Oh yes, the click is annoying.
and a triple flame can be very loud, i find.
how do these lighters work?
there is no cap to kill the torch flame.

ignite like a normal BIC, ok?
there is no lever to let go to end the flame.

aaah,
you switch it to "on", turn the flint wheel, sparkle ignites the torch, turn down the switch to off, flame stops.
clever.
so you dont have to hold down a button.

kind of dangerous to have a continous flame though,
incase you drop the lighter.

Haha , I'm not a linebacker , but I like to consider myself a manly man . But , I don't think the small size of the lighter would make me feel less manly , it would just free up pocket space . That is my biggest issue since I always have pockets full of junk :D . I took a chance and bid on five of them on eBay ( wish me luck ). I was just curious if I needed to carry one or two with me when out and about ...

Be vigilant, my friend. Yah, so I go around with my flameless around the haus
(my (German) hausmate has pyrophobia) only on special occasions do I flame on. YMMV :evil:

Revisiting the snap stash from a few pages back.
I use the small ones, and they work good. But, the top can make it top heavy and in more than one occasion it has tipped over after I sat to down and dumped its contents.
Most recently (yesterday) toppling off the counter down to the tile floor with a fresh ground gram in it. Luckily it was a tile floor, but still feels tainted. :\

Have you tried lowering the center of gravity by putting something (non-toxic) in the bottom. :D
