This is the 3batt though yeah? I think my Gen3 Dual is fine, sometimes it seems one battery may be discharging faster, but thats with old HE4s from early Zion...

The monitor on my gen 3 showed an uneven discharge on the batteries but on the external charger it registered the same voltage so who knows

Thanks for the help with the cuboid mini- works perfectly now. Is there a link somewhere for the settings for the gen 3? So far, I have the two that work with FJ's software working. I loaded the myevic on it but can't get to run without turning off every few seconds. Then I have to click 5 times to start again. I looked at the settings but the one I thought would stop that has done nothing. Once I get my box mods all set up maybe I can post the settings for each one in one place- unless that's already around and I haven't found it. Alan will help me with the hcigar for the iheat so it's only the gen 3 and f80 I need to set up.

I have not loaded myevic on my Gen3Dual yet, but will let you know when I do if you still need help. Glad you got the Cuboid working for you!

Yes- thank you. One question about the gen3- when I tried it my splinter got very very hot. That hasn't happened with any of the other mods. Maybe I should reload the standard software if you aren't having any problems with yours. The most annoying thing on most of the mods not running FJ's software is the shut off.

Yea there is a way to make it 15sec with the standard stock firmware, still not ideal but better. Mine hasn't been getting very hot, less so than the big cuboid I was trying before at least

Are lower wattage mods still plenty of power for 510 vapes like the Splinter and Splinter Z or do they make use of the extra power to reach temp in TCR mode even though we're only running them around 40W?
I'm enjoying my wismec rx gen3 dual and considering getting another for my Z. Also considering a Sinuous P80 or a Ravage. Battery life and size aren't big concerns since I'm using them at home. I just like keeping a 510 vape on one mod.
I guess I should take my VTC Dual off the Tubo X and see how the fj software works with the Splinter.

I read a comment from @funkyjunky in a thread recently that pointed out that the heaters from @funkyjunky are the only ones designed to work with a 15 minute cruise.
When You try a splinter or splinter Z on @funkyjunky software try with a short cruise and monitor closely. please report back on how it was and how hot the outside of the Splinter got during the cruise.

Thanks again everyone. I just updated my p80 to the wismec current software and changed the shut off to 15 seconds. It runs great- no heating- and is thin and perfect for the splinter z. So far it's my favorite box mod.

Nice! Are you able to share a photo Mags? Curious how it looks and where the trigger is actually? (I have found that Tinypic is the best way to post em now that imgur became difficult btw)

so i originally ordered Samsung 30Q 18650 3000mAh 15A Batteries with my gen3 dual but they took like a week in a half to get here so i bought some brill power ones at a smoke shop and noticed with the same settings that the brillipower was charing my herb where the Samsungs are not .

Set TCR or use a profile - job done. Naboo comes in lots of cool colours, some two tone like this one (Two tone blue, purple). Quite small for a two battery mod, touch screen, vibration, looks great. The 510 has never given me any issue with the naboo or the cyclon. They just work and work well.
I really dont get the facination of the wismec / joytech mods. Unless you have a dedicated mod, the 510 will fail. Its a matter of time.
For $10 more you can get one of these. I really dont miss cruise mode at all. I have never hit the timeout (not sure if it has one), and you just have to hold a button.
I find the DNAs a bit big for me, but that my personal preference.

I'm in love. The mp is beautiful- perfect for my p80. I'm not updating the p80 with myevic although it's on the list since I'm not sure if that's why my gen 3 runs so hot. Which mp is it? Will it fit a whip on the tip?

@little maggie not sure if myevic will make your gen 3 run any cooler but it’ll definitely make you feel more familiar bc it’s so much like the tubo firmware. If you need help installing it pm me, I’m super ignorant of computer stuff but I had some very good help from friends so i’ll Be happy to walk you thru.
