Whenever my wife says anything about getting old or forgetful (which is often), my response is to put my hand up to cup my ear and LOUDLY say "EH?". Then, if she says anything else, I will look at my watch and tell her the time.We're showin some agehere I think.

My 14 year old, 90 lb grand-dog is wearing diapers now. Can still control his #2's but his bladder is shot. There are other areas he's having trouble with now that he's a hipster but nothing major. He's in no pain. They're not like baby diapers ... they just Velcro around his hips (not around his legs) and his penis. Easy on and easy off and he accepts it without issue. Problem is forgetting to take it off before you take him outside
I love that dog and take care of him all the time but the wife just tolerates him. Watched him over the weekend and asked the wife to throw a few dirty doggy diapers in the next wash after I gave them a rinse in the sink. Wife complained how much trouble the dog is and how much time I spend ....I told her "Let's see if you feel the same way when you're wearing diapers and may I remind you it's not far off". She said "You'd change my diapers"? I said "Absolutely....just before I chain you outside".
