Haze Square Shipping Thread

I pm'd haze this morning and that got my order from processing to completed. USPS hasn't received the item, but it's on it's way. Hopefully early next week. Ordered 4/10, in CA, US.
Ugh...I don’t want to pm them but I might have to :/

Well my tracking number tells me they attempted to deliver the his morning at 9:24am. Now at that time I was sitting in my living room. I can see down my drive from there and would noticed a delivery van pull up! And would’ve heard the doorbell.....

What’s going on here? Being it’s a different country I don’t know who to call to chase this up.

Done a bit of digging. The courrier company over here received it at 9:24am!

Now they say there is a customs charge I need to pay to have the package released/delivered to me. Earliest if I pay now is next weds.

So I got my Haze Square back today after sending it in for seal fix. When I first pulled it out of the box I noticed how sleek and more uniformed it looked. I set my temps to 320, 350, 380, 400, and 430. I vaped a bowl and started at 320 and the first draw I immediately noticed a difference in draw resistance and got great vapor on first 2-3 pulls. Bumped it to 350 and again awesome vapor and flavor was there. I was on my lunch so came back in to work and noticed I’m a little more lifted than normal. I say this to say whatever they did with it at Haze it sure works like it should now and exceeded my expectations.

I sent mine in today, I lost all of my excitement when it was delivered, and worked poorly. I just let it sit in its box until today. It would still be sitting there, if my hubby didn't make me pack it up, and send it in. Flame Gucci, you may have sparked my interest again, I hope so. I just felt like we were a part of something special, and our parade was rained on. Know what I mean?

I totally get it. That’s exactly how I felt but I wanted to give Haze the chance to fix it. I have been using it since and my temps are still set the same. I refill once a day because I’ve been vaping more because of the convenience factor. Have faith in Haze and let me know how it is once you get it back.

Do we know when second batch of preorders are to ship? Website says ship by May 30. Any possibility that they ship earlier?

Anyone in Canada receieve theirs left? Mine has been stuck at 'Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing.' since the 7th. I order a lot of stuff from the states, and have never had something stuck for this long.

This is my first experience with USPS (I've usually dealt with UPS, FedEx, DHS, and Canada Post) and I have to say that I'm not impressed with USPS one bit. I waited for an hour an half to talk a customer service representative the other day to track my package (the item had been stuck on "In transport to next facility" for 4 days before I contacted them). The first representative I spoke with was quite rude and gave me incorrect information. She then transferred me to someone else without letting me know that I was being transfered. This agent also gave me incorrect information (stating that no one had checked on the package previously, which Haze assured me they had).

I ended up calling Haze's Customer Service and they were able to get things sorted. The package ended up updating a day later to having entered and cleared customs, but the tracking now says "your item is at a facility in Canada". Last I checked, Canada is pretty big!

Haze has been great with getting back to me promptly and I have no problem with the service they have given me. The complete opposite is true with USPS, unfortunately.

I dislike USPS. I order retro video games from Colorado and my tracker always says awaiting transit or some garbage. Never updates. Even after I receive the package in Canada.

ginolicious,
Hey everyone just wanted to let you all know that I got my tracking number yesterday (did not contact haze at all just sat patiently) and I’m one state over so expected delivery should be tomorrow. I’m so hyped right now!

Edit: ordered April 10th

Damn. I ain’t getting a tracking number till mid May I’m guessing since I was second batch pre order. I’m already impatient. But I wanted to get in after the seal issue was resolved.

Hopefully they sent me a square with the seal fixed issue. don’t see why they would ship faulty units. Patience my friend! It’ll be all worth it!

My Haze arrived! I'm so excited to start using this vape, but will have to wait until the end of the weekend to give my impressions. It's charging as we speak!
Thanks Haze, today felt like Christmas morning!

Im in the same boat here, I actually had a very similar experience to @Canadianbob54 my tracking was good for about 5 days then a full 8 days of "item is in transit to the next facility" I contacted Haze and whatever they did I got an update from USPS within 30 minutes saying my package was "being held at customs" unfortunately that was 6 days ago now. Add that up and that's almost 20 days in transit. I'm a business owner and I ship BOATLOADS of stuff ALL THE TIME. I use tracking apps to manage shipents and keep a tracking history as I always have a few shipments on the go. I went back in and looked at my last 15 USPS orders, most came from farther then my square and not one of them took over 11days.

I would have to say this experience has been really frustrating. Im not sure if it's the third party carrier they used or what, but it sure leaves a sour taste. I am really happy to see another Canadian finally receive their unit . My biggest concern right now is that I'm going to have to send this in for service about as soon as I get it and have to wait another 40days to get to try it out ! I mean I already have two hoppers that live in the postal system this was to be a replacement for that nonsense.

I would say a lot of these delays have to do with Canadian customs. Whenever I shipped packages to Canada in my past life, it always took longer for Canadian customs to clear (outside of Mexico where you could wait a lifetime). Now this is with USPS. I am sure FedEx or UPS can get them through sooner as they have their own brokers but the cost to ship would be significantly more (probably double). Just something to keep in mind.

I completely agree with you, but to put it in perspective my last 15 USPS orders all went through Canadian customs ( which usually took longer then the ship times ) all made it to me in less then 11days.

Im just salty from waiting so long without any updates. I'm still glad I had the option of using USPS and I would choose it again and again because whoever the lucky leprechaun who magically makes up UPS brokerage fees should be drug out onto the street and :goon: :myday:

:( Usps tracking says "Customs Clearance Processing Complete" at 6:49 am and now says "Your item is being held in Customs at 8:25 am" ... Does it mean my square is confiscate ?

Where you shipping to? If you check your tracking number with your local courier who will be delivering the package you will get more detailed information.

Just an update: mine had a delivery attempt today (to Toronto), but a delivery notice was left. I'm out of town till tmrw night, but I assume that there was a customs charge I need to pay. Hopefully it isn't crazy...
