I like the look of that! Thats going on my list! Is that the same seller you used? So many to choose from!

yeah- glassartist is who I got it from, glassartist and sunshinestore are two good vendors there on DH... I got that little piece because its so thick and glass does not last long around me lol,,, still got that piece though for a while now

C No Ego,
Ahh ok I see them on the recommended sellers thread. It will be my first piece and im clumsy so think I might go fot it.

I cleaned my haze last night for ages and come to use it now and the mouth piece is welded in. I managed to get it out but dnt get hows it's sticking after thorough clean. I got tond of resin from the very bottom of the airpath which id where it appears to be sticking. Does everyone just use cotton buds for cleaning?

That's all you need to clean. Q tips and ISO. If you haven't cleaned in a while like what usually happens to me, you'll need over 20 q tips to get that bottom gunk out.

it's always best to run the v3 for a few minutes to heat up and then manage the mouthpiece.. it will slide out easily then... here is a post in this thread about cleaning the v3 last time... I still use that method to clean.. http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/haze-dual-v3.13162/page-223#post-1139639 good luck with glass and getting the right piece... might want to get a few 18mm to 14 mm adapters and 14mm to 18mm to make your pieces all fit together.. you can get a personalized 14mm or 18mm WPA made in USA too from @Ed's TnT ... that is all I use on the v3 now...

I accidentally placed one of the batteries backwards in my charger. It was only in there for a second, all three lights came up on the charger and I removed the battery. I might be paranoid about batteries but that is honestly my biggest concern with portable vapes.

Should I worry about damage to the battery?

edit: Also, I noticed some spots that looks like there are small flakes of the wrapper coming off around the negative end of both batteries. On one I can even feel where the wrap is coming up a little bit. I don't want to be over critical, just don't want a battery to discharge in my face.

Not sure if this is of concern or if anyone else has experienced this. I don’t even know if it’s my eyes playing tricks on me.

Almost every time I start my Haze the red lower blower light blinks and then she starts heating up. This occurs even with a fresh battery. Sometimes they lights are even very dim.

Last night I noticed all the lights to go out when it was heating up. They weren’t blinking. It was a couple second pause with no lights and then it started heating up again. It happened when I turned the vape in a certain way. Don’t remember how I turned it cause it was still working and then I just got high lol.

I've experienced the red light coming on for a split second normally. Now i have never had them take a while to light up usually it's quick light up. Might need to clean the contacts on the battery tray so to speak.

I too have a red light when switched on but soon goes, mines a loose connection it seems but it does work (for now). My biggest concern is this, last year i had a v3. No oils ever in it, just dry herb in the cans. My button started to stick, 2 weeks after it wouldnt turn on at all. Sent it to haze, they said that the electronics board was covered in oil. All my fault they said ! Now my replacement v3 has a sticky button too. I clean vapour chambers, the holes and the airpath every day now to prevent residue build up. Basically following the cleaning instructions from haze. Yet here i am again, same issues ! I cant clean near the electronics board as removing that back cover would invalidate the warranty ! Seems to me that vapour is somehow getting in there. Now normally i would just send it back but after last time, being accused of haze v3 neglect, having to buy another device, not to mention shipping costs to the Usa, iam put off by ever purchasing a haze device again. They really need a service centre/distribution centre in Europe, we are penalised for having warranty issue as it costs quite alot to post. And when i cant clean vital parts of the v3 like around the button, iam left wondering what to do with it. Anybody else have sticky button issues ? Maybe haze have some advice ?

I think the faded lights occur when your battery is low as I’ve had the same battery in it for a couple days. Can anyone confirm that it’s related?

Yes the faded light will be an indicator of a low or going bad battery. (unless the board is also going bad which is very rare)

@Bladesman . The sticky button may only happen if you are over loading your chambers. I think i know/remember who you are from servicing of your unit by the description of your issue and location. You should not fill the chambers past 3/4 full and need to ensure that your screens / canisters and lids are in good shape. Most customers overuse these parts and they no longer provide the protection that they were intended to provide. If this is the case, no matter how much you clean, it will not help. We are working on a service center in U.K. that is local to you which will assist you better in servicing units.

Any advice for cleaning the convection screens? I rotate between my can and convection screens. One is always being cleaned. I noticed that after soaking for weeks my one convection screen has some of the holes clogged. I tried To scrap it and rinse it. Any suggestions to clean it out?

You can always torch it but it will reduce the overall lifespan of the screens. Otherwise just soak and scrub with a hard bristle brush or just buy new.

