Boundless Tera

O heard somewhere that the body is aluminum....could it be?looks like soft touch plastic/ rubberized material to me. It says aluminum build on puffitup!

So we can't or aren't supposed to use different batteries w/ Tera?

Certainly looks like a Huge improvement over the DVD in both vapor production and build quality. BNDLS is definitely on the right track and their vape s keep getting better. Can't wait for the teardown! I'll hopefully have mine tomorrow!

Part of the heating element (?) was aluminum, now stainless steel.
It was always going to be plastic / rubber.

(I dont know why it says that on puffitup, but Randy looked high as hell when he was doing the unboxing, and that he still neeeded to "take pictures", which I assume was for the store)

edit: it seem like all retailers are saying its aluminum. So im confused.

Randy was using different batteries in the video , I would assume any 18650's that meat the same specs as the ones that come with it should be fine.

Bowl was aluminum and now is ss. As far as a know the outside is aluminum, don't remember reading it was plastic ?

But vape looks like a winner, can't wait for boundless to open the upgrade program :D

Idk if boundless just gets lucky with their designs or if they mean to do it but I love how stuff from other vapes fit the boundless stuff. The elb basket for the cf/x, the airzer eq baskets for the cfv, and now this!!!! @Boundless Vape Technology you guys rock!!

I can’t wait for the cfv upgrade program this thing looks awesome!!!

Already saw a little first impression review on vaporents
Are here some people out there who received their Tera already? Because I am a little concerned about it because the review wasn't as good as expected... He told a few things about bad build quality which he didn't expected of a 220$ vape and that there a few software problems and the cooling ability of the vapor path wasn't as good as we hoped for
Did he just had a Monday unit or are this concerns on the other units as well?

I read that review to.

I'm not sure whats with people assuming Boundless it out to kill S&B. Boundless have never claimed that, only people assume because they look similar, must be a copy.

The OP has been updating the thread after using it, and seems to be more impressed with it now.

Boundless should be seen as their OWN company, and not just trying to "copy S&B". Both of those devices have their own places. Boundless products through water is really where they shine, and I think that's what the Boundless guys are after.

Plus, its $200 vs $350

@HindelangGG if it's the guy complaining about the lid and software, that's me. Those are just shortcomings that can be fixed. Honestly, after a few sessions I can recommend it. If it still has that robot fart taste after a week, I'll have to evaluate again, but so far I'm really looking forward to bringing it with me to a party tonight, see how it'll perform.

they really fit??? That would be so awesome if they fit and work!

I know the Chamber is SS but I'm wondering about the body....Puffitup says the body is aluminum???Is it or plastic like all the other BNDLS vapes???

Body is what seems like plastic, battery lid is some sort of metal, probably aluminum
And yes, they really really fit! I rarely use them because opening them up again is such a hassle

Very interesting if they work well? are they sealed and smell proof in the holder?
Where is the best place to buy them?

Phew! That was scary to see in the video.

Thanks for sharing.

Oh my god, i'm so sorry. The Tera fucked me up badly, I forgot that the batteries were still in the charger. :\

It's still pretty solid although you can't hold it sideways!

P.s. I removed the picture because it's misleading and I do not want people seeing it out of context.
