Hi I’m from U.K. near Bristol.
Just found the site and signed up straight away, looks good.
I’ve just took delivery of volcano Digit and ordered a magma water accessory to go with it.
I’m out of weed though and got to wait until tomorrow until I can get some more.
In the meantime I’ll just read through the articles and watch people getting baked on YouTube for now.
Cheers.

It's OK guys, you can relax - I'm here now.
From Cornwall in the UK where is never rains (although the sunshine is, occasionally, of the liquid variety).
Loooong time smoker, but 100% vape convert as of about three years ago.
I have a background in quality assurance, so I'll be posting my own reviews and comments on the various vapes I have used.
Still looking for the ideal vape.

Greetings!

After a 35 year hiatus, and with legalization in the very near future, I've decided to dip my toe back in the pool. I realize that a lot has changed over the years, and now...I'm a newbie again. I think I'm going to need your help people!

You came to the right place!

I was in the same boat when I found FC about 5 years ago. FC not only made it possible for me to find the right vape(s) .... it also made it possible for me to make "like minded" friends.

Treat the FC folks with respect and kindness and I'm sure it'll be the same for you.

Welcome aboard!

Hi everyone, I'm from Florida and I would like to get better educated on herb vaporizers as I am a newbie in that regard BUT I have been using e-cigs for 9 plus years.

I have been combusting my herb for many years now and feeling it is having a negative impact on my health at this point.....trouble breathing and extreme fatigue to name a few.

I have decided to take a t-break and then use a vaporizer from here on out, I'm only on day 3 of my break but am feeling much better already! I look forward to learning more and interacting with this fine community.

Hello FCbusters
I'm Ignasi from Barcelona, combuster for 22 years (not fully excombuster yet) and vaping since January '18.
I've started vaping trough a Boundless CF, trying to emulate a Crafty of a friend of mine, but I changed to unregulated devices since the month of March.
Since then I'm stuck to 3 different MFLB's (cherry, maple and walnut) and some DIY (for myself) knockouts made from ipé floor tiles, some butane knockout DIY again piperizers based on daisys and lilys and a cherry milaana.
I really enjoy the feeling of self-regulation, so I've ordered today a Lil' Bud from Vapwood.
Thank the admins to take care of this huge info source.
See you trough the clouds!

Hi everyone,

I’m 31 from Montreal, Canada. Since Canada legalized weed recently, I’ve been looking at forums to educate myself more on Vaping. Looking to buy my first vape but don’t know which one to get. I’ve been smoking rolls and never tried vaping. So hopefully I’ll be able to find and educate myself in the vape world. Cheers!!

Hi all! Im' BestBuds and I live in Massachusetts USA, finally legal! First dispensary to be opened for recreational use is just a few weeks away they tell us, but I don't use those dispensary's now so I am excited to see what those guys have to offer. I am a medical patient and used cannabis recreationally when I was a teenager and stopped for 17 years. When I was prescribed a heavy duty opiate for my chronic pain I started to look for other options. Then my therapist recommended that I look into "marijuana". I did remember that when I was a kid I had anxiety back then too and when I smoked "weed" it helped a lot. So I went through the proper channels and got my medical marijuana license (I know, real exciting!) Literally 2 days after I got my license I had an appointment at my pain clinic and she told me that i could no longer safely take Ibuprofen or Tylenol. So, reluctantly, I asked about cannabis for pain. She told me she would continue to treat me if I tried it but She said it didn't work for pain. I told her I already got my card for depression, anxiety, and ptsd and I was going to go to the dispensary that weekend. She shrugged it off and we haven't talked about it since. But this amazing plant :leaf: has changed my life! I vape every day (microdosing is my game) and since then I have been able to dump every prescription except for a muscle relaxer that I keep just in case my back completely tries to kill me. :ugh:
Anyways, I have sold my mighty and my pax 2 along with my vivant alternate. My current line up is eNano, Ghost MV1, RBT Milaana 2, RBT Splinter gen 3, Davinci IQ, 2 DynaVap M's, and a Arizer Extreme Q.
I am looking to get a Nomad next. I'm pretty active at VapeLife forums I like it because it's a small forum this forum kind of intimidates me but the more I read the more I like and learn. I'm going to become more active here but I feel like a small tribal medicine man amongst some wise and powerful sorcerers:myday:

