RezBlock /Cranberry Extract

Assuming its safe, would you vape through anything other than water if it offered some benefit?

I picked up some NACE from iHerb.
I had a 15mL bottle of RezBlock for 18 months or so. My local bong shop got in RezBlock XL 30mL bottles for 39.95 AUD a pop.

I got two bottles of 30mL NACE for 10.04 each. The quality is great, the ingredients exactly the same, and for the 75% off difference in price I'm very happy with it.
It should last ages and as it's so much cheaper I'll use it more liberally

I also bought a lot of CE from Botanical Choice a while ago, possible back in 2014. After selling my LSV and Mobius to someone in the classifieds i gave all my 7 bottles for free with it. After some time past away i decided to start again with vaporizing and received a new bubbler from DHgate today :science:. Does someone by accident have a bottle he can send me? I'm in the need for cranberry extract :freak:. Only 1 bottle is ok and more then enough... In the mean time i will order some bottles but it will take some time because i'm located in Europe. I remember last time i ordered BC CE i had to wait 4 weeks for it... So if someone would be so cool to send me 1 pm me. Thanks ;)

That's the product I purchased, the company itself was easy to deal with and I've since heard a good report from someone else I mentioned CE to, they use iHerb for other supplements.

It seemed to be the most cost effective option I found (based in Australia) and arrived in 5 days (seemed like they have international warehouses for quick delivery).

Nature's Answer seems identical to RezBlock, it contains citric acid as a preservative and has lasted a couple of days in my glassware, so far it's still clear but it's beginning to get cloudy. No precipitate so it seems better quality than the RezBlock I used to have, though that had started to clump/separate in the bottle. The NACE bottle says it expires in 2021

Oh yeah BTW, a tiny drop on the tongue is a tasty time if you like cranberries

Thanks, I have already ordered 6 bottles of BC for $ 15.00. Shipping was $ 9.95, so $ 24.95.

IF i order from iherb 6 bottles this would have cost me $ 56.16 that's more than double the price. No thanks. But if you want you can send yours for free :D:tup::wave:

I used rezblock for awhile on a glass bubbler, but stopped after I ran out and just started using normal water. I want to sell the piece and I've thoroughly cleaned it, but there's residue stuck within the percolator. ISO, soap/water, salt, etc. do not remove the red residue. any tips on the removing this?

My friends call me "Menz"
bleach... hmmm. does that work on cloudy glass? my pieces can get clean if i work hard enough at them but in the end they are clean but cloudy

the bleach cleaned out the rezblock stains, but it did not clean the hardwater stains. I used white vinegar for this + an additional iso/salt shake. I've since picked up a jug of distilled water.

I had an D020-d that had been combusted through, was extremely discolored and just gross. First I tried an iso soak, did nothing! Then I used a ton of salt and less iso and shook - wow, wouldn't you believe, just a few minutes and the thing was sparkling like new.

Anyway, got an FC-UFO in the mail and started using cranberry extract in both, along with distilled water only. Every few days I'll go to change the water and at this point I'll also use a little dish soap to wash the outside and also add a few drops of soap to the inside and shake and rinse until all the suds are gone.

The combination of cranberry extract, distilled water, and a couple quick washes in hot soapy water a week means all my glass stays sparkling clean! I'm amazed! Thanks so much for the tips everyone!

It never happens without RezBlock. I am an old stoner and wash my glass when I get around to it. Those that clean twice a week or rinse every night no problems.
It's all the sugars in the cranberry that promote the growth, I think. Standing water for a few days will cause bacteria to form, and the sugars fuel that into an organism.
I just cleaned out an old recycler that had months old water in it (sat in storage, easy to clean so wasn't worried) but man did it have some sludge in it.
You do not want that caught between percs!

You can add extra citric acid to mitigate this, but really, sourcing cheaper extract than RezBlock means it's not a big hassle to have fresh water on the constant, and that means more rinses and less aged water, makes the whole experience fresh and clean

Looking for a good price on CE, preferably Botanic Choice, and can't seem to find any. Amazon is like $11 and BC themselves are $7 but no shipping discount. Boy have I been spoiled...

Just opened my last bottle. If anyone sees any deals shout it out...

I threw mine out! If you like mold this stuff is the bomb! I dont clean my glass daily but if you use CE you better...:2c:

Add a teaspoon of Citric Acid to the mix. I get 3 or 4 days worth of use between water/CE changes, with no mold or bad flavors.

One other thing... I ordered 10 bottles of Natures Answer Cranberry Extract from Swanson health products. They sat on my order for almost a week before I grew impatient and called customer service. I reached a live person who checked and found that my order was not shipping just stuck in the system with no response or followup... because my shipping and billing address were different. We got the order rolling again, I told the CS agent to get it out the door fast and expedite shipping if possible. I offered more money to make it happen, dude said "no, don't worry... it will ship fast to you today."

3 days later, it finally shipped (after a 2nd call to another person) but... it shipped Fedex Smartpost, took 11 more days to arrive, and ended up in my mailbox with one leaky container spreading cranberry extract all over the other 9 bottles, due to poor packaging and padding.

Never again... Swanson is a miserable ride. Buy from iHerb instead, they ship fast and package right.

I found a coupon for free shipping so I went ahead and ordered a couple bottles of CE from Botanic Choice at $7 ea. It is so effective at reducing the cleaning time of my glass that I really can't be without it any more. Well, I CAN, but I won't be. :p

Hey everyone, I recently got a small bubbler for the Vapcap (been using a bong before that my roommate also smoked through...Yuck!) and was wondering how much CE I would need. It's a really small one, maybe 70ml of water? idk, never measured
Not sure if someone put up a ratio so far, at least I couldn't find it.
Another question: did anyone here try liquid citric acid? Like this: https://www.amazon.de/Zitronensäure..._rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=PS011MF084N55W2W608X

Thoughts? Price is pretty much the same as the dry version.

I use the color of the water as a gauge. You don't want it to be a really dark red or too light in color either. Just a nice medium red. 70ml of water should require maybe 2 or 3 drops but I'm guessing.

I have never tried liquid citric acid but I bet it would work really well. To bad the page was in German so I couldn't read it.

I generally use 2-4 drops for a range of different pieces. A light pinkish hue is all that's required. When the concentration is too much the solution will foam. I try and avoid any foaming.

You can't really go wrong either way
