Arizer Solo II

I wonder if we could try this when it's in a normal state, would it reset?

I believe those are the instruction for the later models of Solo I. Nobody has confirmed it is a feature of Solo II?

But a bigger question might be if it's 'in a normal state' how would you know it had been changed? That is if it reset it would then be normal...... Is that 'normal still' or 'normal again'?

Hopefully Airzer will tell us of such a 'field reset' for Solo II problems if such exists. And, still, that would not fix the original problem most likely? That is putting in a fresh fuse doesn't really fix anything or even help understand why it failed. Arizer is hopefully focused on that (what is the root cause?).

@ataxian. I was a Da Vinci user for about 3 years, the original, then onto the Ascent. After purchasing the Solo 2, I realized that my Da Vinci's were very sub par as compared to the Solo 2. The Da Vinci's produce mediocre vapor at best. Their a pain in the butt to clean and keep clean. Regardless of temp, my abv always looked like dark coffee grinds.

Then came the great Arizer Solo 2. What an amazing machine. Uses hardly any material, heats up insanely quick, produces superior taste with clouds of great vapor. I found myself getting too high with a fully packed stem of 32.6% THC laden material. So, I pack it about 1/2 way now and still get 10+ great hits that buzz me out to the max. Most times, I just shut it off and continue later. I've never had anything fall into the heating chamber, so I clean it with a dry cotton swab just for the hell of it. Clean the glass stem when it's hot and it's as good as new. When it gets dirty, soak it in ISO for 10 to 15 minutes and your good to go for quite sometime. The solo 2 is by far the best vaporizer for me and my needs. I know other Solo 2 owners that feel the same as I do. So ataxian and others who may have doubts about the Solo 2, drop the worries and enjoy the best vaporizer ever made. Oh, and the battery life is insane as well. Well over 3 hours of use between charges. In short, lol I have NO REGRETS and glad I didn't stick with Da Vinci and get the IQ!

I ordered a Solo 2 last week and just got an email to say it will be delivered in the next hour. Very excited to see how much better it is compared to the OG Solo and Air. Got it for a bargain price of £159.00!:tup:
Edit - @ataxian - Herbalizestore.com have the Solo 2 on sale - I saved £40.00 on the UK list price.
Edit 2 - Its here and it sure is pretty - charging now, can't wait to try it out later.

I picked up a bent stem for my solo2 yesterday and I like it quite a bit, will likely use it when around the house pretty often. I was just browsing in the headshop near my home and saw they started carrying Arizer accessories so I couldnt help myself.

Admittedly since I received my DDave V2.5 minimod kit for my EQ my solo2 has seen a lot less use, but you can never have too many stems. Its funny, the more accessories and vaporizers I get, the more I want!

I really like both the Arizer products I own, and plan to get more of their vaporizers!

When you read other threads and the problems they are experiencing with 'those' vapes I'm so glad I got a Solo II. No complicated parts, heat sinks, rubber rings or smart functions and no cleaning hassles. Just great vapor time and time again. I'd rather be living in Solo land than being a Ghost ;)

For those of you with a Solo II and an Air II - Any noticeable difference besides heatup time and battery life?

My Air 2 feels like it has a little more open air flow than my Solo 2, but barely enough to notice. I used a flow meter and huffed as hard as I could and registered 15LPM on the Air 2 and 14 on the Solo 2. But that’s at max air flow, which isn’t real world use. When I sat down them to use them like a normal person would, I settled into 6 LPM for each and they felt the same.

TL:DR - Air 2 is technically more open, but in real life they’re the same.

The taste of the material you are using is awesome with either Arizer, Air2 or Solo2. You will also save ALOT of material since either of these is so efficient at what they do. I will also add, very easy to clean and maintain. You cannot go wrong with either one. Good Luck!

I want a SOLO 2!
My SOLO from 6 years ago still work's fine?
My wife who is beautiful say's I have too many thing's?
I say you never have enough!

I had a similar problem with my wife. I had two Solos, so I sold one and she OKed the upgrade. I used to rotate the two Solos, one in use while the other charged. But I seldom need to do that now. The Solo II lasts much longer than my old Solos even with the battery upgrade. Of course, the sessions are now only 8 minutes instead of twelve, thanks to the new programming options; so that helps. Solo II fixed the problems everyone complained about, I love this vape so much. But now I want an ARGO too. :peace:

My next accessory for the Solo 2 is the car charger. I just noticed that they have them through Arizer. I will have to check to see if @PuffItUp is going to get them. I tried the car charger for the Solo OG and it didn’t work with my Solo 2. I didn’t see them on their website store.

I have some Grand Daddy Purple in my Solo 2 right now. The flavor that I like - a berry vapor taste.

Strange, mine did? Then again is a home made kluge but it works fine for Solo I or II (I just double checked......still does....).

There's an off chance it blew the fuse? Solo II does draw over one Amp, Solo I less (about .8). Of perhaps a bad cable (did you try you OG Solo?).

Otherwise both use a pair of connectors and some wire, nothing fancy. Maybe a fuse.....

Weekend vape rotation. Solo II for flavour savour sessions and Vapor Brothers for on-demand lung splitting hits. The VB stays on 24/7 in the weekend but Solo II always finishes the night.
