Wax liguidizer tank

Hello how you doing today? Ive started using the wax liq to mix my dab to ejuice. Ive notice no matter how well i mix it its a fairly thick mix 1g to 2mil of liguidizer. Ive been using the baby beast with 2 holes punched thru the cotton. But it seems like the juice dont to soak up that well in the tank. Ive read posts from yrs back on here and the kanger tech seemed to be the tank in 2014. With it being 2018 what is the best tank i can get only for use of dab juice . Ive been looking at the Arco v2 tank with the flack seed paper it. Maybe it will soak the juice up better? Anyway is the smok baby beast one of the best? Or what else is out there for my kind of juice?
Thanks for taking the time to read this

Vaporesso Guardian or Veco can vape thick solutions fine with the ccell coils. I vape 1:1 pg/shatter on my Guardian fine. No need to mod as well.

A few people on the forum use the Veco. Do a search for more feedback.

Ship from china so expect to wait. Cheap though. Make sure you use the ceramic coils for your concentrates not the regular cotton coils.

That above link is for the 4ml version is you want the 2ml version they have that as well.

Hey, just wondering since it seems you’ve used the veco, did it come with a ceramic coil? I saw a post where someone said one version (the one with a box mod as well) did not but just the atomizer did. Thanks

Scy123 thanks for the great info! So from my understanding ccell is vaperesso ceramic coil...all the rave it seems.. what makes ccell so good?ive been looking at the Sense Blazer 200 thats ceramic because it can drop in my tfv8. Do i just want ceramic anykind or is ccell the way to go when dab juice is in question

I just tried the guardian, never tried the Veco, I just mention the Veco cause It's similar to the guardian and is popular on this forum.

No idea if other ceramics work with thick concentrates. I'm guessing they work well cause the ceramic wick heats the surounding oil making it wick better then cotton. No idea really just throwing ideas.

I also recommend these tanks cause they are top airflow and will not leak. The tfv8 is bottom airflow and can leak, I am hesitant to carry that around with oil in my pocket.

Im not a fan of that top on the baby smok. Comes open too easy in my pocket. I feel you there! The guardian is a good looking tank. But need more than 2 mil tank. Im going to look around today at ceramic 4mil today and see what happens..

I've used the guardian tank & the drizzle tank from Vaporesso. Both have CCell coils but they are different in shape and size. So far the guardian is doing well, but I just got it. The drizzle on the other hand works great for low wattage, as the coils ohm in at 1.3 but the coil diameter is very small. I have to clean the drizzle coil every .5ml or so to keep a fresher flavor. I will be trying a Veco tank soon, that uses the EUC coils by vaporesso, once again different shape and size. All these tanks were used with waxy concentrates w/ Wax liquidizer at 1:2 ratios.

Well i made the switch here is the difference from what i can tell but im no pro.the alien mod with baby beast was a great air flow tank! You really get taste of the flavor almost like you could taste sugar it was it. Did leak on me and i dont prime coils i just let sit for 10min or so before use. But had lots of jelly type stuff om coils and tank pretty bad felt like i was not using all the juice. Dry hits came on at times. Even with 8 holes punched in the coils dry hits..
Veco tank
Top air flow is great no leaking twist top awesome cant pop open like the baby in my pocket. I feel like i get a deeper denser clould with flavor but not as flavorful as the baby. But my clouds are bigger better stronger feeling then the baby but the baby has a better flavor profile. I get the gel substance but not near as bad as the baby did. And ive not had a dry hit yet with the veco at 1g 2m of wax liguidizer.wax Liquidzer is all ive used thinking of trying another brand soon

@Chinggwow I'll need to order some Veco coils soon, but I still have a few drizzle coils left. Only thing I've used is WL too. I have Vapeur Extracts Clear & 4ML of delta9 terps "Chem Dawg" coming in and I will be experimenting with that, I think My concentrates are too waxy. So hopefully this will help.

So i think my favorite flavor from WL is pineapple i have messed around non stop on this its fun to me. I did make a tank yesterday that came out so so gppd im going to try it again. My tank is not jelly at all and flavor is just spot on. Im going to try again with other flavor. I tried 1/2 to 2 of WL come out just like ejuice no jelly no dry hit just was a very flavor tank that also got me high. I didnt think the 1/2g would do much...i was surprised. Once i make a new tank ill report back.... o and this veco tank is clouds better than the baby beast.. just wish i could get the taste that the baby tank brings is all.

