kandypens Prism +

I just ordered one of these after trying a friend's out. This will be my second vape pen, my first being the kandypens Rubi.

Does anyone have a Prism? I ordered a refillable glass cartridge to use with it in addition to the two atomizers that come with it. I make my own concentrates (in outlaw state).

No offence but really don't expect much from Kandypens, this brand is nothing but a rebrand, which is to say they buy cheap chinese vapes and sell them for much higher with their 'brand' on it :D

Wow, and we are not even halfway through 2018! Truly amazing

Did you have a bad experience? I think their products are great quality, and so is their customer service.

No such thing as 'their' product, again they buy cheap chinese vapes and put their logo on it. I'll give you an example.. this "k-vape" https://www.kandypens.com/k-vape is the notorious gpro, likely the most hated vape in the community, it sells for about 10$ on DHgate but they put their K on it and sell it for over a 100$

@sammuel I think this is a Taitan VS1,gpro is the rebrand, but nevertheless one of the things that gives vaporizing a bad name :D

Sam, I have reported your responses: you haven't responded at all to the topic and I don't care for all your negativity.

You aren’t literally the only person I’ve seen who has ever said they like kandypens products AND customer service, both of which are notoriously bad. Which product have you used by them besides the Prism? Everything I’ve tried of theirs has been absolute shit. Luckily I only bought a pen of theirs and I’ve tried other people’s devices, but they all sucked. The customer service I received for my issues as well was horrendous.

I love my kandypens rubi since the pax era isn't easily available in my state I think when kandypens first came around they were rebrands just like EVERYONE else but I've had great experience with my rubi

Wow, what different opinions. But no one's talking about the Prism--just dissing KP.

I also have a Rubi which I really like: it was my first pen.

I can agree that atleast old old kandypens were garbage but it seems they've put the profit into actual r&d and are coming out with their own products I admit the prism + caught my eye as well but I would look at the puffco + or more budget friendly the yocan evolve plus XL

I don't know anything about the old old kandypens. The proof will be in how long this pen--the Prism--lasts and how well the battery works. They now offer a lifetime warranty on their batteries, so I feel pretty secure about that aspect.

No experience with the Prism, but a little bit of experience with portable vapes and IMO, the Rubi is a winner for distillate.
Great form factor and function, refillable pods, and a killer price. Have turned two other patients onto the Rubi and they are now very satisfied owners.

Not looking to do battle here, but it may not be fair to broad-brush all Kandi-Pen products as garbage.
My experience with the Rubi would draw me to consider new products they produce and being the only thing I'd change about the Rubi(and I've discussed this with them) would be exchanging the plastic for glass in the pods, the Prism's refillable glass cartridge sounds worth a look.
Please keep us posted on the Prism w/glass cartridge @uncanni and good luck with it!

I appreciate your feedback; there's certainly no arguing with success when these pens work well. I was trying the Prism again this morning with the friend who owns it: we put 4-5 drops of oil in the ceramic atomizer, got very nicely high and there was still a lot left in the dish!

One difference from the Rubi: I make my oil with a little bit of terpene and a little MCT, which is the safest vaping liquidizer that I've read about. The Rubi makes substantial clouds of vapor, but I'm not seeing much vapor at all upon exhaling with the Prism. Interesting difference.
