Best ultra portable vape?

I don't know if PIU sells the wood stem that you can get from MVT. The MVT is a bit smaller and somewhat sleeker than the tubo but you need to get 14 mm instead of 18mm stems unlike the milaana and tubo. It only takes a few seconds to get up to usable heat and turns off quickly. Simple to use. I have an older one that came with a turn off switch but I don't think that comes standard anymore.
I still recommend getting the Ddave 14 mm prepack if you do go with this. There are smaller vapes out there but for people who are not familiar with vaping it doesn't look like a vape or an ecig when not in use which help stealth.

One other thing about the mvt is that it is very active on the board. If you have any problems at all, you'll get help quickly. I couldn't get a screen out of the wood stem and mentioned that in the thread and was offered help including sending something to remove it right away. There's an advantage- no matter where you buy it- to get a product by a developer on the board.

I can hit my Air pretty much anywhere. The biggest negative to it is the long heat-up time. The Air 2 should make some nice improvements in that area.

I like the Healthy Rips Fury.

Pros:
- pretty small and stealthy
- hybrid heating technology
- does concentrates (quartz cup)
- heats to 360 in 22 seconds
- price point is very attractive ($119.00 now with discount code - check thread)

Cons:
- battery is not interchangeable
- some people have found the taste of the vape unpleasant (I didn't have this issue)
- battery life could be longer

Hey tanks for all the great advice u guys. I'm still debating on which one to get but the gh, fw4, MVT, and healthy rips fury I think so far are the front runners for me now. The fury seems really dope, but I wanted to get your guys opinion on it. Build quality, vapor quaility, etc.

I have both the Dynavap M and Grasshopper. Introduced myself to vaping with the original Solo.

I got my M during the Black Friday sale as my GH died for the first time since receiving it (June 2016) and decided I needed a portable back up.

I have to say, the M is a really good inexpensive alternative but after using it as my daily driver, I’m really missing my GH and will be sending it in for repair shortly.

- I actually find using the M to be more harsh on my throat than the GH.
- The GH is more precise in temperature control (I know what to expect at any given heat level on the dial).
- It’s a lot more stealth than the M.
- with a ONE FINGERED click, 5-7 seconds later, it’s all ready to go instead of having to carry a torch with you and needing both hands free.
- it’s looks like a freaking pen! When in its sleeve, no one has ever questioned me as to it what it is. Emptied my pockets while going through security at the Metallica concert was a breeze.
- as long as you have minimum 3 batteries on rotation, that’ll be enough for a day out.
- I prefer using my GH with water over the M. Again fast heat up and no learning curve.

I use my Solo 2 more than my Grasshopper. It’s the perfect portable duo. If I didn’t have a Solo 2 and the original Air I would buy an Air 2. Arizer has just come out with the ArGo. Not too many have that vape yet to give us feedback. You might want to take that one into consideration. The ArGo runs with a battery like the Air 2.

The GH is the most stealth of any vaporizer I’ve ever used. Everyone thinks it’s a ecig.

It’s always good to have a portable especially in the winter. You never know when the lights will go out. Be prepared.

I find the GH kind of suspicious to use sucking vapor out of a pen. I wish it did look more like an e-cig like my Divine Tribe Gen 2.

The GH also has short battery life which limits its portability, though for low tolerance users it may never be a problem.

I've posted on here a few times how much I wish Hopper Labs would release their GH heater as a 510 threaded atomizer. This would allow you to run it on any box mod, so it could even be powered by 4x 18650's at home with insane battery life, or a single 18650 mod for on the go (4x the capacity of a stock 750 mAh GH cell) and would be more discrete than ever when around other smokers and e-cig users.

I don't have the fury 2 but I'm tempted after hearing so much about it. One thing I'd like to add about the vapcaps- I have several different ones. They can be harsh but a longer mouthpiece cools them down quite a bit. I don't know if you can get one for the M but some of the members here make them for the other wood vapcaps.

A soft flame such as a bic or a candle are unsuitable for heating a Vapcap outdoors since any light draft will distract the flame from its target. I can't think of a harder way to go about heating a Vapcap.

A soft flame is only really suitable for use indoors.

If you use your Vapcap outdoors, please use a jet lighter which can hold its directional integrity or an induction heater or even a hot stick from a campfire. All are superior go a soft flame and will provide a much more satisfying experience.

The biggest issue was that I looked way too sketchy doing it, not worth
Then I also only have about 2-3 hits before having to reload. having many tips could fix this. maybe 1 tube for an extra long stem and another for 3 or 4 loaded tips with caps?

It the coast isn't clear enough to load the vape it's probably not a discrete place to get stoned to begin with. If you're really trying to sneak a toke at the dinner table I'd suggest a concentrate pen.
