San Francisco Recommendations

The Cloud Conductor
Greetings and Salutations.

I will be visiting San Francisco for a week in August and I was just wondering if any local folks have recommendations for places to visit (dispensaries, breweries, restaurants, activities, things to do etc).

I've done my fair share of research and have a few places in mind but it's always great to hear some recommendations from actual people.

Thanks!

stayed in nob hill once, if you like pizza and pizza accessories check out: uncle vitos (www.unclevitos.com) and for another kind of taste: house of nanking (houseofnanking.net) had to wait in line outside down the road, it was worth the wait.

And That Ain't No Joke, You Can Disappear In Smoke
Hello. I would suggest that you go to the "Marina" continue to "Crissey Field" and to Fort Point(Base of Golden Gate Bridge). If you are renting a car then cross the GGB and look for "Rodeo Beach" it will be on the left(Ocean Side). I would suggest picking up some food to eat before you go. I would also suggest taking the FERRY from Pier 39 Area to "Angel Island" it is fantastic and the best views of San Francisco. With this option you get to be on the ocean for the short trip to "Angel Island" and once there you can take a hike to Mt. Livermore it ain't that high and an easy hike. Well I hope that helps in your "Quest" for a great SF Trip. I'd add a photo but that is beyond my ability using my iPad. Happy Trails.

PS: I would suggest as far as "Recreational MJ" you go to the "Barbary Coast" it's way cool, has a great stock on hand and friendly employees to help you out. Has a "Nail Bar" and a great lounge. It's located on Mission St. in the "Mission District" and they have a website, just do a search. Sayonara.

Ok, I'm going in a week....

I'm staying by the Moscone.... How far is the Barbary Coast? What's the Nail Bar? I'm intrigued. Maybe I'll go to that one instead. I was going to go to Bloom Room, but it looks like Barbary Coast is right there.

I plan on getting a few carts, an 1/8th of indica flower, some edibles, and maybe a gram or two of wax.

Barbary Coast looks real expensive....

Thinking of checking out Urbn Pharm. Looks awesome.

The "BC" is the "BOMB". Just do search for website. Included on same would be address, phone number, and MENU. My last trip I bought 3 Cartridges, "Trainwreck"(Sativa 87.17%), "Platinum Jack"(Sativa 85.68%), and "XJ-13"(86.40%) each cartridge was 1 Gram.

Now for the Lounge, not all places that sell recreational MJ have license to smoke your purchase on the premises but at "BC" you can, plus you can eat food that you bring. As for the "Nail Bar" it's a place to sit down and use the "Nail" process to get your buzz on. I had never tried but was curious and a friendly gal let me try the process on her set-up. Well have a nice trip and let me know how things turn out. I still have about a half of Platinum Jack and a whole XJ13 left so it will be awhile before I go back.

If you are a senior or a veteran you get a discount and if you are both you get both discounts(that's me). Sayonara.

BC - Barbary Coast? Which brand of cartridges did you get?

Did they sell dabs or did you have to buy like a half gram to use the nail bar? Thanks

Yup, "Barbary Coast". "Pure xtracts" would be the brand name for all the carts I purchased, and the % is that of Sativa "THC Levels". Like I explained in earlier post, a nice gal let me check out and try her set-up for free when she saw how curious I was so I don't know the cost. I got pretty blasted so I went to the lounge and checked my maps to proceed to "Ocean Beach" on my Mt. Bike. Hey listen, I have checked a few recreational places in the "Mission District" and the "Barbary Coast" is the best especially when you can smoke or vape your purchases onsite in the lounge. They have non-alcoholic MJ themed drinks and some edibles for purchase as well but I would suggest you bring your own munchies to eat in the lounge. When I there a young couple were sharing Chinese take-out that they had brought. Well let me know how things turned out if you check out the "BC". Sayonara. PS: barbarycoastsf.org
