That's why you order small parts like this directly in Europe (and still pay something for postage):
https://www.vaposhop.it/vaporizer_accessoires/vaporizer-parts/davinci-iq-glass-spacer/
;)

//Edit: I just saw... EUR 15,- minimum order. Fucked again...
oh thank you for that tip! (even if 15€ for that kind of accessory is excessive)
i know that shop but forgot to look for those glass fillers!
On ebay i found a lot of sellers but they usually don't send it out of the USA.
Will definitely add those fillers in my next order on Vaposhop!
Thanks again ;)

Thanks for the suggestion, i may try it one of these days.
Talking about the Da Vinci shop online, you should do something about 2 things:
1- you can't sell the IQ glass spacers for 11.37€ and charge 12.78€ more to send it to Europe. Some clients could really be angry, 14.94$ to send something that weighs around 1 or 2 grams...
2- When you put those glass fillers in the cart and forget to buy it (or forget to delete it, because 15$ for shipping is outrageous ;) ) you receive an email that says "with the coupon SMILE10" save 10% but here comes the joke: "offer not valid with Da Vinci IQ Vaporizer or IQ Accessories".
So you end up brewing over that ludicrous shipping price for something that weighs nothing.

I just wanted to call your attention on those 2 facts because that's not very business-minded (those glass fillers should be in the box when a vaporizer costs more than 200€, just my 2cents ;)
We have an EU Warehouse which is where European customers can order. We also have authorized vendors who have the products in store. You can locate them here: https://www.davincivaporizer.com/authorized-resellers/ https://www.davincivaporizer.com/store-locator/

To those interested in the IQ glass spacers i found them on Vapornation at 10.99$.
I ended up following Dynavaper's tip and bought it from Vaposhop.
I took the IQ glass spacers+ Mighty's capsules and some O-rings for my Sticky Brick Junior and because of the 50€ limit i had the pretext to buy the Magic Flight grinder too

The IQ for little draws, long session on 175-190C (not too hot), like sipping your favorite juice/pop soda.
(i can already imagine how much the glass spacers will improve that tiny beast)
The Dynavap for 3/4 rounds: 2-3 good hits, and the first one airy and flavourful.
(and i can usually end up my IQ bowl with a 2 Dynavap sessions, from the same IQ bowl as i don't like pushing the IQ too hot there's some light brown/greenish that remains)
Waiting for the E-nano and the Sticky Brick Jr, that should cover all the moods.
Have fun this week-end (too)!!!

I also bought the IQ Glove and Glass Spacers with my IQ order since shipping was free over a certain amount.

IQ Glove reviews say it's too big though.
Already planning a way to fix it by stuffing something to cushion it...

Any Glove owners have suggestions?

It's not too big, it fits ;-). I'd recommend trying it first before modifying it. First time hearing about that. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Going to discuss with product dev team! Happy Monday.

Yeah, on your site, a lot of reviews say it slides around on the IQ.

Took a chance as one of the reviews said they stuffed double sided tape to stop the sliding.

Though yes, I'll try using it normally when it arrives.
Should be this week. :)

I've spent some quality time with my IQ and have a few comments.

1. My flat mouthpiece doesn't seem to work at all. I have to pull way too hard to get even the slightest of whispers of vapour. I emailed Davinci about this last week but didn't receive a response. The 10mm version works fine, but I'd rather use the flat.

2. I'd rather the pick be located where you use it most; by the bowl

3. Why does it cost $10 to ship $10 worth of glass spacers

4. Compared to the Crafty, the IQ is more nit picky about the pack and draw

5. I'd really like a pod/capsule system

6. I don't see the point in the pearl extending. I feel it'd be better fixed

All that side, I really love this little guy. Build quality is fantastic, I don't feel ripped off by the price at all. Smart Path is great. Boost mode is great. Replaceable battery is great. Just a few little annoyances stop it from being brilliant, for me.

1- I didn't know there were 2 versions 10mm or flat.
2- good point, and opening the mouthpiece is always like dismantling the whole thing...
3- Greed, it's called greed. :goon:
4- I must admit that i sometimes have difficulty finding the same quality from one pack to another, but i only have it 4 weeks ago.
5- yeah, that would be neat for the IQ2, i'm using the Mighty's capsules with my Sticky Brick Junior and it's really convenient.
6- better for cleaning, but it could be something fixed on the magnet door.
As far as taste is concerned the IQ is very impressive, only big annoyance for me is the over heating (and it could have been 20% cheaper too...)

1. sorry - I meant the extended vs flat (I referenced the extended as the 10mm adapter)
2. Yeah that's it, the bloody mouthpiece always manages to come just loose enough so that you have to take that extra buzz killing step to realign it.
3. got it (the point, and the greed)
4. Same here. Crafty in comparison is very forgiving.
5. IQ2 whoa mate let's hope they make something that fits IQ1! I just bought this pup! ha
6. makes sense
7. is it strange to converse in bullet point form for more than one response?

I was reading a cool article about healthier munchies and wanted to share with you all! Out of all 6 options yogurt stood out the most lol... Yes, yogurt! Apparently it’s is gut healthy alternative for dip, has calcium and B vitamins. Dip your fruit or pretzels instead of fattier options. Hope everyone is having a great Thursday! Any Friday the 13th plans?

I will go to the grave believing that chocolate is the healthiest munchie.

So got my IQ and the Glove.
Yes, the Glove does unfortunately slide.
When you're holding it normally, it's not bad,
but if you try and pack or clean it, it starts to slide.
Not sure if I'd stuff something in there, as it would probably stretch...
Something Glove owners have to deal with I guess...

I'm lurking and catching up in here, but thought I'd toss :2c:...

The IQ for little draws, long session on 175-190C (not too hot), like sipping your favorite juice/pop soda.

I liken it more to a fine cognac that I can sit, sip, and savor the flavor of the fine flower for long, contemplative, sessions...
(Or, perhaps a fine Italian wine, in your case!)

French living in Italy, actually.
Here most of what you find legally is cbd weed (and the law states that it's for collection purpose, if you travel with it, it must be sealed and you must have the bill with you... Welcome to Italy and their half way measure laws) therefore the soda reference.
But with some Durban poison, Jack Herer, AK47 or Girl Scout Cookies I'd definitely compare that with sipping a good Bordeaux or an old Armagnac ;)

If you're 'sipping' are you using boost mode? I've only used this at the end of a session to get the last of what I can out of my herb but boost mode seems ideal for the sipping method, especially when you're being creative or relaxing so don't want to be hitting this constantly and don't want to be wasting cannabinoids leaving your herb roasting in the chamber. I guess as an afterthought it would be nice if you could set a maximum temperature for boost mode (as far as I know it just goes to the iq's maximum temperature) that would make this a really amazing vaping experience
