so the cb1 receptor in an adhd person would be overrun and thc boosts that receptor... could be the science of the healing there... simple as that
for most people a little cbd mixed with thc helps balance it out but if cb1 receptor as a calcium ion regulation channel regulates ions that get super activated while channeled in cb1 during flight or flight situations like adhd etc.... then thc fills that ionic void for adhd... this is just from looking at the way the bio-chemical messaging seems to show up with thc use and how cellular functioning responds to it... cbd too can help with that condition so ....
I am a long-term advocate for medial marijuana. Not only do we know of many things it helps with, but also there are numerous avenues that may prove fruitful over time. With so little risk, what's the issue?
Here, there may be greater risk than usual. There are studies out that link cannabis with psychosis. Daily users are many, many more times likely to show psychotic problems than non-users. The difference is striking. One study links cannabis use with "increases [in] signal connectivity in regions of the brain that have previously been linked to psychosis".
.
From what I understand if a person has relatives who have mental history of psychosis or schizophrenia and under the age of 25, using cannabis daily will likely bring on the psychosis at a faster rate than people who do not have a history.
I have never heard someone developing psychosis from using cannabis that did not have family history of psychosis or Schizophrenia. That being said if someone were to smoke in access 4 to 5 grams a day would have a higher risk of developing temporary psychosis at an age.
But I would be safe to say if you are over 25 and have no history of psychosis and have never had a psychotic episode than you are very unlikely to have a psychotic episode even if you are a heavy daily user. There would be side effects of heavy use but not necessarily psychosis.
this could answer it= is psychosis caused from severe endocannabinoid deficiency?
If that were the case, we would suspect an inverse relationship between use and psychosis. In other words, we see less symptoms in those who use. The opposite is true.this could answer it= is psychosis caused from severe endocannabinoid deficiency?
THC hits the same region of the brain that affects psychosis. So if a person has a predisposition from family history of pychosis, or schizophrenia, for example it will not only bring it on quicker as a child, teenager but it would aggrevate that area and make it worse. CBD strains would be the complete opposite and not affect that area.

No one can argue dosage for another person or amounts... thc in the smallest does possible etc... thca as raw cannabis ... thc mixed with all the other cannabinoids... my main post was to explain more on adhd and thc filling a cannabinoid void and did say CBD does the same thing too... if you are psychotic in any way please see a doctor and / or dose accordingly to your mental health needs and ECS... so you know- doctors prescribe medications that target the G-coupled protein receptor ligands... those membrane protein receptors are the same protein receptors that metabolize plant cannabinoids and turn them into signalling crystals. in other words if you go to the doc they are prescription med targeting the same physiological system that cannabis use targets and doctors are not taught endocannabinoid system in schools!
I think I get what your saying...
on to the thread here though and just thinking... attention span is increased with thc most times = just a general observation ..I've used cannabis or been around certain type people so many times since a kid.. I've seen a lot a stuff but stay natural AMAP now... on to the point... cannabis use in some one with low ability to focus increases focused awareness no questions asked... that little tiny bug that was unodserved and stepped on before becomes a fascinating even etc... and visual cues etc... those visual cues though could trigger a psychotic episode in a psychotic person as well so who is to say? just tailor your doses to fit according to your needs and do not use so much you have a bad trip
