Hi everyone I'm hoping to receive my square pro tomorrow I ordered from Namaste vapes so I'm not sure what phase it will be.

I have been reading the thread on and off for a while now. Is there any general tips you guys have or things I should be looking for when I receive the unit.
Also is there anybody who sells replacement coils and batterys in and accessories in the UK or Europe Namaste don't seem to stock any yet.
Can't wait to try this vape tomorrow post man can't come soon enough.

You can buy all your accessories from VapoShop

Also, it is important that you review these best practices brochure below. We now include this with all Square boxes but Namaste inventory may be old. We also no longer list Namaste as one of our authorized distributors so please make a note of that.

Hi thanks for the quick reply.does that mean that my square pro will not have it's warranty it was advertised on there site as 10 years. I had to buy it through Namaste because I had a grasshopper vape that had to be replaced 3 times so they offered me store credit.so i can't purchase it anywhere else for the time being.

Here below are the images of the micro dose rings:

We will have two sizes:

1/2 and 1/3

These rings are made of stainless steel and they have unique structure to retain/transfer/divert the hot air and optimize the herb vaporization. They are removable for cleaning as well.

They should be available shortly. I will post a video of these to show them in action too. I may be able to get it sent to me tomorrow I believe.

Interesting so they insert into our current pods and don't replace the entire pod - so I can buy 12 and be good to go :)

Can't wait to check it out and especially see how it interacts with the evenness of the extraction! Will order immediately.

Very interesting. Not what I was expecting. The fact they fit in the pod is excellent. I’ll probably only use two for myself and keep two big bowls for when I do group sessions. Curious how many hits you’ll get outta a microdose bowl and if it increases vapor production. Very curious indeed.

Hi everybody my square pro is due to arrive today. And I'm just wondering is there any way to check what phase the unit is and what firmware it's using(like a feature that was enabled in a newer update) without a Windows 10 device(My laptop is on Vista and hasn't been switched on for almost a year). I also don't own any usb c devices .so would I be able to download the firmware updates then buy a type c adaptor for a flash drive or will I need to buy a usb c flash drive?. I'm just a bit worried about being on old firmware and running into the early software bugs.

Also do the coils last long? I mean I know everyone's use is different but are we talking every few weeks like an e cig type coil or every few months . Can't wait to try later I have some lemon haze to test it with

@Thebigsmoke Type c adapter will work ......as far coils go it is really based on temp and usage so everyones is different.....pm Haze from here if.you have any problem.they are quick to respond......otherwise don't worry.amd.enjoy this incredible vape!

P.s. Lemon haze tastes incredivble thru square:brow:

Recently, my coils have only been lasting about a month, but my temps those months were 400 degrees and higher.
Higher temps kill the coil quicker.

What are the symptoms of a coil going bad?

After my last deep clean I have noticed the coil fires a little later than usually. Usually, I had the first warm up flare for a couple of seconds after the light turns green. Now the flare begins about two seconds after the light turns green and lasts 2-3 seconds, and on each press. Is this normal, or should I change my coil?

I am having a problem with the app recognizing my Square. Windows 10 is fully up-to-date. This unit was received yesterday and is brand-new and has never been used, since I wanted to set other temps before I fired it up.

I've tried 2 different cables (the Haze one and a high-end Anker) and 4 different ports (both USB 2 and USB 3) on my PC. I've tried turning it on then plugging it in and vice versa. I've had the app running before plugging it in and have plugged it in then started the app. The app just stays on "searching".

And just because the light is blue when you plug in, doesn’t mean it is turned on. You must physically turn it on before it will be recognized.
This statement has me a bit confused. If I triple-tap it vibrates and turns blue. On, right? If I then hold the button down it will go red. If I let go it goes back to blue. Still on, right? If I then press and hold both temperature buttons simultaneously the light turns green to indicate that it's fully charged. If I then triple-tap it vibrates and the light goes out. Off, right?

If I haven't grasped how to turn this thing on please let me know.

Once that's covered, if anyone has any suggestions on how to get the app to recognize the Square please let me know. Thanks.

What is your Windows 10 version number? Also, you are using the supplied “short” data cable correct?

Ah, nevermind. As soon as I posted I had some brilliant insight and rebooted the PC and started the Haze app without any other programs running. It's fine now.

Thanks for the instant response.

Edit: Maybe it's not OK. I set temps and colors and hit the Transfer button and it's been spinning for 5 minutes now. How long should it take to transfer?

Edit 2: And now it says "Unable to update with the preset temperatures and colors. Please ensure that the device is connected properly."

Edit 3: OK now. Apparently it didn't like my preset name of "320-335-250-370-405". Changing to "Mine1" worked fine and it transferred. "320" worked, too. "320-335" looks like it's failing again. It seems it doesn't like dashes, perhaps? You might want to check the name validation function and ensure it allows certain characters or not, and throw an error before attempting to push the settings to the device.

Hi everyone I got the square pro a few hours ago and my first 4 bowls were all unfortunately disappointing.

I fully charged the device done a few burn offs. Then charged the device again. i can see the coil glowing red by the vent but once the button turns green the red glow stops is that normal? I can feel heat on the mouthpiece when taking a long draw. I tried a medium and a fine grind. Fully packing 2 bowls then 2 just over half way. Air flow seems great in all packs.

Should I be breathing slow or ripping it. I tried both and it didn't make a difference. I got some barley visable vapour at full temp on stock heat settings. The coil doesn't appear very shiny like new it's got some grey dust around it I don't think the units been used it was all sealed. I took it out and reinserted it and it doesn't appear damaged or warped. I also can't seam to find any air leaks in the silicone. Should I take the tray apart with the screens(I don't have a loading tray is it very difficult without one to reassemble ?) and see if it helps. I have tried to rule everything out that I could do you folks have any suggestions or do you think maybe there's something up.
Abv was green to very light brown with 2 different strains. I just vaped it in my da Buddha so the material is good.
I have been vaping for a few years and used a good few devices so it's not my first vape although I do understand there's always a learning curve I m just disappointed to get no results over the 4 bowls.

Make sure that you tamp down your herb with your finger after you fill your pod. So it is snug.

Make sure to draw slow.

Make sure that you keep pressing button down while inhaling.

Hey @Thebigsmoke, whats your temp? Did you have flavor or get high? I'm running at 430 with a new coil. I believe there is a difference in temps between units and age of coil. Try higher temps.

Hi I tried 2 more bowls there. I had it at max temp. I got some flavour on the first draw but no visible vapour. So I tried the double press method and got a very nice draw however i couldn't get another from it.so I checked the bowl and it was charred at the bottom then brown then green at the top. When I cover the air vent and draw through the mouthpiece it's still drawing air from somewhere is this normal? I'm definitely not high just a bit peed of at portable vapes at the minute.

Does anybody think a software update will help? I'm not sure what software it's on or what phase it is.

I have an s7 edge is it possible to download the firmware to my phone connect my micro to usb adaptor to the phone and plug the usb data cable that came with the unit into the pro and update the firmware that way?
