And this one goes out to our sister @Trypsy Summers in pre-apocalypse
U. K. :peace: :leaf:

@Ricardo Thanks, its very much appreciated, and whilst we're on Vashti Bunyan, may I take the opportunity to hope that you and yours (also @Squiby @CarolKing @Summer et al, and everyone else whom I interact with) has a 'diamond day' today...;)

Just another diamond day
Just a blade of grass
Just another bale of hay
And the horses pass

Just another field to plough
Just a grain of wheat
Just a sack of seed to sow
And the children eat

Just another life to live
Just a word to say
Just another love to give
And a diamond day

'The Legendary' Vashti Bunyan

Every movie, every TV show ..... When they're poring over cctv or satellite footage (or right now T'Pau's handheld video recording device :D) , its always "Stop! Roll it back. There. Zoom in there. [okay, I can just about accept it this far but fuck, scriptwriters are lazy], Can you enhance? Can you sharpen it a bit more?" ........and the bit-part techie nerd goes through the motions, as if any borderline personality individual wouldn't give it his best shot straight up. Man I love getting high and watching Star Trek. I've clearly matured with age :myday:

:D I'm not a Trekkie but if the original series has been remastered I'll definitely get it. Am I right in thinking that the original series comes next in the timeline after ENTERPRISE?
I'm old enough to remember watching it every week as a kid. And it has the proper theme music.

I’m so getting this Blu-Ray set as soon as I have £50 that isn’t budgeted, it’s all-region as well! I’ve not watched any oldies in ages and this is just a no-brainer, “can’t afford not to own this” purchase!
Thanks @GetLeft & @Ricardo knowing this about y’all doesn’t surprise me necessarily but makes me love you guys even more. How wicked would it be to hang out for an afternoon chilling with Spock & Kirk?!

EDIT: not hang out with Kirk & Spock, hang out with y’all whilst chilling and watching telly. I’m not that stoned or stoopid! LOL!

Cool lamp, I would buy it too. I knew a guy briefly who made art out of baby doll parts, his house was filled to the brim with body parts
It was creepy, but some people like that kind of stuff, guys or gals. I'm one of them who does.

Here's food for random thought....

Writer A.R. Moxon has just encouraged all men to take part in a workout of compassion. He reframed women's encounters with attack and sexual abuse and introduced it in a manner that most men ought to understand… getting kicked in the nuts. In the beginning, it seems absurd but it does not once you read the entire thing.
“I can not imagine women's anger now,” Moxon wrote. “However, this particular exercise, while subjective, helped me get closer to it than I had been.” Since Judge Brett Kavanaugh has been confirmed to the US Supreme Court that the planet was hit by a wave of protest and anger, highlighting the issues that surround attack and sexual abuse. Scroll down to see the analogy and inform us your ideas.

Hannah-Barbera peopled my childhood with Tom and Jerry, Snaggle Puss, Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear. Good times....

I’ve got two very old TV trays with all the H-B characters on them; they survived a fire at my parents. I also have quite a few of the H-B stars on “collectors” glasses, I was convinced as a child that was a solid investment that would someday somehow make me rich, lol! I’m a big cartoon fan, but my all-time favourite is a Tom & Jerry, “Zoot Suit Cat” one of the few where they talk, and they talk like hep-cats!
