Recommend A Portable

If he wants to purchase a whole other vaporizer that's cool, I'm just suggesting a simple solution already in place.

The thread is called, Recommend A Portable, just saying. So there is absolutely no portable you could recommend now you have the FlowerPot? I knew I should have pulled the trigger on 4/20. :bang:

I would also say the Fury2 looks even more tempting now they have dosing capsules, you could load the 5 up and be set (until the smallish battery died, I leave mine on a battery bank when not in use so always fully charged, not great for battery longevity but at least it is ready)

Fury 2 is a true pocket phenom and I can't wait for the dosing capsules!!! This is my vote for best vape release of 2017!

It is very different than a Mighty - but that is not to say it is less "good" than a Mighty. The Mighty is more of a home portable and the Fury is a true pocket portable... But I do find myself using my Fury 2 at home all the time... Mostly when my logs are off/warming up but sometimes even when they are warm :uhoh:

Definitive a good one, i would expect 3-4 caps out of one battery cycle but that should equal 2 mighty caps or 1/4 of the mighty battery life...
Maybe a tolerance thing :D but i will easily deplete a fury battery before eg a concert starts...

@StonerSloth and @steama what temps do you two use your Fury 2 at? At home mine comes in third to my Solo II and Omnivap for smoothness. I only use my Fury 2 with the wpa or for vaping out these days.

I'll be excited if the capsules give me even better efficiency and convenience, but while I love the open draw resistance I don't love the vapor quality with the black mouthpiece. My inexperienced guess is that the hybrid nature of the Fury 2 skews toward conduction, especially without glass. That and I'm probably not spending enough time at lower temps.

I just ordered a Lil Bud and I'm curious how my first unregulated, wooden, on demand convection vape will fit into that mix. [So tempted by the obvious Airplane quote but I'll abstain.]

Does a vape like the LB check the op's boxes?

I find my 2018M is nowhere near as smooth as the Fury2, both through water with the F2 flat out it is still so smooth, the M makes me cough quite often, the Fury2 does not,(rarely anyway)

Thanks for all of the replies thus far! As an update, I received my Dynavap Vapcap 2018 M yesterday. Will probably end up with a Ti omni but wanted to make sure I enjoy and use the M first!

I will still be getting a battery powered portable and will be researching your suggestions further.

How are you liking it so far? You don’t need an Omni, exactly — you can do everything on that M that you could do with the Omni as is evident in the following video.