Thank you for letting me sit under this learning tree!:leaf::love:

* In case you were wondering: I use terms like herb or cannabis and I avoid terms like weed or marijuana because to me they are pejorative terms and I owe a lot to this amazing plant. It is powerful and should be treated with deep respect in my opinion. But to each their own.

A warm welcome buddy and a very nice introduction to yourself which I was keen to read, being familiar with you already from your posts on VLF.

Indeed this is a bigger playground, alas more intimidating. But extraordinarily broad, open and receptive. And no need to fear, if anybody threatens to beat you up or steals your dinner money, just holler me. :goon:
Lol. Nice to have you join anyway, I hope you enjoy all your posts here and feel at total ease to express yourself freely. See you around bro.

Cannabis Economics
Hello everyone! :)
Brand new here. Long time self-medicator but relatively new to vaping. I see some familiar folks here I'm already fond of from another forum and this makes me very happy. They helped me get vaping quick, shortening the learning curve, and be fortunate enough to contribute something of my own from time to time. Such fantastic interesting people.

I was born "south of the tracks" yet for some reason the Universe saw fit to educate me. So I have been a Professor of Economics for 22 years where I've researched the impact of prohibition (opportunity costs) upon the lives of individuals and society at large. I left the academic world (well, I still teach one class a semester part time), and co-formed a payments company last year which is doing well, with many cannabis clients. I've also done a LOT of "expert witness" testimony with respect to "false-positives" of so called drug and alcohol "testing", which way too often is a scientific joke.

I've recently got into Rosin pressing and dabbing concentrates -- still learning -- and fortunately my work takes me to CA and CO regularly, so I have access to some great products that I bring home with me. Virtually, everything I know is from people like you who kindly share their expertise and wisdom with me.

I'm also a passionate drummer (would choose drums over flower if forced), and do a fair amount of studio work with the occasional gig, but I failed miserably at trying to actually make a living at it as a very young man

Lastly, to put it simply, I'm a little weird, but I do believe in a nice way. Some people like to self-medicate and watch porn, I like to read academic journals, play drums, and discuss philosophy.

I look forward to interacting with everyone here and meeting new friends. My first vape was a Plenty. My most used vapes right now are my Firefly2 (I know, some hate it) and StickyBrickJr. I want to learn more about rational dabbing and concentrates in general. I don't just enjoy their fruit, I find the science utterly fascinating and their beauty artistically satisfying.

@EconMan hello and a very warm welcome to you too I wish you nothing but happiness comfort and enjoyment from your time spent here on FC. Thanks for sharing that's very nice and insightful introduction to yourself which was very interesting for me to read. Very well put and presented with a nice humble and modest tone. You certainly have some interesting experiences.

So enjoy your first day at school my friend and I look forward to seeing you around in even more places now lol. :)

I've been vaping for almost ten years now and can't believe I'm only just creating an account here. The forum threads here and on /r/trees are what led me to getting an MFLB for my first device (back when they were $80 for the whole kit! :myday:). Over the years I've had like four of them now, two were taken (RIP) by my parents when I was still living with them, others were given away.

Went from that MFLB to a Da Buddha I scored off the Classifieds here back in 2012. Dude let it go for a great price ($110), all it was missing was the whip. $10 to 7th Floor Vapes and seven days later and I was in action. That vape now lives with my friends in Boston. Solid device.

Now that I'm living in CA I've been diving headfirst in to the world of concentrates. I've got a recycler from Elev8 w/ their thermal quartz banger, waiting on a SiC D-Nail HALO to use w/ an Auber RDK-200 I picked up to dip my toes into e-nails after going through one too many torches.

Glad to finally be here. Been a while since I've used an actual web forum.
