Linx Blaze

Anyone try the Linx Blaze yet? I love my Linx Hypnos and feel like Linx makes a quality (and safe) product (although sounds like the Gaia has been having issues). I am hoping the airflow is a little better with the Blaze.

Hey, @AVENTUS, long time, any chance you've tried this?

I'm anxious to hear some reviews of the new Linx Blaze. I am in the market and was considering the Zero but saw the Blaze was recently released. I'd like to hear a bit more about it before making the purchase.

I have a Hypnos Zero, and I've been wanting something with a bit more oomph... hmm...

I see the Blaze has a larger battery so hopefully it will have a bit more "oomph" :)

This would be an instant buy for me if only it had microUSB charging.

Why do I have to screw the battery into an adapter like it's 2014??

So you’re telling me there is no USB port on the device to charge the battery?

I sure wish there was a video review of this Vape.

I'm interested in this.
I'm in the market for a Wax pen myself, and have been leaning toward purchasing a Sai with a box mod.
Anyone have both, and can compare?
Does the Blaze have a user-removeable/replaceable battery?

My other choice is the Sequoia Top Air aglow with the bucket style. I would go with the 101 Pro stick mod though. Box mods are so ugly in my opinion.

This is what I gather from the information on their website and from what I can see in the pictures.

There is no mention of a microUSB port. We'll have to wait for someone to actually buy it and post a review.

I highly doubt it's a removable battery. It looks like a standard old-school 510 e-cig battery.

Yeah...and back towards the Sai I lean...I'd still like to hear from someone who has both though.

This is what it says on their website:

BATTERY
Lithium-ion battery recharges in 2 - 3 hours via USB. 900 mAH.

Most likely micro USB I guess, but definitely better than the screw connector.

This is what they say for the Hypnos Zero

"Lithium-ion battery recharges in 1 - 2 hours via USB. 650 mAH."

For the Ares

"Lithium-ion battery recharges in 2 - 3 hours via USB. 750 mAH."

For the Ember

"Lithium-ion battery recharges in 1 - 2 hours via USB. 350 mAH."

All of them use the screw-on type. The 'USB' they're referring to is the other end of the screw-on adapter LOL

I called HVT and spoke to Vic about my desire for a quality quarts bucket atomizer. He referred me to their new Sequoia TAF. After much research I may just go that route and buy the silver Pico 75W box mod. (I saw the one VapeCritic had and liked it enough to hang my mind :) )

Yo FB - I have the Pico and it just fits the Sai (22 mm diameter) so I think it'll be too small for the Seq (25mm if I recall) and the Seq will be wider than the mod. However, I think you can just order a heat sink for the Seq and it'll work but might look a little wonky (ymmv re the look)... worth looking into.

Ahhhh. I looked at some reviews and am interested...but that non-removeable battery is a definite problem for me.
I prefer the option to swap out a spare battery when my vape goes dead.

Replaceable batteries are key for long term use. I have had good luck running the TAF with quartz or titanium bucket in temp control mode on various mods so far. But the blaze does look nice!

I have the Blaze. I’ve tried it with shatter and rosin. My advice is to keep the temp low. A level 2 or 3 max. At 4 the taste was horrible for me. Maybe I was just burning reclaim at that point though. At low levels the flavor was good.

I don’t think it’s terribly hard to clean. I use grunge off and alcohol with a q-tip. I’m stepping “up” to the sequoia. Hopefully it will work out.
