Damn that's unlucky man, maybe a firmware thing? Hopefully I have better luck since thanks to you and everyone's advice I decided to bite the bullet and give the haze a shot. Good value, cool idea and good warranty sold me on it. Picked it up at vapoworld, glad I got a couple extra coils and a mouthpiece. Hopefully mine won't be making 5 trips.

I'll let you guys know how I get on with once I get it. Expecting big things....

Don't worry first.four trips.were due.to bad pcb board on a phase.one unit....got that replaced...been solid till this ...may be piece.of.coil that is broken off....Will let you guys know what I find out...

Edit: she's going to the mothership.....:(.....

Bummer, dj.

I’m beginning to get the hang of my Square. The flavor cannot be beat!

So, I’m thinking of trying out some concentrates (or one, anyhow!). What is the easiest form to begin with? I do have some distillate that I put in a cartridge, or have put a tiny ball inside my Solo bowl. What is next? My dispo has wax and shatter, but I haven’t seen live resin. Which will make the least mess? Should I use the concentrate pad, sandwich it in a bowl, or both? And what temps?

No need to sandwich shatter. Just place a dab on top of the concentrate pad. I suggest using 440 great temp I found.

Good afternoon. I received my square yesterday and could not make any steam, the device normally functions, I expect the time to warm up but it does not seem to heat the tray where the grass is. Even at the temperature of 430 steam leaves, the herb is slightly dehydrated, seeming neither received heat. Could it be the coil that is not in contact with the tray?

Coils shouldnt be contacting the pod. This is a convection device. Need to allow the air to heat the herb. Not the heating element.

Got my haze in today as well. Didn't get a chance to do anything with it but first impressions are good. Smaller than I though, and way heavier and more solid feeling, I really like the form factor. Can pretty much palm it. Finishing is a little rough in places but no biggie. Don't think I got any tips manual. Hopefully I can get a chance to play with it this weekend and report back!

Thanks man, I'll keep an eye out for the videos should come in handy. If it performs as good as it feels you're on to a winner. Haven't bought a vape in a while and I'm excited this one might actually deliver

My pleasure. It will have a learning curve at first use but if you pack tight and as explained. If you draw slow and keep your finger pressed while drawing, you should get massive clouds even af low temps. If any questions, please PM me.
