Hi All,

Thank you for all of the thoughtful questions! Hopefully we will cover them all in this post:
Please, please add “and when finishes the session”. Inability to do so is disappointing, some tasty sessions end with several draws of weak degrading vapor before you realise the heat is off.
Yes - there is haptic (vibration) feedback when the session timer runs out (auto shut-off) and anytime you turn off/on the power.

My question is (hope I am not getting on your nerves with this) if you are releasing the Fierce in Europe from the start this time? As @VapoShop is already a european distributor of yours
We have not discussed the FIERCE with @VapoShop yet. We will certainly discuss this with them as we get closer to the release date.
Welcome to Fc @Skywalker_OG .

Now that the chamber size has been corrected I may be interested.

Do you anticipate having the accessories available at launch? I am outside North America and I don't want to pay international shipping twice or 3 times.

Yes - we will have two borosilicate glass attachments available at the launch that will slide into the Accessories Attachment. We will have a glass WPA and glass mouthpiece - your choice will be included in the FIERCE bundle upon purchase.

Why did you get rid of the red/green LED system used by the Fury? Any chance of bringing it to the Fierce? And would it be possible to add an option to invert the screen display?
We switched the LED light system with haptic feedback (vibration). This provides user alerts in a more discreet manner.

Why are you going with the proprietary battery?

In order to answer this question - you firstly need to know the difference between 18650 batteries and the Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries that we use in all of our vaporizers. 18650 batteries have a hard metal shell which can cause some serious damage if not handled properly. LiPo batteries have a soft flexible shell which makes them a much safer option - however, they must be soldered into the circuitry making them typically non-user-swappable/replaceable. To overcome this challenge, we crafted a plastic battery pack containing circuitry that the LiPo battery could be soldered into. This allows the entire battery pack to be user swappable/replaceable providing the user the best of both worlds - safety and swapability. Agree or disagree - we sincerely believe that this is what is best for our company and the safety of our clients. We are pricing the extra battery packs at $20 so that this will (hopefully) be a non-issue for the people who already own 18650 batteries. Plus - our FIERCE battery pack tested at a whopping 112-120 minute run time at the maximum temperature of 430° F.

As someone with small fingernails, I'd really love to see the battery door design change. That style is always a PITA for me, and I don't normally carry around something that would fit in that slot.
This battery door opens easily with a penny or any other coin :).

Our FIERCE’s USB-C charging port is reversible, powerful and interchangeable." Reversible? that sounds interesting... can you explain how that works? thanks
USB-C is the new standard and is already being used on 80% of the newest tech devices. "Reversible" means that the input is non-directional - the cord can be plugged into the FIERCE either direction without flipping the cord (as @muunch stated).

Will the Fierce be using medical grade plastic like S&B's Mighty?
There isn't any plastic that comes in contact with the vapor path. Inside the mouthpiece is an isolated borosilicate glass cylinder vapor path. The plastic mouthpiece housing is made from 'PET ' medical-grade plastic regardless.

Can we know more about that accessories attachment? Looks like a full glass mp, will love something like that on the fury 2.
The Accessories Attachment is a secondary attachment that holds any glass stem that we create for the FIERCE. E.g. You can swap a glass WPA for a glass mouthpiece by simply sliding one out of the attachment and the other one back into it.

We hope that we answered all of the questions clearly. If not - please let us know :)

All the Best!

We will have a glass WPA and glass mouthpiece - your choice will be included in the FIERCE bundle upon purchase.

Only 1 (or the other) is included?

This battery door opens easily with a penny or any other coin :).

Looks also like the corner of a plastic card (ID, credit cards.. etc etc etc etc) will work, so I don't see how "not being able to open it" will be an issue

That's what the man said. This is how they sell the attachments for the Fury 2.

How about a silicone sleeve for the mp only to keep the mp cooler -- like the grasshopper. Don't have the Fury 2, but from what I read that gets hot. I think it could use a silicone sleeve.

@Summer

I don't know how the others feel about that but I would not consider the Fury2 getting hot.

Especially when compared to the Grasshopper, I would consider the Fury2 colder in every aspect. The exterior is getting less hot, at least with my normal mouthpiece and WPA, not owning a glass mouthpiece yet. It is getting warm though after two or three sessions in a row. If you remove the hot WPA from the Fury2 for a better release the "chamber" of it is definitely too hot to touch, almost like the tip of a VapCap.

As for the vapor. While I had huge problems using the Grasshopper native, because the vapor was just to hot for my mouth and throat to bear with, I had no problems at all with the vapor from the Fury2. Also, no special drawing technique required to protect your lips from being burned.

Or did I get your idea about a silicon sleeve wrong? I just would not really know where it should be applied to.

Now that's lazy, as it was only the post above yours & all it would take is a slide of your finger.

:brow:

Apologies for being pedantic but I had to actually go back to the OP to confirm.

Maybe it was just the ambiguous wording:

Yes - we will have two borosilicate glass attachments available at the launch that will slide into the Accessories Attachment. We will have a glass WPA and glass mouthpiece - your choice will be included in the FIERCE bundle upon purchase.

"your choice will be included" does denote picking one or the other - but always good to be sure! ... but, yeah I was just being lazy and looking for more concrete wording (which I did find in the OP after looking :) )

@AtomicPB, @RUDE BOY this is the post I saw referencing that the mp gets hot so I thought a silicone mouth sleeve would be appropriate. That's all. In all fairness, I did come across 2 posts that said the mp did not get hot.

I find the mouthpiece definitely gets hot at the end of a 4 min session. I found the trick is to make sure the mouthpiece is well in your mouth and not just touching on your lips, if that make sense. It's thicker further back and so not as hot. I'm only talking millimetres.

@Summer I know I haven't even noticed it getting warm and I've been using it at least once a day for 8 months... plus I only use my fury on higher temps from 405F up to 420F.

For one session even if I stretch it out it seems neither the body or mouthpiece get hot, the unit itself may feel warmer on the chamber side but never hot and the mouthpiece stays cool.

Let me make it clearer. In general if I'm taking my time during a session and only taking 10 second rips then it hardly gets even warm. But I have found if I'm taking 20 second rips and not leaving much of a break between them then it gets warm to hot, but only at the tip of the MP which is to be expected. It certainly doesn't detract from the quality and enjoyment I get from it. Best gadget I've bought in years.

How do you charge the spare battery? Can it be charged in the dock?
Hi @ChiefLoudFlower, Thank you for your question. Yes - you can charge the battery while it is the FIERCE or you can charge the battery in the Charging Dock. I.e. You can be using the FIERCE with one battery while the spare is charging in the dock.

I really like the sliding mouthpiece vs the snap on /off one that's on the Fury 2 currently...owww..can't wait for the fierce..time to lighten up my collection to make room for this guy

I will say that the fury is a great hitter (I use it exclusively through the WPA), and this seems to correct some of the minor issues I had with the Fury 2, battery, glass stem. I am concerned with the shape of it, id like to see it in relation to some other vapes or in a hand to see what I really think of it, but otherwise....it looks awesome!
