For the Price and hype, I was expecting something brilliant, and it just isn't.. It's no different from a vaponic

I have a vaponic and a vapcap right here and I can tell you it's different. I can also mention that it's the exact same price for the glass vapcap as the glass vaponic, and the wooden vaponic plus costs more than the steel vapvap.

Vaponic gives better taste and the vapour is cooler and smoother. It does not give as thick vapour and it doesn't hit as hard, and obviously it's far more fragile even in Plus form. It's harder to use as well, since you need to either time yourself or watch the weed very carefully, whereas the vapcap you just listen for the clicks.

Newcastle, I've got no worries about wood flavor, that wasn't me. I'm worried about smell escaping and about weed debris ending up on the inside that I can't recover and smoke. :p
Dry weed is harsher and doesn't taste as good, I've got some right now and I've set my brand new Woody Ti XLS aside until I get some better, it's not worthy of my Woody. That's not a factor for me though, I don't expect any container except a glass jar to keep weed from dehydrating so I don't put it in anything else except to take out and smoke. I mean vape.

@Skunkport I have had dry weed produce a thicker cloud but you may be right about harshness...not a factor for me. The well isnt that large and if a little is in the bottom just use a tooth pick or what ever. Just give it a stir and pour it out. If your worried about losing trichomes then ya get a glass jar I guess. I am not that picky. We need to start a poll....WHO CAN SMELL THEIR BUD THROUGH THEIR STASH...:rofl:I bet its in favor of no to low smell.

happy camper....
I am so very pleased with my Vapcaps. The fact that they are arguably one of the most beautiful vaporizer devices on the market is just a perk. They rival some of the more expensive vaporizers in stellar performance, are convenient and easy to use, perfectly sized, are very efficient and have none of the hassle of the battery tethered vapes.

The plethora of heating options make them functional in just about any scenerio which rivals other butane powered vapes. In my mind and for my purpose, Vapcaps really are the perfect vaporizers.

It is unfortunate that some miss out on how fantastic this vape really is because they don't have the patience to learn to use this simple, beautifully engineered and straightforward manually operated vape. But, then again, not everyone is nimble enough to learn to drive manually and the realisation of their limitation can understandably cause feelings of inadequacy and frustration. In the end, we all should seek to find a device that matches our skills and aspirations and respect the choices of others.

Ditto times 1,000,000 @Squiby ...you have expressed my own sentiments perfectly. Here’s some more....

I have a Volcano...and haven’t used it since getting my vapcaps. Why? Not because it’s inferior, because we all know it’s superior. It’s just that I don’t need to waste a whole bunch of weed when I can use just a tiny pinch of weed to get the same relief/effects, and in a much shorter time. While the Volcano is perfect for group session sharing, the vapcap is perfect for just me. :)

I’ve always loved small things. So you can just imagine my excitement when I read that post on Fasttech that mentioned the “Vapcap” or was it “Dynavap”...whichever...I googled it to see what in the world the guy was talking about. And to my wonderful surprise I found my Nirvana vape for weed.

If I could have designed my own personal vape and asked Dynavap to make it for me, it could not have come close to the perfection that the vapcap does. So to wrap this up, there just aren’t words to express my appreciation for the very small and uber-efficient vape device that Dynavap has invented and made real for all of us. It is just almost too good to be true. :)

@Skunkport I dont play in the mud and yes a light 4 wheel drive subaru will do better than a Jeep on a muddy road

I get the impression you're picturing one of those little 4x4's that just look like a shrunken jeep and those are so much more realistic to see driving along over mud than what I actually do.

So I found a picture of my model (not my actual car, I hate the minilite alloys) next to some other cars for scale. Now imagine it driving past bogged down Land Rovers and luxury SUV's and try not to giggle.

I can't understand why would somebody spend 200$ on this piece of shit. I could understand somebody spending 60$ for a backup unit, I wouldn't even do that though… I could understand somebody joining the vaping community willing to spend 60$ for the vapcap M as well… 200$ for the omnivap? are you nuts? rofl, it's not even worth the 100$ they're asking for the woody models… it's so sick how people will only use their two eyes when choosing what to purchase, it's like everyone is just a couple of walking eyeballs (same reason why the Pax is so popular maybe?). This vape is a big piece of crap, purchased it and returned in less than a week, I ended up combusting with tobacco once again, I prefer it over the vapor quality this shit yields. The worst vapor and terribly unneficient. The vapman at least is way more efficient tan this one...

Guess we won’t be seeing your happy face here toot sweet anymore “a nice to” have known ya.

S’long. Come back when you have taken your happy pill.

Anyone have any recommendations for a vapcap stand? Found some nice-ish wooden test tube stands that could work...

Beautiful car! Unfortunately they put the steering wheel on the wrong side. :)

Get a tip/cap + condenser and McFangle your own stem, be creative.

There’s that option.

I prefer to ride my bike.
Too bad you're too far for me to join! Snagged a stone chillin and the tip fits perfect! Just awkward to spin.

@aniceto you are very close to violating our "Be Nice" rule. Insinuating that a large chunk of the FC community are nothing more than "walking eyeballs" is borderline offensive. We have a rule:
Don’t attack products or companies. You can post your opinion, and you can criticize, but posts written to offend are not allowed.

Also:
  • No trolling. Please do not post any content that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don’t post for or the purpose of starting a dispute.
And finally:
  • Please do not revisit an issue unless you have helpful information or constructive comments to add.
Since you have made your point clear that you do not care for this device, you should now refrain from re-stating that opinion going forward.

Thank you.

I like metal things and magnets to stand them on.
I had a quick click through the pages of ecig stands on the ecig sites and some of their ego style battery stands look ideal for the job, if that's more your style.

I haven't tried it yet, but George has been suggesting heated half and half or other high fat liquids (like coconut milk) which you can then consume. In your case I might try the vodka if those are your only choices.
Do people actually put straight weed in those stash holes, no container? I really don't see it being smellproof and how're you going to clean kief and resin out of it to smoke?
I would like to have a decent size container I could use in my XL Stash that a VC could fit in to load, but I haven't found anything like that. I HAVE been using the storage side naked and have had no noticeable smell escape, and I have tested it with others who would notice. I was concerned about this in advance, but much less so now. I only put 5 or 6 caps worth of goods in it at a time and I always finish what it has in it before adding more to avoid it getting too dry. If I want to carry more than that I use a Jyarz or a snapstash.
I showed a pic of one of my old (30 years) dugouts, and it barely has any odor (but has some) after 30 years. Tho admittedly today's goods are a lot more aromatic than they used to be. Some kind of non porous container for the inside of the DS would be ideal, but so far no problems using none. YMMV.

Eh, I picture you all like this anyway now.

Pic please! Also where did you get the chillum?

I really really thought the Snapstash would fit into them, I just assumed they were a little wider than a vapcap so you could stick it in to load up. It just seemed logical and well-thought out that way and everything else about dynavap seemed so well-designed I never checked.

Just another traveller in the Cannaverse
I've been enjoying the holidaze with family. And digging the shit out of my vapcaps through water.

After I realized what I could do with a chopped up Fat Mouthpiece all my vapcaps are a form of vong; I've got one piece covering the air inlets on my carbon fiber XL and '18 XLM, and another piece making the seal to my water piece. My Omni XL just has one piece to make the seal to the WP. Each has a different chamber size.

They complement the two wood TiVongs and two DDave Water Wands with SS tips I have.

It's summer-time, the perfect time to play in the water.
