Haze Square Shipping Thread

Really dont care I just want a simple yes we are shipping or no then I am out. But Haze wont answer emails so here I am.

Be pissed idc I am really skeptical of the order anyways. I dont think they will actually ship for weeks and they dont respond so whatever we will see. I also am not worried about speed what is not cool is I sent like 3 emails with no response. A simple prompt reply and I would be fine email takes minutes.

I put a pipe screen on top of one bowl. First hit. Instant combustion.

Tried a different bowl with a pipe screen. Less pack. First hit got vapour. Second hit none. Not sure I like the screen on top method.

Final edit. 5 hits in on half pack with a screen fully pressed down on the bud. Gotta draw a lot harder. But you get nice vapour at 350F and only 5 second draw. Weed cannot shift around. Thata why this bowl was shit. Now it’s super nice.

No number to call and it is warrented I paid them so I need my email saying if they are shipping unit. It isnt hard to answer my reply when I sent multiple emails.

This iant hard ship the unit the day you say you will keep your word or dont post shipping 29th and not do it.

They should not say shipping on a day then not ship on that day. Dont lie to me and I wont be impatient and complain.

This is not the Haze customer service thread. If you are having problems getting a reply, might I suggest that you don't act like an ass? Don't come here and shit all over this thread with your tantrums.

I got my email today for phase 3, made me happy. Pretty approximate to the 29th.

Woohoo! When did you order? Might give us a little idea on how far through they are. I ordered May 23rd and haven't received confirmation yet.

Okay so they've gotten through 4 days of orders roughly. I hope the bulk of the orders were at the beginning of phase 3. I'm not sure if they'll be able to finish sending them out this week at the rate they're going. Assuming that they are going in order of purchase date.

I have just joined this forum and am excited to read more. I have to admit the only reason I joined is no one will answer my emails at Haze as well. Not sure why this is the place to get the answers for a product I bought somewhere else but it is the only place with up to date info. Glad I found it or I would never had found out that phase 3 was pushed back from the 20th to 29th. And in reading that phase 3 shipments have been finalized today but Im still in the dark. Thanks so much for updating us here, or in email. Been highly anticipating this vape. Whats the word?
Thanks to all the forum users with all the great info on this product, cant wait to get my hands on mine!

Phase 3 has started to ship. Some members have received their shipping confirmation. Depending on where all you live, you should have your units within the next 2 weeks. My opinion based on units going out.

Thanks Ginolicious, I certainly hope so. According to their website they begin shipping phase 4 in 10 days. Super hoping mine gets here soon as I live like 20 minutes from their brick and mortar lol. Didnt realize they were so close until now. Guess push comes to shove Ill just go check out their shop, Ive read good reviews about their showroom online.

Yea, can't wait. Unfortunately in the time that I ordered till now, I moved. I knew I was going to, so I had my square shipped to a friends house (because I didn't know where I was moving to yet), so I still got to go and pick it up. I'm trying to be patient, but i can't wait to get my hands on it.

Coming from someone who went through the same situation you’re going through in a way. My shipping label was created in the month of May and it probably will be shipped today. Don’t expect anything too soon.

Got my phase 3 and have been through a couple pods before it became unresponsive. Now it doesnt charge or light up. So I emailed haze awaiting their response on what to do. We combusted one time before it died but I noticed my coil was somewhat farther out on one side might have something to do with it. Neither one of us got any big clouds on low settings but the taste is nice and we were no doubt getting lifted. The mouthpiece is kind of wiggly but seems to be sealed. I keep hoping it will just come back to life and go and check on it now and then but its stubbornly not wanting to resuscitate.
