I'm in a bit of a rut right now unfortunately. I really should kick my own ass and get back to making some wooden nano stands (for the people in this thread of course).

Oh and regarding the different color Stemguard/silicone, I did a quick search and found some nintendo nerds (no offense) who dyed the buttons on their controllers, using hair dye.
So maybe for anyone who wants a different color stem guard, you could try hair dye in the color of your choice and let it sit in a bowl of that overnight.
No Idea if this'll work with nano stems! And they'd probably stop glowing in the dark.
Also maybe need to prepare the Silicon first, with alcohol or maybe sanding it off a bit? Hmm..

Funny how things work, I have an opposite situation. After a couple of trips of the Nano onto the floor (the dog did it, not me, no really, I swear) I decided I really needed a stand so I went through the scrap box a put one together. Later The cord started falling out of the unit so a little silicone sealer on the plug seems to have worked, I have to start taking better care of my stuff.

Very low resistance with Nano gongs. Not an issue, IMO.
In that case, the pik is kind of useless. Oh, you can use it for a stir tool...or use a 1000 other things as a stir tool.
Mostly the value is letting you set screen depth for adjustable screens and it will show you where the top of your load should be to clear the heater.
I rarely use mine....but I have my screens placed where I like them and I now know how much to load by eye and how high I want it to be (and yes, like @CarolKing I sometimes mush it down a bit with the heater if too much is loaded).
Its not all that critical to my mind. Now, I did have to search for my default temp with my unit as they all vary a small bit by unit and AC power characteristics. For me, I'm right at 6.5 almost always. A little bit of experimentation and you will know where to set yours but I suggest 6 or 6.5 as a starting point.
I love Mike and Delta 3D and have his scoops, but for a Enano stem or an EVO ELB, its hard to beat the NewVape Pax Loading Tool. It does indeed fit into these stems and makes loading very easy

Thats interesting. Twice i have tried to make edibles with the E-nanos ABV and I put some ABV in a slow cooker with a little bit of coconut oil and cooked on low for 12 hours. Then I Consumed 1 Tablespoon of the oil but i didnt feel shit as far as getting high. I felt a mild body "numbness" but thats about it. I tried again a few weeks later this time using less coconut oil ratio per ABV and added 1 tablespoon of the infused oil to a cup of coffee I was drinking. Once again I didnt feel squat.
And I have a very low tolerance when it comes to weed. For example I took 1 hit yesterday on the Enano dry stem at 6 and I was very high for about an hour and a half just from the one hit. So i dont know what I am doing wrong. I have almost half a peanut butter jars full of ABV....I need advice on making edibles.
It sounds like your unit runs hotter than mine. It also has to do with the amount of electric current that your outlet provides compared to mine and even if you are plugged into an extension cord (Which I am, I am plugged into a power strip)
For me my number 7 is what you describe as your number 6. Thats why I max out at 6.5 for my final hit to cash out the bowl
Once the stem gets dirty what I do is run a small piece of cotton that is attached to a thick straw and "wipe down" the inside of the stem. Then I pack the cotton strip that is dirty and hit it at 7. I can get 2 monster hits from that reclaim on the cotton and they are very potent (I only hit the cotton at night before bedtime because "It will rock you").
I used to dip the stem in Isopropyl 70% alcohol but I quit doing that, prefer to wipe the stem from now on and then save the dirty cotton for just before bedtime. Have had some lucid dreams

Eating is still pretty new to me, and it's not something you can really do a lot of research on in a short period of time haha.
I just grind it up with my fingers and spread around the peanut butter covered sandwich. Tastes terrible and is a chore to eat, but you can get it done in a few minutes. Drinking water or cocoa milk helps.
What you eat before (and how long before) and after seem to really affect a body response for me. I feel like I'll after 1,5-2 hours feel a buzz/effect, but that's it for a while. Then however if I eat something, especially fatty food, it kick starts the high-ness haha.
I guess if I'm on a pretty empty stomach it just sits around my stomach until I actually eat something and digestion really begins.
I also need 2 tablespoons usually too get a nice effect, only 1 and I didn't really feel anything (but I don't remember what I ate that day so that may have played a part.
I also had some vaped hash in the Jar, so it is possible I at some of that as well and afaik that'll definitely increase the level of fucked-upness!

