Hi @Jah1975, We are in the final testing phase of the prototypes for the dosing capsules. This process takes a few weeks due to prototype testing and adjustments. They will look very similar to the Mighty dosing capsules - except the sides are a stainless steel screen mesh instead of solid ss.

We have gone through great lengths to ensure that the air and vapor paths are completely isolated and that the highest quality materials are used - please see the PIU teardown to see for yourself here: http://blog.puffitup.com/2018/01/fury-2-teardown-new-year-new-vape-destruction. If there is an initial smell upon heating the unit - it would be factory residue from the manufacturing process. A couple of 4 minute burn-offs at max temp (430F) and rinsing all of the removable parts with soap and water before use should eliminate any residue. All materials in the air and vapor paths are medical/food grade and inert.

@potriot @Dirtrider, We have had a few WPA's and glass mouthpieces that have been a bit loose. We have discussed this issue with our glass manufacturer and we have new batches of all the glass attachments in production right now. We have also replaced a handful of 'loose' glass attachments when we have been contacted by our clients.

If you have any issue - simply contact us at healthyrips@gmail.com - we have 100% client satisfaction. Of course we will take care of any and all issues. We even remedy "issues" when our team doesn't exactly agree are real "issues". We believe that the client is always right - even if we don't agree that there is an actual issue.

We love to serve our clients and we are fine with taking losses on some transactions - we believe that taking care of our clients is the absolute best long-term strategy for our reputation and the growth of our company.

We want nothing but the best for all of you :)

First off, this little thing rips, even though i have had this only 24 hours or so, its great. I need heavy doses as i am a medical user and the fury surprised me a bit actually...

That said, your offer is generous and i will oblige. It may be a small complaint, but it seems tenous on its hold and it is wobbly, mainly though it is not getting heated correctly because one side is touching or not or half the stem is pulled out and not seated flush, that is how loose it gets.....if it were snug even warm i think this would rectify immedietely.

QA could literally be just a drilled hole with correct diameter in a scrap wood block, if the stem wiggles a bit before final packing into the foam.......at least could save shipping costs.....

Thanks again, off to walk the dog with new toy...

P.s. Really looking forward to the FIERCE!

Hi @nosmoking and FC community, We apologize for the delay in starting the FIERCE thread. We received the first FIERCE prototype two weeks ago for confirmation of the body design, OLED screen readout, replaceable battery, etc. This was not a working prototype as far as vaporization. We should be have our next prototype this week that is fully functional and 'photo-worthy' (early prototypes are not exceptionally aesthetically elegant). Please hang in there - we are working hard and fast - but we also want perfection :).

All the Best

Good plan.

Keep it simple and long lasting and I’ll buy one.

Don’t skimp on the door latch. Or however you plan to hold the cells in. No Aluminum on aluminum or plastic.

Seriously

Too many companies screw that up.

due to popular request, I put together a Fury / Fog / Starry comparison video.

The Fury wins, in my opinion - which is why i'm only sharing the video to the Fury thread. That, and rules and stuff.

Enjoy!

I watched your video on the train home from work today, and then when I got home my new Fury 2 was in the post box. Yewwwwwww. Some say hunger is the best sauce. I reckon your videos are!!

Does anyone know if the Crater 420 mini vape is the same as this unit or just a complete knockoff?

Hi @Jah1975,

Hi, Enjoy my Fury2! Will you please explain the reasoning and benefits of the dosing capsules' sides being mesh SS, like a liquidpad, as opposed to solid sides? TY!

Hi @Rasputin, The stainless steel mesh sides give you much better airflow through your material than solid ss sides. The ss mesh also takes less energy to heat and prolongs your battery life.

My Fury "Deaux" arrived today.....thanks gang its because of y'all....

Water filtrated, hits like a bazooka at times. Whammy.

Side note #1
I picked up the large wpa and i have a problem. It is way too loose, especially warmed up, i can hear air escaping from around the fury's bowl and not the intake.....it will basically drop in cold and wiggle like hell when warm...any ideas? I am hoping for a quick fix, but i may have to ask for another....No robot taste either, hee hee, fingers crossed....
I have a loose extended size WPA too... I use a tiny bit of degummed hemp fiber or organic cotton and just set the wpa in the chamber with that hemp fiber pressed against the edge... it does not require much of the fiber and when you seat the wpa down fully it seals to the bottom of the chamber with the holes in it anyway.. the edges at that point do not matter as much unless you lift the wpa some out of that seat and allow air infiltration that way... as I'm using the vape during the session ( the good seesions) I keep in mind to press down that wpa to keep a seal
edit- teflon was considered but not to inhale IMO so I went with hemp fiber...

