I was thinking of purchasing the magical Butter Device soon. I just wanted to get everyones thought on the machine. Some say its collects dust, others say they use it religiously all the time.

1. What products do you make, Tinctures, Butter, etc. and what other items do you use along with it to get the final product. ( E.g. for tincture some people use a water distiller, Ardent lift decarboxylator
, coffee filters, etc.. to get most of the alcohol back. )

2. If you make a certain product please include your recipe, guidlines here.

2. What are some things you found that the Magical Butter machine has its limitations.

3. Do ytou decarb your cannabis, do you use a decarb machine, etc.. Or do you not decarb. If you do not decarb, do you find the product the same as decarbing?

4. What other machines did you find work better or are much cheaper than the magical butter machine. E.g. Levo cannabis infuser. Source turbo Machine.

Any advice, or users would be appreciated. I you have links or video, to include that would be helpful.

I personally don't see a point in spending 150 or whatever if it is with concentrates as from my knowledge they don't exactly need to be infused. I think the point of it is to infuse buds into coco oil, alcohol ect. I bought one and used it once with 2 oz of shake and made a tincture that ended up not working, than moved into making edibles with concentrates which i find a lot easier and don't use the butter machine for. I just decarb wax on stove top by putting a pan with hot oil on and heating to 260-270F and put a glass jar in and the concentrate and wait for it to stop bubbling. (found on youtube here:

But If it is for bud I have only done once and was not successful so I cannot give any advice there, but you do need to decarb to active thc for eating though I do know. One downside I have read people have is that the 2 cup minimum is a lot I'm not sure if that would be a problem for you. If you are looking to make it with buds, or even concentrates probably, there is another section on here called "cooking with cannabis" where more people might respond about this

Magical Butter Machine is the original and the Magical Botanical is a Chinese clone with additional decarb function.
