Drexciya manned up on his losses like a gentleman in a PM, my offer still stands.

I bet he should be able to have his processions returned by the politzi, if he requested them to do so.

He mentioned that in the future, it would be best to carry only that which one would not mind losing,
I agree.

Best Wishes to you, Sir, @Drexciya!

@Copacetic I just sent him a PM, and told him the offer will remain open indefinitely. His Omni XL is waiting here for him whenever he is ready. No bad vibes either way.
I believe Stark has love to share as well.....
Sweet
Good vibes all the way :D
I'll make him a custom stash to fit the Omni (or any other DV he wants), but It'll take a while to discuss his requirements and build it.

I'll try to make it worthy of an Omni :science:

He's already got back to me, and I think we're on!

Are you referring to me as I just posted or are you saying someone else ran into the same problem?

I thought of using 2 magnets stacked and really like it BUT I wonder if it would damage the clicking discs as a hot disc clicks really fast with 2 magnets. This also has me wondering how a single magnet might affect it over time as well.

ONJ, I believe it was @almost there who had mentioned that. At any rate, when I put a 2nd magnet on
The Dynastash, it pulled the cap off easily.

Easier than trying to pry the magnet off, or shattering it with a drill bit. If you are determined,
applying heat on the magnet should soften the adhesive underneath.

As far as cooling, it is the added mass that transfers the heat a bit faster, the mag field does not affect the timing.

& of course, as we are well aware, everything is finite.

Good to see the random acts of kindness still alive and kicking in this thread.

Have you seen @phattpiggie s work yet? That will distract you for some time as well.
Oh yes I have! Before I even ordered my 17M. And I visit his thread more often than I 'd like to admit... The guy is an artist!
In this case, though I'm trying to avoid it, cuz I'll start lusting over them again and this ain't helpful with the "impatience mode" I'm in right now...

Well, after sending 3 emails to DynaVap and not receiving any reply (except the stupid automated reply), I contacted my credit card company and had the company declared "Non-responsive". They said they will issue a full refund and back charge DynaVap.

How in the world can a company think they are going to stay in business when they have customer service like this.

The worse part is, what I ordered was a cap to replace the defective one they sent me in the first place, which should have been provided free anyway. My VapCap is in the drawer, useless.. Every time I heat it, the cap clicks and the cap jumps off the VapCap and onto the floor. I know DV in exempt from ever making mistakes and they are perfect in your eyes but this VC I bought was defective and they wouldn't even answer emails about it. I'm done with that company and their products.

I hope the guy who's Dynastash broke in 2 months and the magnet didn't work, gets it fixed. 2 months? Do they not offer ANY warranty with their products? Obviously not.

Well, bash and flame me again for having an opinion that's not the same as yours. I won't be back to this thread so I won't see them.

Sounds like you too may well be on the way to the much dreaded,

@Hackerman The caps have a disc that moves to click. That is what is causing your cap to pop off.

You need the disk to move or you don't get the click.

Simply squeeze your cap a bit at the open end to bend it ever so slightly out of round (needs a decent squeeze to achieve this)
Then it won't pop off at the click.

Had this happen on occasion with my caps, squeezing fixes instantly.

3 emails not receiving a response is odd and not really ok. Very unusual behavior from DV and understandably anoying.

Please could you stop insulting me and other lovely people in this thread by insisting we are fan boys who will bash you. It's unkind, very rude and very much NOT what happens in this thread.

Honestly, dude, you are the only person I've seen on this thread in weeks that seems like they are bashing anyone or anything. If emails haven't worked, you should try calling them
