Arizer ARGO vs Healthy Rips Fury 2

In my last post I was leaning towards getting an Arizer Air II or a Pax 3. But after getting a couple of recommendations for the Fury 2 I decided to check it out. (I REALLY liked the small compact design.) and see what others here were saying about the Fury in it's thread. When I checked out some YouTube reviews it led me to the ARGO by Arizer. There's things I like and dislike on each. Just can't quite figure out which one wins out... I'd appreciate any feedback on the matter. LoL

How do you feel pricewise, there’s a noticeable difference. I never tried an arizer product to be honest but they have a good reputation so it’ll be quality, only question is if it suits your lifestyle? I have a F2 and it’s my absolute favorite out and about device but I never ever use it at home. I have much better options at the comfort of my space but someone else who wants something for all environments may feel differently. Bottom line, they’re both solid choices, just go with whichever suits u. Sorry I don’t think I helped at all, lol.

Fury 2 is excellent. I never picked up an Argo since they fill similar niches for me. Arizer products are generally excellent though.

I'd go for the Argo. I have to be honest I haven't tested it yet but I do own a fury.and a solo 2.
The arizers new generation portables all work with the same heating technique so I'd go with the Argo as I prefer my solo over the fury. It sure does depend on how you want to use it but the interchangeable battery is a huge advantage over the fury.

The fury is an awesome device though just the lite battery life and harsh vapor kills it for me. It's my on the go option.

My use case for the Fury 2 is the same as @frosty234 described above. I think we should hold off on recommending the Argo unless we've tried it though. All the reviews like it just fine but do not liken its vapor production or quality to the Air or Solo II. They all seem to tactfully play down that it's not a big cloud producer and point out that it's a plastic body unlike the air and solo line. I also don't have first hand knowledge of the Argo so I'm not passing judgment or anything. I love my Solo II but it's not portable or stealthy.

I just enjoyed a road trip with the Fury 2 and found that temp stepping plus packing a power bank put it in a position to be successful. The Fury 2 also has a lot of versatility with the available accessories and the wpa is a lot of fun at home.

Healthy Rips have been very impressive in customer service and relations. They are also present on FC.

Agreed, I've contacted HR twice about small stuff and been really impressed by how responsive and helpful they are. I also just asked for a specific bundle option for the new Fierce and in less than a day they confirmed they'd add it.

OK, I'll bite, but can you give us a clue???? What do you want?

I have (and use) both. Although ArGo not as much of course as before F2. F2 has the edge on size and shape. It fits well in a pocket, ArGo is a brick with sharp edges. Battery life is better in ArGo and you can swap in charged 18650s, thought F2 charges fast. The capsules on F2 are very handy and easy to use. ArGo has more features, F2 is basic but functional. No beeps, display levels, variable timing and so on. It just rapidly gets to the temperature you set and makes lots of vapor.

If you're a purist WRT taste you can use the glass stem option in F2, otherwise the capsules do just fine IMO.

And F2 is lower cost, but made in China?

In the end you have to make the call, too subjective to let random net.guys make it for you?

I haven't used an ArGo but just got a Fury 2 today and I am really impressed...
I have done the initial burn off cycle and vaped 3 loads so 4 4-minute cycles already and the battery indicator is still showing 3/4.I got it thinking that if I could get 5 loads baked out of it I would be satisfied,so ...
Also it is rediculously tiny .I didn't find the vapor harsh or hot .It seems fairly easy to clean.The clouds are real nice and seems to hit as hard as the mighty !
It will definitely be my portable for outdoors when stealth is a factor.Beats the haze square in ease of use and weight,though haze wins in flavour and the preloaded 4 chambers.
For the price it is a steal in my opinion.

I owned both and the only advantage the ArGo has over the Fury 2 is the swappable battery. Way smaller clouds with the argo and the pop up part feels cheap. Flavor wasn't very good either. I'd go Fury 2 for sure.

I've never used the Argo, but I have the Fury 2 and it performs fantastic around 390F - 400F, give or take. Large clouds and no harshness to speak of. It's only when you jack it up at the end to 420 or so to try to get every bit of vapor out that you might experience harshness, but I'm not sure that's necessary with this vape to get nice evenly toasted ABV

I was considering ARGO vs Fury 2 as well, specifically for when I'm out and about in public, walking, etc. I live in an illegal state, and stealthy is #1 priority in public because I've lost years in the past to getting busted, and don't need to get in any more trouble with my record.

Both have good reputations, but the Fury 2 seems more stealthy than the ARGO, and the lower price is attractive. Of course, I STRONGLY prefer a user-removable battery so I can carry extra charged batteries, but I think I'm willing to accept that.

I haven't used the Argo. So, my opinion will be based on only the Fury 2. Buy the Fury 2. Responsive customer service, Fairly inexpensive, good hits, charges quickly, easy to clean ( super easy ), fairly small, and it is also one of the safest vaporizers to use. One of my turning points came from reading in the Community Discussion, Paying it Forward and reading about how the company donated Fury 2's to people in need. Other companies do it too, but, I read it when I was looking for a small portable. I like things like that. Good luck in your hunt. I hope you find the magic vape.

I was reading on another site that the Fury wins in every way but one...the battery. They were saying other not being able to change the battery that the Fury battery was kinda crappy and probably wouldn't have a long life span. Meaning continuing to hold a or even charge period. And of course no battery, no vape. LoL

I think that's why Healthy Rips offers the lifetime half-price replacement program. Is there anyone here who's had one for a year or more that can speak for how the battery has held up?

I know that having a user-replaceable battery is 150% better, but as a portable that I mainly only use for my daily commute, I can live with that. Plus, a daytime vape has to be considered a burner that I could ditch at any moment to avoid loss-of-freedom consequences...so the lower cost of the Fury 2 is also attractive for that reason.

They're designed in California, not built. Big difference.

I mean, it appears to be safe...as safe as any other acceptable quality vape. There is no "safest".
There are some that are clearly unsafe, and this does not seem to be one of them.

Looking at the teardown gives one confidence that it is safe. Materials used and the isolated airpath look like they should. Is it 100% safe??? who knows??
Make no mistake this is made in China like nearly all electronic vapes.

Well, I ordered a Fury 2 a few days ago, and expect to have it patiently waiting in the mailbox for me when I get off work tomorrow. Looking forward to playing with my new toy.

Having picked the Fury 2 with Glass MP over the Argo was a easy selection. Owning a Solo 2, It's very solid and consistent but that battery beast don't rip like the Fury 2. Very surprised with the overall having used it as creatively as possible with various grinds and mixing it with shatters and other concentrates etc.... I get very strong single hits with it that the Solo just can't match.

Most experts have the Solo 2 being regarded as the single best Vaporizer of the Arizer family. So with that said the vapor of all Arizer products are all super similar so yeah didn't want the double Arizer experience by buying what I feel is a much weaker hitting & less pleasurable vapor with the Argo.

Kinda of the same with the Fierce. I was thinking a must have if it's like or better then the Fury 2. But by all indication this is a much different vape with it's cooler vapor that extracts slower doesn't hit quite as hard as the Fury 2 but it's all about that longer battery life and a much bigger & heavier vaporizer overall. It sounds basically like it's closer to a Solo 2? So I'm like why retire my Solo 2 then for a similar Fierce? Would enjoy some feedback from anyone who can compare size weight vapor etc...bet between Solo 2 & The Fierce. Peace and happy medicated holidays to all!
