Thanks for your inputs guys, I didnt really realize how it was made ....
After having a closer look at the device I do now understand how the guitar pick is working, its actually pretty ingenious and very hard to forget.

It puts the mi2 back in the race for me

Are there people transporting their millana in their jeans pocket, without having any trouble with it ?
Or maybe there is a way to put some wood stem on it ? :hmm:

Edit : hogni : havent seen your reply, much appreciate, will look into it

And remember the Splinter is nearly just a 510 threaded version of the Mi. Perhaps more tempting in use for you.
I had no idea, really interesting, I have to look into those 510 vapes, looks like absolute stealthiness :ninja:
Are vapor production and flavour equal with both of them ?

But if you do forget the guitar pick and the button is accidently pushed, it will at some point catch fire, just like the Lil'bud, right ?

There was a video around somewhere in which Ryan showed the result of holding the button down until the battery was exhausted, or maybe I saw that in an Instagram feed. At any rate, the wood got blackened but there was no fire. If it's in your back pocket, you'll feel the heat long before the wood begins to char.

Earlier in the thread Yamon mentioned epoxying the outside of the Mi to protect it from water damage, does anyone have any experience with this? Also want to show off my favorite pair of vapes.

Owning this fabulous device for about three weeks now. It's not been love at first sight to be honest. The short mouthpiece gives me not harsh, but way to hot vape and I had to wait for the water piece adapter.
Through glass or Eds stem flavor and possible cloud production are great. As I mostly vape hash, I have to use the Milaana the other way round. Had one of these https://de.dhgate.com/product/domeless-nails-with-male-female-14mm-18mm/377305623.html lying around and wow, this is the best tasting and most effective vape I ever used.

As far as harshness goes, I have better luck with a 14mm stem. Different style for sure but easier to control the amount of heat aimed at the lungs.

Anyone with recommenations for a safe glue for gluing the female glass joint back into the heater hole? I’m still using it but it’s just a matter of time before my luck ends and the joint goes crashing to some hard unforgiving surface. All that’s needed is a small dab spread around the dropped rim surface, which lies completely out of the vapor path.

Thx

The glass in my Splinter came out of the splinter with the stem one day last week.

I took a fine bead of a local crazy glue around the lip and it seems near perfect.

If you are in the USA (I am not) it may be better to send it in to Ryan for re-gluing.

Thanks, @sickmanfraud. I'll do the same.

BTW, I had two types of generic Crazy glue. I used the one that says it is thicker so no glue ran.

I would read the label again, but mrs fraud seems to have moved it from my computer desk (What possible harm could that do???).

If you are near a Home Depot kind of place you may want to look for 2 part high heat epoxy(s).

Tell us how it worked?

Hey all. I've been trying to contact rbt via the info@ email and also the contact form on the website to no avail. I'd like to return my unused Milaana 2, but no one replies back to my numerous attempts.

I really don't feel like making an instagram account just to contact the business, but i guess i have to unless anyone knows a better way?

Thanks for any help!

@booyah it's an extremely small shop, when did you reach out? I would give it a few days and hopefully either Steph or Ryan himself will get back to you.