Buyer Beware.... There is a sale on the Haze at Namaste. Its a New Years sale and I believe its still active. I used it yesterday and the Haze cost me about half what they normally run. So why the buyer beware warning? I believe that Namaste is using a bit of bait and switch tactics on their site and that's fine if you know in advance and how to handle it. What they are doing is offering an upgrade (their wording) on shipping for any order over a $100.00 dollars. This upgrade is good for next day delivery as the ad implies.. The only problem is during checkout the shipping terms were never clear and I for one had no idea until my purchase confirmation that I had received snail mail shipping services with 3 to who knows days service. With the holidays, it could be awhile. Now don't get me wrong here. With the savings on the Haze this really isn't about the money.. Its about a company being just a bit deceptive in wrangling you in for a sale. Right there on almost every page it says,
"Free Upgrade to Next Day Delivery on All Orders over $100".
So why this post? I became a wee bit disgruntled after I called and emailed them numerous times in the hours just after I found out that my shipping was sent at the slowest rate of service. These complaints fell on deaf ears as Namaste sent me new emails confirming they had addressed the issue and my items were on their way.. USPS standard shipping with 3 to 5 days service.. Fuck New Years.. This isn't going to happen soon,, So first off I want to notify you guys that Namaste has the Haze on sale, (New Year Sale) and you can save a heap of money on it right now. Secondly, in taking advantage of this sale you will technically qualify for the next day service. Now disregard this information if you don't mind waiting but if not, I suggest you utilize Namaste's toll free phone number and make this purchase with a sales rep and affirm the next day service as a requirement of the sale. I don't know how else to make sure your not horn swaggeled out of the offer. Again, my intent isn't to defame or disrupt this retailer but to inform members of a great sale (which will actually profit said merchant) and possibly assist members with information that should make for a much better sale. With a much longer wait than anticipated I'm still anxious in trying out the Haze.

Thanks for keeping everyone up to date. That company bugs me and I never used them. The guy on the video just totally rubs me the wrong way. They should have rectified the issue for you.

I ordered mine last year right before New Years from a Toronto Vaporizer.

I just finished a status check with their site and found that the shipping, while listed as standard 3 to 5 day service in my receipts, their site shows priority service... still not next day which they should honor as they haven't even shipped yet.. but hey, its Namaste! A forum search reveals a less than sterling rep as it stands. I mean really.. why can't these folks just do as they say they will.. It has to cost way more in lost revenue and trust than the few shipping dollars they save by all the effort of denying the next day service they promised.. I'm sure glad I have other vapes to rely on.. And Haze rep's. That Haze was going to be my New Years party companion Sunday night.. In reality, If a couple thousand people (just a possible worldwide speculative number) around the world are missing their Haze Sunday night, Haze is missing out on a ton of exposure.. And fuck! I'm totally ranting now.. To much. Back to my tower for some "Extreme" medicating..

Hey there ginolicious.. guess what the FedX driver dropped off to me today? Namaste is now firmly ensconced on my list of vendor's and retailers good to shop with and trust. That's right.. an awesome stealth black Haze got delivered today.. Our problem was a complete miscommunication where Namaste I'm sure thought I clearly understood what they were doing.. I didn't.. But most importantly, Namaste stepped up and handled the situation that was bothering me.. They provided good customer service and strived to make me happy.. And they did.. I'm just waiting on batteries right now.. 6 to 8 hour charge.. OK. I can hold out. Both ovens are already charged and that 1st battery is going to rock! I just wanted to inform everyone of my final status.. I will have a great date for New Years after all..

And oh.. dear mods. I don't know if this is considered a back to back post... was waiting hours to clarify this situation and no one was posting.. Could you just delete my post just before this one? All the best.. Tortoise

Very happy for you. Glad you got it in time. It’s a great session vape. One of my favorites to take out and use st home. I’ve tried and used a lot of portables and love it.

Going back to Namaste. I never had a dealing with them. Just the guy that does the reviews gives me the creeps for some reason. Probably bad of me to say or rather superficial. But I’m glad they took care of you. At the end of the day it’s abkut customer service.

I bought a v3 from namaste on the christmas sale deal, £116 was a real good deal i thought, until it arrived with a misaligned airpath, exposed wiring and over heating ovens. Sent it back and asked for a credit note to go towards another vape, ended up with a crafty for just a further £18.65 with next day delivery. Namaste proper stepped up. I think I'd risk buying a v3 again if it's on offer, surely i wouldn't get 2 faulty 1's in a row lol.
