I ordered on May 18th and It says " Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available." Ughhh so ready to try mine lol

The wait is worth it my friend. If you are worried as to the status of your vape, send Haze a quick PM. They are very quick to update. They have handled all of us high maintenance consumers very nicely. And that speaks wonders on them. And I do not mean high maintenance to be insulting LOL.

Phase 3 shipments will begin tomorrow, Friday 6/29. The tracking shows on time delivery but the inventory has not cleared customs yet.

Please note that we have a huge number of awaiting shipments so we will start right away but the whole shipment process will take several days. We are hoping to finalize all Phase 3 shipments by Thursday next week.

I had ordered at the start of phase 3, and I didn't get an email yet. I'm tempering my expectations and I'll be happy if I get the square within the next 2 weeks.

I ordered on May 23rd and mine is processing still as well. They are supposedly finalizing orders this week so it really shouldn't be too much longer.

Haze just posted (5ish minutes ago) in the other longer Square thread that they have started the shipments for phase 3, so I'd imagine emails will be starting to be sent out from them with shipping details.

For all the rave people say about Haze customer service it has been very poor all I want is a simple yes we did not forget your unit or steal your money. I shipping email would be nice after waiting so long. Are ya'll actually shipping the units or just making up shit to shut us up.

they didn't get you man....they are processing orders and they do not have staff of 50 to process all the orders they have..so it may take a week .... before you get confirm email .....maybe less. I was anxious as well but I can promise you that they got you....try to be patient.

Of all the companies I have dealt with over the years that manufacture in this industry, HAZE is one of the most innovative, honest, customer centric.

If you are this bent out of shape about your order, then get on the phone and talk to someone there. They have always made things right for anyone I know that had an issue.

This really isn't the Forum for that kind of attitude. We call company's out when it is warranted. This company is NOT in that category.

Dude they 're not answering emails cuz they are busy packing and shipping , every person in the company is working on nothing but packing and shipping. When it's your turn to be pack e d and shipped them you will get one.

Probably due to your attitude they may respond rather quickly

It says... shipping will approximately begin on June 29th.....it never says you will get an email confirm that day!

Read a little better before you go off the deep end!
