Well, Neo appears to be good as new. Tried it out a bit earlier and vapor is back set at 75% on the dial with a nice easy draw. More testing is needed, but for the moment I am happy.

Continued testing today and it's performing well. No covering the intake hole, either. Just using it the way it was marketed - preheat, hit, enjoy.

I also received mine back from Ryan.
And Ryan hooked me up with a new unit since the body was charred also sent extra batts and stems for the aggravation. Other than slow turn around Rbt has proven himself to be a stand up guy.
Not much testing no flower but I am messing around with some shatter.

Yes, and just got to try it a week later. No details given on the fix, but something was done to it since the potentiometer definitely moves easier and feels like it is not anchored 100%. Exact opposite of the way it behaved before sending it in.

Yeah its grate, now that the powers connected. Simple quick fix!

Mine seams pretty hot. Its so self contained, its supet convenient. Just hate how loose the stir tool is.

So its like huge and small at the same time.... lol

Verry easy to share w the dimmer knob attached. Def dun look like its for blazing and can hit like a train w in secons, or sip....

Dig it.

If you bend the tool slightly in the middle it will hold better in the hole.

Mine (replaced due to the "stays on" issue) is also missing the bottom terminal. I'd say "unbelievable" but at this point, I believe it. Anyone have a clear suggestion for this? Epoxy some wire in there? I am very reluctant to send it in AGAIN.

Talk to RBT. He will send you a copper plate and 2part epoxy with the quicknes. Eazy quick fix. Bummer thpugh i know

I like to use the Zion Through a dry bong . It allows me to monitor the density of the cloud . As with all bong activities if you suck a ton of air as you prime you lose ability to fill with the good stuff. Blocking air hole till clouds starts allows solid, thick vapor in lungs.

Ok so I have had an interesting time waiting in line for the Zion train. First I was on the train. Then I fell off. Then I ran to catch it and couldn't run fast enough to catch up.

Today I am happy to say that after miles of walking(metaphorically)and years of waiting(literally)I finally caught up to that fucking train and hopped right in!

I just purchased what I believe is the last available production Zion for $420.

I just couldn't watch this train go by and not get on.. I couldn't watch everyone enjoy their beloved Zion, created by the genius Rasta Buddha Tao and tested/optimized by all of my awesome peers here on FC. I just could not suffer through not owning one of these bad boys.

Ryan told me that he still has a few zions in case of any circumstances where a customer needs a replacement. But as far as production models for sale this is the last one. I feel a little stupid for not jumping on this train with all of my luggage earlier. But I am happy to pay the extra baggage fee to join late

I can't wait for my Zion. I really feel like this is the pinnacle of American made vaporizers. And it's made out of beautiful wood. The Zion is a vape I will be proud just to hold. Shit I'll be happy just to look at the Zion. i really think RBT devices are a cannabis connoisseurs dream as far as consumption goes. I just love the elegance and beauty of these devices that I consider to be functional art.

I can't wait for this elegant beast to show up. When it does expect some pictures. I've been inactive on FC for a while. I mean I talk to people but as far as posting goes I've been very inactive... mostly because of school. It's finals week and I'll have more time soon. Perfect timing because I feel like the exitement from this and the upcoming splinter is going to change my inactive behavior

Well I must admit this Zion is a great vaporizer. Very easy to use. Very tasty,very powerful. It’s a def. keeper in my books.
I’ve been battling a breathing problem and have been coughing no matter what I do. This morning I vaped 2 stems and only got choked up at the end when I took way way too big of a hit. Love my Zion!!!!!

Should I just go to the hardware store and friction fit some copper? That is all that the terminal involves, no?

This has been going around in my head. Is this something that could just "fall out"?

I was under the impression that each Zion was tested before being sent. How could @upriver receive a Zion without this piece? How could it pass the QA without it?

I think what's happened is the circuits are tested when the units are open, nothing is tested with batteries it's just wires and voltage testing. Shouldn't happen no, the QA should have been tighter.