PS . I am using that hemp fiber in the wpa to lessen the load even more! micro de micro dose

Glad, very glad to find moore people here that use the HERB in a MICRO DOSE way.And i have to say this little rocker that goes under the name FURY 2,it really was THE best buy i've done..It hits hard, and my already small doses is even down moore, belive it or not.Haven't tryed the water tool jet i've just ordered from dh.gate..lets see if my WPA is going to fit nicely or not.Aromed 4.0 is collecting dust for now,and the Plenty is gone to a friend..Back to FURY 2,i use the small mesh baskets i got with FURY 2 and they works awsomely for MICRO DOSING.

Been 2 days without my Fury and it's tough.
I actually just got a warranty replacement Fury 2 because mine had an increasingly worse robot fart smell. Well, I got the new unit and it smelled fine from the get go, not even any factory smell from the start surprisingly. But the more I use it the worse the robot smell gets. I actually had a bowl packed in it last night and unpacked the bowl and loaded it in a different vape because the smell was so strong as it was heating up.

Going to do a few burn offs later and see if anything changes. Healthy Rips said they smelled what I smelled when they received my old unit but they weren't sure what it was. Said their engineers would tear it apart and inspect it to see what was causing the smell.
I've had mine for a little over a month and though it didn't have a progressive increase in smell I did have an incident a week ago where after turning it on it gave off a terrible taste and smell. It's not a melodious organic taste so it's from the electronics somewhere. My Fury has a funny temp sensor from the start but since last week the temp has been even funnier,. Anyway had to send my unit in and I'm missing it like crazy. I opened up my treasure box this morning and I realized I do not have a single proper portable as backup. I sold off the IQ's after getting the Fury and the GH isn't worth mentioning. That leaves me with my Mi and my beloved butane vapes, great as they are they are not for out and about use. Time to start considering a second portable:nod:

I can't seem to make up my mind to buy the fury 2 or the force. I searched for info on the forum about the force but didn't find any. Anybody here have experience with both that can help me? The main thing I'd like to know is can the force work well with small amount of material? I don't much care for conduction vapes, much prefer the convection vapes, so these two meet that requirement for me.

All I know after watching that vid is.................. I need some blueberry muffin yummy!

Killer vid...keep doing these types of comparisons of actually using and giving us great info that it is otherwise hard to get....or to get fast enough.

I wonder if the robot fart smell could be from tiny particles falling through the bottom chamber screen into the heater?
Mine definitely wasn't/isn't. I haven't really been using my Fury the past few days because of the smell/taste. Performance is off the charts but I'm not picky about smells and tastes, and this one definitely bothers me. I had to burn off my Vivant Alternate probably 20 or 30 times before the smell went away entirely but it did eventually go away and now I smell and taste nothing bad. I've done at least 20 burnoffs now with the Fury and the smell is still there at times. Mostly just at heatup but it's such a bad smell it makes me scared to use it at all.

Wanna say thanks earlier for your guidance, new wpa headed my way!
Do you get robot taste with all accesories, for instance do you get the same flavor from the stock mouthpiece and the Wpa?

Yeah the smell is unfortunately definitely from the unit. I can smell it strongest if I put my nose up to the bottom where the intake holes are and breathe in lightly as the unit is heating up.

Force imo not half as good as fury. Way bigger bowl in force, way older tech. My opinion, had clones of both, . Cheers! D

Want! .......and cant wait for the release, im on board.....
.I would have even taken the concentrate cup just a little more elongated with the same hole patterrn as the WPA screeen, even though that probably increases passive conduction a bit, i wouldnt have minded.

For anyone on the fence, I received my Fury 2 last week and has no bad smell at all and the WPA fits nicely. As everyone says, this thing rips solo or in a session. With the standard chamber, 2 glass pipes, micro-dosing screens and temp control the options are pretty good for mixing it up. I'm excited!!
HealthyRips were great to deal with too. Good on them.

The Fury 2 with the glass mouthpiece or WPA is ideal for microdosing. On its own the oven is too big for my puny three to four draw session and vapor production isn't as good with just a tiny amount. Put that same .05 or.1g in the tip of either glass accessory and it's just right. I use the small amount of material completely at a precise range of temps. The only caveat is that the glass accessories make a less portable Fury 2, but there's always the little dosing screens for that or you can just fill the device and vape it again one or two more sessions.
