I sent a message through the Warranty portal yesterday to ask about my Ti... No response.

Meanwhile I had about 2 weeks ago ordered a couple more (friends).

From what I've read here, they/she only responds to new purchases emails.... I feel I want to use one the purchases to leverage the repair.

Is the best email address "sales@..." ?
Go to Twitter and voice your complains ... its incredible effective and I join you there and others as "back-up voices"


EDIT: yeah also answering the "cash grab" then yes I think so also because they been without an income for 4 months while redoing their product and production line so can understand they are in need of funding

Today is Thursday and the discount code HopperUpgrades is still in effect, for 35% off.
It is extremely unlikely that they are going to ship your recent order in the next couple of days.
Go to the site and place a new order for those friends' hoppers. Then email support and cancel the existing order.
Then go to the warranty interface and ask them to unlock "free shipping" on your (newly placed) order, because they can ship with your repaired hopper.

If you feel any trepidation about doing this, just remember all the times you have waited for HL to fulfill a projection, to deliver product or to repair a unit. On this sale offer alone there have been two little fibs. 1. For existing customers only, and 2. Sale is on 'through this weekend'.

I think they probably read all incoming emails, and only get selective about replies...
I would write to support@grasshoppervape.com, but I don't think you're going to get a definitive answer re:timing on either score.

OK this is where I show my full stupidity, which I've managed to hide from you guys for a while now....

When I'm using my mobile twitter app, and go to the GH page, and click "tweets and replies" (where I assume I'd see the ongoing tweet-fest regarding GH), there are virtually no tweets from anyone other than GH...

I feel like @Hjalmark is hoping I throw the first tomato.:rofl:

Ya 3 tweets in early January then silence. I suppose there wasn't much to tweet about in the meantime . Not sure how effective it'll be but sure give it a shot and tell us how it went:brow:

ahaha no I actually have tweeted to them in the past both positive comments and also one criticizing their actions but seams like they switch their twitter around to only show their own advertising

just try to message them privately and see what happens but yeah reading your later post now and I hope they are not just outwardly deleting tweets :shit:

I think you need to delete this tweet and tweet it again with hashtags or nobody will see it since you don't have any followers. Here's a few taken from GH tweets... just copypasta to the end of the tweet and resend along with any other hashtags you feel like adding.

As many hashtags as possible. More relevant the hashtag, more eyes see it, more retailers are going to notice and react faster.

So the theory goes anyway.

I’ve had a retailer totally ignore my query for three days only to respond within an hour after a tweet was posted avec hashtags

Yay! My GF came today! I’m on the Virginia coast. I ordered 11/27/17. I did not get a email or tracking. It just showed up. However, my extra batteries they promised for the multiple delays were not included. That was a bit disappointing. I’ve already emailed them about it. Brand new to FC, I have been stalking/reading forever. Just wanted everyone know that I finally got my TI Hopper. My first use was flawless. I had the dial in between the 3 and 4. Plenty of vapor. I’ll play around with it more tonight. I sure hope all of you guys get yours soon.

So, what colors are your lights showing? Does your manual talk about the light colors to expect? We have reason to believe this may be a change from the previous Hoppers...

It blinks red when charging then blue when done. One click goes red then blue. I think that is the same as it has been.

Did anything change on their website indicating that it had been sent? Like does the order say complete or anything similar?
Nope. Nothing. It still lists it as processed on my account. Not shipped.

Can you post photos of the hopper and packaging? Please understand this just seems strange, particularly considering we we're expecting a change in lights and all. Also what's the # on the top near the button if you don't mind me asking?
I’ll try to post some photos later tonight. I don’t remember hearing the lights were supposed to change from what they were. My serial number is 14...