I usually use 1-3 puffs inhaled, but it depends on the strain and how much I feel like using. One of the best strengths of the E-nano too. It makes me high on 1 puff, and it lasts for a good 2-3 hours. If I want to be "medicated" like in the past few days due to this muscle pull/tightness in my neck and shoulders two good hits at level 6 for the first with the 2nd at 7 or 8 (I like it hot, the high is heavier and controls my pain better) can send me to blissville for nearly 4 hours.
The few times I've tried edibles from my leftover ABV have resulted in some of that body numbness feeling, but mostly nothing. I do have a mixed relationship with edibles overall though. Some work, some don't. I would like to make my own something but for that I'd just buy a gram and go that route. My 1st and best edible experience was off a single strain -Golden Goat. It was amazing! Nothing like that since.

I am thinking that I probably did not take enough of a dose. I will try with 2 tablespoons next time. My ABV is dark brown like tobacco. That may have alot to do with it also, I fully extract my flower. I read that it is stupid to "Leave a little green in your ABV so that its more potent for edibles". For maximum efficiency you want to extract as much from your flower as possible via vaping is what I read.
The stand is more for aesthetics, its not mandatory. I just super glue the brick with the dial to the side of the table. As far as the stem I just keep it inside of the drawer of my nightstand inside a rectangular tupperware (the stem lays diagonally; propped up so this way no flower falls out of the chamber. I dont like any visitors to see the stem, they will think I am a crack smoker. In reality I could count on one hand how many people in my life know that I vape flower. None of my friends are users of cannabis. I live in an illegal state so I keep my mouth shut because there is still so much bad stigma about weed. We have made alot of progress but still in the South where I live people are not yet enlightened. And the cops rarely let anyone off the hook if they catch you (in my state). One criminal charge on your record for possession will literally ruin your life if you work in I.T. industry because nobody will hire you after that. I cant take such risks.

I just superglue the block that has the dial on it to the side of my nightstand. That gives me enough slack on the cord to be able to hit the stem and never risk yanking the actual log off the edge of the cliff

The other Delta product I can't live w/out is also the rubber funnels. It made spilling a thing of the past and no more crumbs all over my mouse pad.
I used raspberry diesel today. It tastes very berry like, but reminds me more of the taste of raspberry greens like leaves and the stems etc than the actual fruit. Or maybe it's more like the smell of a bushel of raspberries. Fantastic taste in the Nano.

Golden Goat is a great strain.
I'm just afraid of edibles. I even made a couple jars of a tincture that just sits in the fridge. I made it so I could take a break every now and then from all that puffing. But in the end, there is just no science to how much to use. A given amount might not get you very high at all one day and then another, because of what and when you last ate or just your body chemistry, you get too high. Some people can handle being "very high" better than others. I'm not one of those people.
The thing is when you're too high from vaping, you know you'll come down in an hour. When you're too high from edibles then you're too high for hours. No thanks.
I started using my nano with the cotton for concentrates because you are able to take it slow. You also get to know your level of high within a short period of time and find where you want to be. I tried a nail to do a "dab" one time. One time.

Just got myself a 5 pack of 14mm GonG stems, and since there is a sale I went for the aromatherapy cup too.
I actually love the design on the E-Nano and the stem usage. It's super easy to just fill them up and keep it inside the tube, then whenever you need your favorite strain is right there and ready to go. I actually hated using dosing capsules on the Mighty but the stems are just easier to use with my disability and since only the top gets hot I am not constantly burning myself.

It's also fun to follow the sales, and the festivals that get uploaded on youtube (at least before youtube got all asshole on cannabis).
I have been hitting some Blue Dream today and soon I'll transition over to a nice indica called Cheese. Tried doing some yard work today but it's still too damn cold.
