after cleaning, other than draw resistance. When it’s dirty there’s a little more resistance.

I HATE having to cycle through battery life to get to the temp settings. That was not well thought out.

You, me, and almost everybody else from day one and Ghost knows it. The fact that it may be in a new firmware release is heartening. The fact that they didn't make this little change a year ago is disappointing.

I could be wrong, but it was worse before and I think this is it fixed as much as they can already.

Huh? The light sequence (battery then power level) is the same now as from the first vape shipped????

I really like the MV1 but reliability is going to be a issue I think...if ghost doesn't sort the problems out quickly I fear they will be out of business quickly.

Wow, it seems like more and more people are breaking their latches on their stealth. It’s making me nervous because I just purchased mine last week. Anyone have their stealth longer than a month without it breaking? Just want to hear some positive experiences...

Just to be certain, no broken latches have been reported with the other colours?
Has ghost addressed this as an issue only with the stealth?

Yes, they've said there was a bad batch that made it past QA into the wild. They're replacing any unit with the defect.

From the forums, the vast majority of any issues have been sorted. I'd highly suggest reaching out to their customer service as they respond extremely fast and I've yet to see them not resolve an issue.

Tagged @ghostvapesofficial for you.

If its not working the same make sure that heatsink is put together properly and seated low enough. Both my ghosts have worked amazingly well.
