Adjust a bowl Titanium Tip by Dynavap

I know that part sorry I meant the adjustable. Mouthpiece part.
I have my bowl set to the largest for the adjustable bowl. I just feel like I'm not using any of the omnivap features, specifically the mouthpiece part. Otherwise, I feel like I should get an m if I need a new one. I found my omnivap by the way. Woo hoo!

Im thinking my weird torch is making it hard to get good hits. I had a triple flame which worked well but it broke but I also almost always used glass. Maybe I'll get a new lighter that's a triple or quad flame and try again. Maybe it's my weird tron lighter with uneven flames that makes it hard to get consistently good hits. I wish I could get it to rip just like it does through my clutch mobius piece all the time..
Phew though was scared I lost it.

@Hackerman i also have no interest in buying one, but am extremely curious to see how they compare. What they are like. If you don’t want to start a thread in the counterfeit section and let us know, can you write something up to DM those of us who are curious?

I am fighting VAS so hard atm. Omni XL is all ive used for year now and it gets me the highest ive ever been.

Ive had a mighty, solo 2, firefly, splinter, pax 3 and various mid tier vapes and none satisfied me like the Vapcap so. i dont even know why i have vas because i know what i have now will get me wrecked, is kind to my stash, easy to clean and super stealthy so if it ticks all my boxes why am i fiending to buy something new.

Fury 2 interests me but small battery puts me off, mighty is overhyped it makes me cough and leaves my avb too green so only option left is the vapexhale but i dont like long airpaths they feel like too much hard work and cant be arsed with breathing techniques i just wana hit the thing and get ripped the whistle also puts me off.

Tried sticky Brick and theres too much technuque involved, i like to just have 1 vape that does the job everytime i dont have time to experiment and play around. Vapcap 3 cycles per bowl everytime, dark even fully extracted avb everytime its so consistent & if i dont feel it i know its the bud not the vapcap.

I got a pipes induction heater and the uneven avb it gives me dosent appeal to me the bottom of the load is always green.

My omni XL & Aoimi lighter are all i need so why do i still have VAS!?! lol

I found a tip yesterday that those of you who use your vapcaps through water may like.

If you use a whip with your water piece put your whip in the freezer for an hour or two before you use it. It cools vapor substantially without the trouble, or inability, to use ice.

In fact, I'm going to put mine in the freezer now so that it's ready for 4:20.

Cheers

It’s here! So beautiful I haven’t done anything beyond putting a tip & cap on it. :mmmm:
Thank you @phattpiggie for making me feel like a vapcap superman! If you haven’t treated yourself to a spot on monsieur piggie’s lists, do it just as soon as possible because every VC lover should feel this luxurious at least once in their lives. Happy Friday everyone!

More Vapcaps is clearly the answer to quell your VAS!

It's a shame that the IH isn't giving you satisfactory results.
I'd like to ask; what tip are you using?

I'm asking as I am getting PERFECT results from the PS Mini that I bought off oddjobold.
I have used most of my Ti tips (Old 'shallow channel' ones, right up to the current 5 fin) and although the caps have variable pauses between first and second click, as long as I respect the second click they all produce very even AVB.

Most of the comments I read re' the PS seem to say that to get the best results folk have to go a few seconds past the click, but I find that to get a good flavour/cloud balance I must either stop heating immediately at the second click, or for big clouds perhaps a single second past the click.

Maybe changing the insertion depth of your IH would improve results? (try dropping a little piece of wood or another non ferrous or combustable/melty material to rest on the wooden 'switch' to allow you to try out shallower insertion depths?)

For me the PS Mini blew all my doubts re' IH away in a single evenings use.
Love it, despite thinking that I absolutely DID NOT NEED a 'better' way of heating my VC's than torches.

BTW, I've never tried the Sticky-brick , but have read numerous times now that their new 'restrictor disc' almost eliminates any need for technique, might be worth a try if you have a SB languishing unloved in a drawer?

EDIT:
@pxl_jockey, that's gorgeous, congrat's!

I have the standard Ti tip not the 7fin tip.

I had this thought myself that if the top is getting blck and the bottom green to put something in to adjust insertation depth, ill try this over weekend.

Do all new bricks come with the reatrictor pad included or just the runt?

The IH works great on ALL my Ti tips, so hopefully it can be made to work for you.
I never use my torches at home anymore

I'm certain all SB's now come with restrictor discs.
And I think they're available for a few bucks from their website too.
(apologies for the OT folks)

Try the tip screen set at 50 percent, seems to be the goldilocks zone for me and my mini . And still 3 big huge rips . Cheers! D.

Does anyone else just leave their screen at 100% regardless of how much they are loading?
Even if it's just a few crumbs I just let it rattle around in there, always seems to vape perfect regardless.
I really must try the other settings again, everyone else seems to consider it worthwhile (and it might turn out to be like the IH!)

How many hits per bowl do you guys get with IH?

The 1st flavour no cloud hit then id usually get 4 or 5 opposed to 3 monster 1s with the torch.

I will say with torch i blow at the tip for 30secs after each cycle to cool it down with IH i go straight back in after the click so though i get more hits with IH session time is faster.

I really want to live my IH so i will persevere.

Does anyone notice a difference in effects (The high) between torch and IH?

Copacetic im with you insyead of messing around with screen setring if i want less i just put less. Less herb in the bigger chamber would prob be better for airflow i would have thought than reducing chamber size.

Im in uk so will have wait for restrictor dics to be available.

One other possibility is that you are filling the tip too much. If you overfill the tip the goods come in contact with the cap and singe (at best). I try to leave a little room at the end of the tip empty. YMMV...

I see now PP already said this...

Weird. My IH from Pipes has always given a PERFECTLY even roast, more even than I can often do with a torch (not that I have a problem getting an even roast with a torch). There may be something wrong with yours. You should ask @Pipes about it.

I use mine like a M. I keep the assembly open all the time & never adjust it. So for me, the upgrade was a $ waste.
I thought I could close it with the mouth piece so I was happy with the adjustable part, but I think I would have used the m to. But I liked the titanium so it's OK.