Maybe vaperesso has better coil than smok? I sure would like to try the NRG tank with ceramic coil. Just to see if bottom vent tank is the reason you get much more flavor taste. But i do like how veco is top vent so never leaks. Ive read that ceramic just wont bring the flavor that well. Witch i am noticing on the veco but i think there is potential

The usage of the Vaporesso tanks is really only for their CCell coils. The few tanks that have them also have some top airflow, which works great for our purpose too. I've been vaping in the Nicotine world for over 3 years now and I have found bottom airflow usually to be the more flavorful. Also in my findings from the vape world, ceramic coils taste great and last longer. So the Smok tank may have better flavor but the vaporesso coils with one of there top airflow option tanks, is gonna be the best bet IMO. CCell coils are gonna last longer vs. Cotton and the top air flow is gonna keep you leak free.

I research multiple methods of daily medicating, so w/the diy infusion for "elig", I've seen better results with a higher ratio of emulsifier to concentrate - using a mini tank w/1.8 coil. I've chased after the sub ohm carts, ceramics - to no profit. Not sayin its gonna work for you, but 'til a reliably consistent system comes along, I don't jump thru the hoop as quick as I used to. Saved a bunch stickin with what works for me.

The jelly substance can be avoided by being more generous with the dilutant
When there's too much wax/thc and not enough liquidizer/shatter batter things get nasty and separate
That is a indicator that you need more of the dilutant

When it comes to diluted/ejuice I like my smok xbaby every bit as good as the baby beast but top airflow instead of bottom

For concentrates with terps/no dilutant the ccell coils are the way to go

All the dilutants are harsh and don't taste as good as non diluted concentrates I prefer distillate with terps but I don't always have access so when I don't I use liquidizer/shatter batter

Also I quickly learned that with concentrates +liquidizer/shatter batter more concentrate does not mean more potency
I started out trying to make the mix as concentrate heavy as possible and the results were not nearly as good as when I started using directed receipe and also using 1ml more than teccomended was when I was making the best juice. At a trade show last year I got to meet the maker/inventor of shatter batter and he uses double what his instructions say to his concentrate mix
He said the same thing heavier mix doesn't always mean more potent espically when you're taking away from the vaping experience of it
Have to remember that the mixes are just used to suspend thc like they are used to suspend nicotine
When mixed appropriately every hit will have nicotine when you get it gelatinous and separating etc it just makes a mess and doesn't nearly medicate as well as a good mix

@420democrat Thanks for your input! Do you think cotton coils work better with PG/PEG based dilutant? Also what terp brand to you prefer? I'm just starting to get into the use of terps. I've Used WL & Vapeur Extract clear so far. The WL worked great, but I did have that gumming issue on the drizzle. I'll try to dilute a little more like you suggested. I'm in a BM state, so access to quality concentrates can be tricky & pricey. The VE Clear has worked well with the waxy/lipid-full waxes I can get my hands on. I plan on using the Clear with .2 to .4ml of Delta9 terps when they arrive. Any advice is helpful! thanks!

Thanks for the great info! Id have to say you are correct. I said id make a new tank and i did before reading this. I was thinking the same way. So i did.5 to 3.5 and bam no jelly in tank and on coils when tank was empty. My clouds were better but the taste was not hugely better just kinda same. Im really like the djuice!

I'm not familiar with delta terps
For cannabis derived blue river is hard to beat but very spendy. With that said I like denver terpenes and terp nation when I don't have $$ for blue river
I tried true terpenes and didn't like them much.
I am not familiar with delta terpenes but .2ml sounds like a lot... when I use terps it's literally a single drop from a little dropper, I too am in a black market state and unfortanetly if you don't have access to distillate or co2 oil dilution such as liquidizer/shatter batter are the best bet I can't get a good consistency using terpenes and the quality of shatter I get, but terpenes and distillate is a real treat, I like my smok for my thc ejuice and my vaperesso veco for syrup/honey consistency such as distillate. I have also had luck using unflavored shatter batter + a drop of terpenes but I prefer flavored shatter batters as it's better for public usage, terpenes smell like well... terpenes

It's crazy how when you dilute it so much you feel like it's gonna be super weak but I've found to get better effects/potency with a mix like yours 3-3.5ml to .5grams

Do your shatter batter solutions separate over time? I'm also in black market state and only sometimes have access to things like distillate and would love to make a cart from shatter if separation doesn't happen for at least a few days but have read all these solutions may separate in the matter of days
