Liberty v9 bubble issues

Hey there guys, i picked up 2 liberty v9 cartridges (that have been bought in bulk by an online business and had thier logo but on the box) and a 1300 mAh battery from the same company from a shop in town (im not sure if i can specify companies & brands) but long story short ive got 3 different types of "refillable syringe" Concentrates with all different thicknesses. I put the least viscous and least expensive in first and it worked fine I guess, so then I opened up the 2nd one and filled it with the most viscous and repeated the filling process.

I hit the thick cartridge once or twice before it formed a HUGE bubble (i mean if i had taken that much in id have been on the moon) but i figured well maybe thats just the chamber filling slightly after reversing the air pressure (as ive read they sometimes do and also overfill and top leak) but after the next pull all it did was make the bubble bigger. I then did more research and found the "Hairdryer trick" and as the bubble worked its way to the top another started forming at the same hole right under the original one so i worked that one up too, so i finally took a rip, keep in mind that little bubbles come out of the other 3 holes after a pull, and those were the only bubbles I saw and i thought PROBLEM SOLVED. Until i looked at it again after a round of a game (15-25mins) and a bubble that connected horizontally had formed even though it was vertical the entire time and its about 1.5x bigger than the original bubble. The last thing i have to say is that i shone a very powerful flashlight in it and its not working its way up the tube and i stuck a needle to the bottem and its not even 2mm off the bottom of the central post and the material isnt burnt or taste burnt so im a bit lost. It doesnt help i stopped smoking in '12 and just started up again and it feels like a science lol.
Im not sure what a "good" hit from a concentrate pen hit is (nail and dome type cloud? Idk) but i hold in smoke until there's none to very little from a good size water pipe so i dont know what this produces at 3.7v or 3.8v output but i hope i can get a high like that off a pen.
Thanks for readin' and if you have any knowledge of this id really appreciate the gesture if you posted here please.

I was a big fan of these carts at first, but they can be hit or miss. Some last for more than 6 refills and sometimes they start gurgling after the 1st refill.

As for the bubbles, I believe the oil is just slowly soaking into the ceramic displacing the air.

Yeah i did read that the quality control is absolutely terrible but also from reading most clearomizers/FIY cartridges are that way its just ccells and v9's are the best of that bad market but as for ccells they were my first and i just cant do the bottom airflow mechanics of them (just my opinion.)

I mean short of going out to buy something with TC Mod with a smok x-baby tank or similar small intake E-juice tanks and tinkering are liberty v9's, Ccells, smok products and the trinity tank and w9 the best products out there but i keep reading posts like
" Gen-1: Plastic walls and cotton wicks.
Gen-2: Glass walls and porous ceramic wicks
Gen-3:Glass/Borosilicate walls and vertical quartz stems (very similar to Pulsars kanger coil set-up just with a regular coil) But have only been able to find a Gen 2.5ish lol O-pen's FIY attachment. Anything reviews on that thing?

Bubbles...bubbles galore.

This is probably a stupid question but by working out the bubbles with the hairdryer am i losing concentrate? Yes the levels are going down but is it going into the central post or up in smoke. Keep in mind this is extremely thick stuff

I doubt you are losing anything, but it is shocking at first to see your full cart go down.

Shocking was putting it lightly; after a 2nd morning of hairdrying I was finally like "have I been rushing this and burning off honey on each bubble?" Maybe some terps cause right around the cartridge smelled like the product labeled on the oil ;)

My hair drying days are long gone, but I do use a heat gun on my oil and keep it on low and from a distance. My wife says it smells bad if I heat it too much when draining a bad cart.

Least viscous and cheapest--THClear PR syringes (claims to be a non-distillate like their normal line)
Medium viscosity-- Alpine Live Resin syringes (have yet to try, IMO best so i didn't want to waste it incase it didn't work properly)
Very thick viscosity-- Citizen Extracts "Honey syringes" brand line and the "thick stuff" (I believe. My dispensary got these in just a few weeks ago and have no brand next to them on Weedmaps but the sticker shows the exact same logo)

Without knowing for sure, it appears most of what you are using is extracts that have not been decarboxylated. Bubbles will occur in the conversion of THC-a to THC, in addition to the oil displacement bubbles from your extracts being vaporized.

You're getting a double dose of bubbles, to avoid this you will have to use a distillate, other decarbed extracts may foul the heater faster. :2c:

Im by no means flush with cash but if $300 will solve this issue of a good brand that sets itself apart the way PAX did im game (btw Grasshopper w/HE tip FTW IMO) but it seems short of tinkering with E-Juice tanks w/similar traits of clearomizers/FIY cartridges, I cant find a brand that seems to be on the cutting edge of this topic and innovating original ideas other than these "brand specific" cartridges I.E.: The Stizzy, Paris's DaBOX, ect. Am I looking in the wrong places or even going down the wrong road, i never thought id take so much effort to support these syringe based method that seemed so simple in theory

I just called them and they said all their menu items are finished&completed products as regulated by H&S code 11362.5 & 11362.77(a)&(b) they'd have to state that a solvent/distillate/whatever is required before use like I remember when you'd go into a dispensary and see the MIY liquid concentrates that included the distillates, the long flat 32ga blunt tips, the little silicone container w/whatever concentrate you picked out to mix it in but i haven't seen or heard of one being sold since the legalization.

Ummm....not that its any fault but my own, but I've never read anything about the "fill to" line but obviously from the start of the post you know what happened (even though i double checked to make sure it all settled at the bottom and it was a few mm from the line which is slanted a bit.) Anyone else have this problem, specifically with X2O brand v9's?
I'm really OCD about getting the most out of my product so watching the drip and having to catch it with flower was a bit heartbreaking ='(
