I’m sorry I disagree with other companies making progress. If correct research is done you would see that progress was done years ago and by other companies.

Well I welcome the progress on your front then, I could care less all the back lash W9 Tech gets I have loved all my products I have received from them and having something like the Hercules being fully user serviceable basically last a life time.

I can't wait for the innovations, if in fact there is some there ;).

I have an Omicron4 and have been recently pairing it up with my first mod, an eVic Primo Mini.

I have not really explored what this can do with the mod and have questions.

What is the best mode and settings to use the Omicron 4 atomizers? Primarily double black ceramic.

Should I be in TC mode? Watt/Volt mode?
Using this device mostly with shatter.

I would suggest checking out the sidebar at www.reddit.com/r/waxpen there are a few guides there. Before his tenure with UP Tech, u/_limbs/ put together a fantastic Alpha Centauri Temp Control guide. https://www.reddit.com/r/Waxpen/com...ed_for_vaping_with_joyetech_evic_vtc/d08ad82/

*Edit: And on another note. Is there a Trinity tank / bubbleman pen discussion thread? I have been trying out a Trinity tank, with what Im sure is a liquidy substance not designed for it- 20-30% terpene content HTE, the 'cream off the top' of a THC-a and terpene rich solvent extract. Even though the terpenes are very thin I've had a good amount of success with it, however, I end up drawing excess oil into the heater, which ends up splattering during a hit. Any tips on how to prevent excess thin oils from being drawn up? I have an idea that best way to fix this, is simply mix the terp layer with some thick distillate, but damn the flavor this thing puts out with the terps, is just out of this world.

@SamuraiSam theres a thread here about the Trinity I think in the concentrate section but nothing official in the Vape section. Your more then free to make one. The community can use your ideas and thoughts. Reddit as well as most there are worshiping materials some should never use.

I am a long time omicron customer. I bought many of the original omicron vapes and upgraded faithfully each time a better version came out. After buying and going thru at least 100 oil cartridges, I upgraded to the Hercules Oil Cartridge. It is touchy, but when you know how to use it, it works great. I busted a part on my herc. So I called to order a new part. I was told that they would have to take apart a brand new unit to supply that part to me (why tell me that?) and that it would cost $35. This is a part that probably has a manufacturing cost of $1 or less. But I needed it, so I placed the order.

Here is why I am no longer a w9tech customer or a fan.

1. w9tech sold me a part for my herc.

2. Charged 10X what it should cost.

3. Billed my credit card.

4. Forgot about me for 2 weeks.

5. Ignored an email I sent asking where my part was.

6. When I called, I was told my part would be sent.

7. Then I get an email that says the part is no longer available and I will be refunded.

8. So much for lifetime support.

Can I ask what part you need? I may have a spare.

Your story is disturbing, what part is unavailable?

I have a KISS AC and when I attempted to buy extra carts I was told the 1701 ceramic disc carts are discontinued. The 1701 cart was the reason I bought the AC. :disgust:

Yeah I bought a Herc too. :(

Thanks for the heads up.

Wow! That would be nice.
I messed up the threads on the bottom of the stainless steel chamber.
I should have heated it up before trying to remove it with pliers. The pliers slipped off the knurled part and smashed the threaded part. :-/

I bought 2 hercs. I still have one that works. But it would be nice to not have to put my herc that I paid $180 for, in the parts bin.

@honeyoil i do apologize the wait time was for us try to locate the part, we are unable to locate a spare 510 base assembly as it’s not a part we carry a replacement for. Unfortunately we don’t have spare bases for the 510 Hercules as it’s not a part that normally needs replacement for. We however can get you a 601 base but it would require you to convert your bottom insulator to a 510/601 if you are willing to go that route. Let me know.

@Planck we do have some 1701 Kiss AC coils left we could get that to you but they are not replaceable versions as the 1701 has been phased out for something else that’s coming. Contact customer service and we’ll be happy to get them to you. Tell them I said we have them and we will work something out.

I have 2 hercs, so then I would have to keep track of different bottoms while I am stoned. Sounds hard. I notice that the Hercules Oil Cartridge is down to $84.99. As w9tech business dwindles, I expect this price to drop further. Then I will snap up a couple spares before the doors close.

thanks anyway!

Not sure how to respond to this but I can assure you we are not going out of business. The price has been 84.99 for a long time.

I do however want to find a fix for you and am willing to give you a discount on a new Hercules. Pm me your order number for the herc and let me see what we can do.

Damn G! Now that is some serious customer service right there! How can you beat a company that is willing to give you a break on an item that you fucked up and then attacked the company trying to get somewhere?
Gary you must have the patience of a saint to deal with this and stay in business.
